Since COVID began, Ive ordered appliances twice for curbside pickup here and both times it went well. Went inside today (Sep 2021) and had a good experience but was disappointed to see most customers ignoring the posted masks required signage. SC is so fd. The sole employee I saw (while browsing the store for an hour) had a mask, but it never covered her nose. Sigh.

Its busy but a good experience. Its clean and looks kept up, lots of things to look at and plenty of Christmas present opportunities.

Love this place! Theres so much neat stuff. Whether you have a shopping plan or whether youre just browsing, you will find something. Contrary to popular belief, everything in the store is not overpriced. There are some pricey items and sections, due to the fact that it is designer names. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I went to see if I could buy a replacement part for my ninja. One of the associates seen how lost and confused I was and asked if I needed help. When I told him what I was looking for he led me to the correct area and looked for it. They didnt have what I needed, but then he took it a step further and looked it up online for me so that I would be able to get what I needed! Im sorry I didnt get your name, but your help was greatly appreciated!

I received a gift card from someone for this store and they gave me the gift receipt with it. After looking through the whole store and not finding anything I wanted or could use, I left. A couple days later I called and asked if I could return the gift card and was told that I could. But once I got there I was told that they werent able to return gift cards and I said that I had just spoke with someone on the phone who told me differently. Then a woman yells at me No you told me you had the original receipt so thats why I said that after this a manager walked over and said we cant just return gift cards and I said well Im sorry then someone told me wrong on the phone. Then she said ok I think I have $30 on me Ill just buy it. We cant use gift cards but whatever I guess Ill find someone who wants it. I really hate being out of $30 but I guess I dont have a choice. I told her I really appreciated it and she didnt respond. I apologized and said I didnt mean to be difficult but again, no one responded to me. I work in retail and would never even consider speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to by both an associate and a manager at this place. Not to mention I would probably lose my job if I treated a customer that way. TERRIBLE customer service

My wife buys overpriced, cheaply made wall accents from BB&B. The manufacturer missed the mounting hardware by a solid inch, and now I am spending my Saturday trying to remove the potmetal screws to adjust this junk so it will match universal stud spacing. I already hate these, before they get hung.
