Hills is my absolute, 100%, go-to place to build a brilliant charcuterie board. Each cheese they carry is la creme da la creme. I LOVE their Swiss Almond spread - its like Olgas Snackers cheese spread on crack. The Usingers hard salami they carry is, in my 12 year old sons words - Unlike any salami I have ever tasted. This is GREAT.I will never go anywhere else for cheese. Whats the point?Ive found Nirvana.

Excellent service and a lovely variety! Wouldnt be the farmers market without Hills Cheese. You just cant get cheeses like these anywhere else. They even have a ghost pepper cheese for those who dare to go super spicy!

Hills Home Cured Cheese has the best variety of cheeses I have seen anywhere! I always pick up Le Roule and Five Counties Cheddar, but my new favorite is Winey Goat... delicious!!!

We have been coming here for at least 25 years always large selection of gourmet cheeses, maytag, blue stilton,cheddars ect. I have worked with the father and now Paul the son always great service do go to the farmers market to see them.
