My wife and I just purchased a new vehicle from King GMC. Professional, helpful, and fast service from start to finish. Outside of the unknown timeline due to part shortages etc. Tom and Ed helped keep me up to date with the process. When the car did arrive they quickly let me know and I picked up the same day! I was in and out in under an hour and that included going over the whole vehicle.I was impressed and will definitely be taking my business back again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle.

Patrick Brown was amazing! He let me know step by step what was going on with my vehicle. We went from an oil change & 2 new tires to $3500 total worth of issues that were corrected.Great service from the technician as well. The technician found issues (oil leak) with my vehicle that wasnt brought to our attention when we were there last, just 3 months prior at your same location. I felt like the technician and Patrick both were very thorough and it made be feel so much safer knowing they found and corrected the issues with my vehicle.My vehicle was there 2.5 days and the 1 day Patrick wasnt there, (a scheduled day off), I received mixed information from other service members. Luckily Patrick was back the day I picked my vehicle up. He throughly went over what was done to my vehicle. He tried his best to ease the blow of my total charges by his wit and explaining that the issues that were corrected were necessary. And they most definitely were necessary.Patrick is a great asset to your business! I will be coming back for regular oil changes and maintenance only because of his professionalism and above and beyond service. Again, praises to the technician who serviced my vehicle as well. I was in an accident in July. The only place I considered having the work done was King Cadillac Buick. As per usual, I was treated VERY courteously, professionally and caring. Not only was I updated on a regular basis but Austin was there every time I called. This dealership is definitely the BEST anywhere. I would never do business with anyone else.JEC

I recently, supposedly, had a diagnostic to determine the reason for the breaking of the alternator belt (around 8/16/21)…At the time of service there was visible signs that there had been a fluid leakage and I also mentioned it. I was told it was a bad tensioner. So the tensioner and belt was replaced. (Cost- $880.61)On yesterday (9/15) the belt popped again and I’m being told it’s due to the leak (front timing cover oil seal needs replacing)…Cost of $633.31. If there was a diagnostic done the first visit wouldn’t this issue would have been detected.I moved back home from another state and always took my Buick to the dealership and had excellent service experience…This dealership tries to nickel and dime you for money… I have been here a total of 4 times and on the last time they charged me 3% fee to use my credit card to pay for an already expensive repair.I feel that I should get refunded the diagnostic due to failure to fix the problem and from paying all of the cost to have this repaired again….

Happy Pendergraft at King Cadillac in Florence, South Carolina was wonderful to deal with. Love my XT6. It had 1134 miles on it but it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Happy was extremely thorough explaining everything my XT6 did (and it does a lot). I’ve had it for 9 days and I’m falling more and more in love!

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. I bought my 2017 GMC Acadia 3 years ago and the air conditioner goes out every summer. I’ve put so much money into “fixing” this car and yet every year Me and my toddler are without AC in the middle of summer. Obviously they either don’t care about fixing the car, and just want the money they get from you or they don’t know what they’re doing.

Everyone was so kind from start to finish. They helped me get an oil change and changed my battery out no problem since it was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. They even worked me in. The shuttle service made it so easy when I had to work that day. They reallt made me feel special. Ill definitely be back. Robert was awesome, in fact The whole staff was amazing. I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicle to King Cadillac in Florence, SC. We broke down on a Sunday morning returning from our vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have extended warranty on our vehicle, so we were towed to the nearest Certified Cadillac Dealer which was King Cadillac. They were closed on Sunday and we were stranded. The next day, after briefly looking at our vehicle, we were told we need a new engine and that we needed to pay $9,000.00 and they would have us on the road in 2 days, however, King Cadillac will not accept 3rd party payment from our extended warranty....something about they got burnt 20 years ago!!! We said NO to THAT offer! We even offered to stay until that payment from our extended warranty cleared before we would accept the vehicle, but No, they refused. Theres nothing like being hundreds miles from home and being treated this way!!! We had to pay yet another towing fee after King Cadillac said they would tow it for free per service manager Bill Johnson to another Certified Cadillac dealer that accepted our extended warranty. When we requested that service Bill Johnson stated those words never came out of his mouth. Wow! King Cadillac literally told us it was not worth it to them to jump through hoops to satisfy our extended warranty coverage to replace the engine. My husband called our extended personally, and was told they would pay by credit card to King Cadillac, and they needed to know what caused the engine to fail. We were never told by King Cadillac why it failed, just basically to pay them out of our pocket and they will replace the engine. No THANK YOU King Cadillac. I recommend NEVER going to this Dealership!

They had the bus picked up and I was called the next day to inform me of the scope of work that needed to be done. Just a few days later, I was called to inform me that all mechanical work had been completed.The service was done completely and thoroughly in no more than a few days. I would definitely recommend King to anyone needing service.

