Got what I needed, friendly and good service.

I personally like this store. They have such a variety of items and the prices are extremely reasonable. Its the only place in town I can find silken tofu. They have fresh vegetables, frozen and refrigerated items and loads of spices and seasonings, snacks and beverages. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is a very small store, a bit crowded, and could be a little neater/cleaner.

Great place to find niche items. Chinese, japanese, vietnamese, and Korean items. Doesnt always open or close promptly. Wouldnt go until an hour after open or an hour before close.

One thing that you need to remember when deciding a rating is where a store stands in regards to the other businesses in the area. My friends and I are huge fans of asian cuisine, and always wanted to try our hand at many dishes, as well as getting the chance to try said dishes. This was especially important since, after having actual ramen from a small but high-rated restaurant in Columbia, we could never, ever go back to instant ramen. However, we had trouble finding the proper ingredients to put something together.It took us time to go into the store due to its small size, but when we did, it set everything in motion. We have now been able to cook our own dishes whenever we want. I love getting to try various pastries and snacks, and we have been looking forward to getting some meat buns on the next opportunity. I carry milk plum candy with me wherever I go, and as a college student I give it to any fellow student who wants one (and in a student lounge full of people in their 20s, Japanese candy is guaranteed to turn heads). I always make sure to tell them about that little store that sells all sorts of Asian specialty foods that you would normally be hard-pressed to find in Florence, in hopes that more people visit there to bring them more business.The prices are reasonable, and there are many items that you cant find anywhere else. The lady who runs the store is usually found behind the counter, and she is very helpful when I ask questions regarding products and their uses, or what could be used in a certain dish. My friends and I love her personality.It is one of those tiny places that a town needs to help remain cultured. I definitely recommend this store to anybody who might be wondering where to find a certain product or ingredient.

We stop here to find reasonably price items to make meals requiring specialty goods needed to make Asian dishes. Its a small store, just a little corner hole in a mall (meaning, its pretty much all thats here, the rest of the stores, 1 or 2 of them, are empty, or so it appears) But, its a little place that caters to people who want reasonably priced Asian food items. Its one of those markets that when youre looking for certain things; youre glad its here; and you hope itll be here next time you need things. The owner is nice enough; and keeps the place stocked. Theres a public restroom; but, dont expect much more, dont mind the cleaning supplies. Oh, and theyll probably still be here next time; we hope.. my wife and I have been going here for years! It is what it is!

I like the owner, and Im happy it exists, but they dont have as much product as they used to and a lot of times they are not open during their stated business hours.

I adore this market. Variety and stock is plentiful. Pricing is incredibly fair considering the closest equivalent rival market I have found is near Columbia, SC. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The only issue I have encountered is that the hours are not always predictable (due to few staff and family responsibilities). So if you decide to make the trip (I live 40 minutes away), call ahead and make sure someone will be there; it is worth planning your trip.

Their website say they open at 10:00 a.m. but it looks like they havent been in business in a while.

Awesome place for hard to find Asian spices and unusual food. If you like authentic Chinese, Thai or Korean food, this is the place to go. Soy sauce by the gallon, awesome!

Loved that I found my pumpkin, was the only one though and I had to buy the whole pumpkin. Ill visit again for the pumpkin didnt see much other stuff that I would want. Good customer service as well.

The overall experience is good except that very bad experience with an employee called Alice. She was not happy working there (quote from her own words). Yet she vented her anger to the customers.
