Atur was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to help me and two other customers ahead of me in just a couple of minutes, and even thanked me for my patience even though I didnt need any. 😁 Excellent service overall, will be returning to this location in the future!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Phone broke, so I made an online appointment for repair at the Saginaw location. When I showed up, I was told they didnt do repairs there and that their repair location is closed. So I called both Bay city locations who told me to call Flint. So I called Flint and tried telling the representative my issues. When he started telling me about the Saginaw store, I tried telling him I just showed up for a useless appointment there and he hung up on me. Tmobile is useless. Ive been with Sprint 10+ years and that changes.

Artour was amazing! This was by far the easiest, most convenient, and helpful experience I have had at T-Mobile. I have horrible luck with damaging my phones via. dropping/water and always dread the new phone experience. But this time it was quick, easy, and efficient. Artour quickly located our account, the same phone I wanted to replace, ordered it overnight free of charge (which is amazing) and had it shipped to my address. He went through the entire process of how to set the phone up and assured us if we have any questions to call or drop by. Definitely recommend this location and definitely recommend Artour!!

Great help here! Helped switch all info from old phone to a new phone and were very helpful.

I came into the store because I was upset with my service and was paying too much. The representative that helped me not only helped me fix my issues but even lowered my bill. He was super courteous and nice. This is now my favorite T mobile store.

Atour and the other gentleman working went FAR above and beyond... even putting the screen cover and phone case on for us!! Much closer and more convenient than any of the other locations, and again... cant say enough how helpful and AMAZING Atour was.... like, seriously!
