Stephanie (one of the owners) helped me with my potted monstera plant. I thought it needed to be re-potted and I was afraid I would damage/kill it if I tried to do the job myself, so I drove it up to Reminiscent and she helped me by giving me some advice (it turned out it did not need re-potted, just re-staked). She also gave me some advice on a second monstera I had, which was experiencing some rot. I really appreciated her customer service (as I am an inexperienced plant owner), and I will definitely be back for a bonsai!

This place is amazing! They have an incredible variety. We went initially just to check out some Bonsais but ended up coming back the next day and stayed for about two hours just taking in everything they have growing. Even though their collection is extensive, there’s no corporate or manufactured feel at all. Everything feels naturally nurtured and cared for. The staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. We look forward to coming back regularly.

Ive purchased 5 bonsai over a period of 1 year. I had one that was a little troubled due to my own faults. I keep mine indoors not because I prefer too but its what I deal with in my situation. If you keep yours indoor just pay attention to how much sun and how close they are to your window. Mine was sturdy so I had plenty of time to address the issue. By far the best selection of bonsai and even when Im not buying I enjoy walking around and looking at the different types and seeing how they trim and take care.

I’ve been going to Reminiscent Farms since I was a kid and my parents would drag me out there. Now whenever I’m in Kentucky and get anywhere near them I have to take a minute to stop in and at least take a look around. Even if I don’t leave with anything it’s still fun to walk around, not that I don’t usually leave with something because their plants are all so pretty. I always tell anyone that’s wanting to have a pretty yard to skip the box stores and go to a place that has real plants. I promise you that you’ll yard will look better when you’re done.

Great variety of trees including many rarer natives and cultivars. Beautiful setting with good help on hand. I am a botanist and this place amazes me with their selection and very reasonable prices. Also many herbs and perennials that are very healthy and that no other place would stock.

We visited twice and were treated incredibly well. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through what would work well with our yard and the look and maintenance we had in mind. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I live in downtown Cincinnati, and for the last several years our neighborhood herb garden in Lytle P ark has been buying all of our plants from Reminiscent. They have wonderful variety, healthy rigorous plants, and the staff is very friendly and helpful with knowledgable advice.

I went in to get my first bonsai. The staff was incredibly helpful and told me everything I needed for the tree I selected. They had an excellent selection of different trees and pots. Staff was very knowledgeable of each species’ needs. The prices were very reasonable for both starter trees and styled trees.
