We had a lovely visit at this place yesterday afternoon. Lots of wonderful items. I had no idea that that they sold the things that they have inside! I thought that it was just sheds, I was wrong. Alpaca items and gift ideas, as well as rugs. You need to stop by and check this place out!

Did a great job with the shed for our goats and animals. Wh had custom door and wall made inside. Also had a goat and dog door installed. It was easy from purchase to final product. This will make the wife very happy.

They worked with me to create a special shed, although they dont necessarily customize, they were able to meet my needs. The crew that came did a great job and were very efficient (in 90 degree weather) and it only took the four of them a little over 3 hours or so. They went above and beyond and installed my shutters for me and also custom made a wood stoop (not a ramp) which they normally dont do. I highly recommend A Cottage Collection.

I had my cottage installed a few days ago and its amazing. Its a 16 by 10 unit with two windows and double barn-style doors. It took less than two weeks to go from placing the order to having it installed. The installers came in the morning and took about 5 hours to build the whole thing right in our backyard, even painting the siding, trim, and shutters/door to match the house according to how we designed it. Its basically a tiny house. I plan on having it be my outdoor office and have already consulted some electricians for estimates to run power out to it, but if my family has their way then itll be more of a backyard party shack! Very helpful, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales team - thank you Pete for all of your help! Weve received many compliments from the neighbors and were very excited about it.

Pete and Joey went above and beyond any expectations!! I purchased a swing years ago, very sturdy, well made beautiful swing and we have been very happy with it. I have a special needs daughter who loved to go outside and swing on it. As we were swinging on it last summer, the bolt that held it to out deck broke- (this bolt was there when we bought the house, our fault for not noticing it was getting weak). Needless to say, the swing fell with us in it and one end of the swing was damaged. I contacted A Cottage Collection to see if I could have it repaired. Pete and Joey were exceptional!! My daughter has her swing back, good as new and we couldnt be happier with the customer service provided. Im sure she will have many more years of swinging thanks to them. Pete and Joey exceeded any expectation I had and I will never forget their kindness to my daughter. I cant recommend them enough.

I had them build a shed for us at our lake house about 15 years ago and they did a great job. So we hired them to build one at our city home. They do great work. And with some new options like a metal roof it will wear really well.

This company was wonderful 4 years ago when I worked with them and assured me if anything were to go wrong even after the warranty that they would do their best to help me out. today I called because I lost my shed key and they were able to replace it immediately with zero hassle. I would highly recommend them!!!

We ordered replacement for shed doors 6 weeks ago, and the manager/ owner? of the location originally was super helpful and told us he could order us replacement doors for a fair price. We were pretty open as to what the price would be as long as we could get the doors for shed. He originally told us we will be able to get the doors within a week or two. When he didnt have the doors yet, he said that he would check on them and call us back. However, he never called back. Instead, we called ourselves about once a week, and he said they were coming in soon. He kept putting us off saying they were going to get to it, but they never did. Finally, he basically told us he may not be able to get to it for a while, so if we wanted to go with someone else that would be okay. We asked him to keep the order in and keep in touch. Finally we did find someone else to do the doors and they got them to us within a couple days. I just wish we hadnt wasted 6 weeks time waiting and waiting for someone who said they were taking care of us.

Had my Shed put in and that night called them about my ramp. Was told they would come out and fix it. Also the paint needs touch up. I have called them for over a month now and no one has showed up! Many people I have talked to many people have said we will be out and fix it. I don’t would never go here again there customer service is terrible

Outstanding customer service

I experienced a bad interaction with someone here before I could even discuss purchasing anything from them and this rating is based on that alone. I cant give an honest opinion on their products or workmanship as I went somewhere else. I stopped by on a Friday around 4:30 pm (their online info said theyre open until 6). A man emptying the trash was there and I asked if they were open. He said were closed and when I replied with your site says youre open until 6 thinking Id get a response telling me when theyd be open next, I instead got a nasty toned response of well, were not open. When I came to this place I drove from the street behind the building and it wasnt apparent to me where the parking lot was since its mostly gravel and not really defined on the side. I asked him where should I park otherwise? at this point Im still thinking ok this guy is having a bad day but Ill just come back when theyre open - he instead replied with a raised nasty voice I dont know why you want to park here, I said were closed. All of this happened within a few minutes and based on that interaction I decided to take my business elsewhere.IN REPLY TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE:I realize that businesses close early for all sorts of reasons, and my negative review wasnt about the business being closed early at all. Yes, everyone has a bad day - I even said that in my comment and I was still planning to come back, but he just got nastier. I know your business has been around a long time (Im sure there is good reason for that) and again my review wasnt about your products or workmanship. Things happen and I understand that, but to be nasty over something as trivial business hours and parking is going to unsettle someone. It was unfair of me to assume other things based solely on that interaction and I shouldnt have included assumptions in my comments. I have since adjusted my comments to only reflect the incident instead of my assumptions.

This place has been around for 37 years where are all the reviews? We have ordered a shed. Waiting for it to be delivered. So far the sales man has been very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Will update the review.
