Went in with a model number to replace a stove handle. Was told by employee we needed end caps also. Got back to stove, opened handle box and it included the end caps. Tried to return end caps and was told they charged a 20% restocking fee. Thats fine if the salesman didnt sell something to us we did not need. They tried to pass on $50 of un-need parts to us in hopes we did not return or to sting us with the restocking fee. They are either unethical, or didnt provide full customer service/support by knowing that the stove handle already included the end caps. BUYER BEWARE at Cincinnati Appliance!

I have used Cincinnati Appliance parts for a long time. Went in today with the parts and part numbers I needed to have ordered, like I have done for years. I was told today that without the model number he could not look them up. So I left, went back to work, found the exact parts I needed on Amazon and ordered. Took me less than five minutes. Very disappointed in the service today.

Do NOT use this place! I take apart my stove to replace the bake and broil elements on Sat. But they close at noon. So we go through the weekend with no stove. I BRING THE OLD ELEMENTS IN in on Monday. The guy argues with me about replacing the broil element (Ive only been doing this kind of work for 35 plus years), then wont even look up anything because I made the sin of not having the model number. But its 1130 on Christmas Eve and.....tadaaaaaa, they close at noon. No time to go back home and get it. This jerk wouldnt even trouble himself to even try adn as a result, we get the wonderful experience of trying to have Christmas with no friggin stove. Thank you so much! Well, I DID get the model number, and I ordered one from Amazon in ten minutes, and I dont even have to leave my home! Maybe CAP should think about this little fact and let it sink in real good ! Absolutely abysmal customer service!!!!