Upon arriving at the service area I was met promptly by an advisor. I explained the symptoms my truck was experiencing and he knew right away what the problem was and how to fix it. I had to wait for my truck since I live about 30 miles away and did not have a ride. My advisor said it would be a few hours and that I could be shuttled somewhere but I chose to stay in the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean and everyone waiting was made to wear masks which made me feel safe and comfortable. Snacks and drinks were available. My advisor came to check in several times during my wait, giving me updates on my trucks status. When the work was through, checkout was quick and I was on my way home with a truck that was preforming like new! This was my first time at the Dealership and I am very pleased with the whole experience.

My dealings with King Cadillac have been exceptional.My experience with the product itself, not as much. I bought a barely used 2018 GMC Sierra Denali, less than 15,000 miles on it. It doesnt shift properly (very rough) in the low gears (between first and second) and GM doesnt allow the dealerships to do anything to correct the issue. Pretty disappointed that a $45K truck malfunctions the way this one does and there is nothing the manufacturer will do about it. Have read of class action lawsuits against GM due to the very same issue. Maybe I should look into that.I have owned 5 GM vehicles in the last 16 years.. not sure there will be another.

Mr. Carter was very kind when we went to buy the car, but they told us the price included ALL taxes, that I did not have to worry about them, but now I have to pay the property taxes in August and again in April, they were supposed to be included in the price so I don’t have to pay taxes until April. They never told us that.

Despite buying 2 brand new vehicles over the past 3 years and having our vehicles serviced at King Cadillac every time, we will not be back. My husband brought his truck for an oil change and asked the service team to take a look at an issue, the bill ended up being over $400 & was told it was fixed. My husband took the truck to his shop, looked up under and figured out that they had not fixed the issue. He took the truck back up to the service dealership and was called and told the part to fix it would be over $900 “but he wouldn’t be charged for labor”. The part is for sale online for $500. King Cadillac has truly lost all respect and business from a very loyal customer. We will not be back.

This has to be the worst service ever received. Traveling from South Carolina back to Tennessee, our 2015 Cadillac Escalade broke down on the interstates side. Had our vehicle tow to King Buick GMC Cadillac in Florence, SC 29501, on a Sunday when they are not open. In saying this, the next day, the Advisor I spoke to named Taylor was very polite and sounded like she cared about our situation. A family stranded is a terrifying thing to go through. After looking at our vehicle for a brief period, they let us know that the car needed a new engine. Did not tell us why or how it needed one.I had asked to speak to the service manager named Mr. Bill Johnson, notified us that it did need a new engine but would not accept CNA nationwide extended warranty. They wanted us to pay $9000.00 upfront. I called the CNA warranty company, and they verified they would pay all of it if the service department would accept our credit card payment. Mr. Johnson proceeded to let me know a story about 20 YEARS ago; a warranty company did not pay them, so let the customer today suffer is what I understood that as. After verifying that they would pay, Mr. Bill Johnson proceeded to tell us that, and I quote, Not worth our time and effort to jump through hoops just to receive payment. I even offer to not accept the vehicle for pickup until the payment was paid in full. He then told us he would provide my car to be towed at his expense to another Cadillac dealership; I accepted the offer to find out Mr. Bill Johnson retracted his words and told me that. I quote, Those words never came out of my mouth, not to tow for free to another dealer. Had him on speaker the first time he said he would pay for free when my family heard him say it. Being stuck in another state is very scary as it is, but this dealership did not care. If it were there family, I am pretty sure things would be different. Never take your vehicle here for service; they only accept cash and no warranty.

Fraud! I was very happy with my experience (oil change & replace fuel filter) until I went to pay and they tried to sell me tires that I didn’t need. I had just been to Discount Tire where I was told the tread depth is 6/32”. The service advisor (Tia) recorded 5/32”. When I we went to pay, I was told the tech recommended new tires because my tires were between 3/32” & 4/32”. I consider that fraud.

The dealer, Reamer King, was very helpful in going over with us the size of car that we needed and the color options available. A sales consultant, Levy Sadler, road with us to test drive the car we were considering. He was skilled in explaining to us the features of the car. On the vehicle we selected Reamer King, the dealer, talked us through the pricing of that vehicle and also the pricing on the vehicle we were trading in. The business manager, Andy Witherspoon, was very professional in going over with us the paperwork on the transaction. Levy Sadler, the sales consultant, came back and went over the features on the car we had purchased. Each member of this team was very skilled in carry out his role in the entire transaction.

Nicky greeted me at the door, I told him what I was interested in and he worked to make it happen in a very friendly and professional manner. It didnt take half the day either. The next day I had to run by to drop off a key, and everyone I had dealt with the day before remembered my name and gave me the warmest greeting, I felt like family. When you buy a 53,000.00 dollar car and you drive it and take it back because tires need high speed balance and they charge you 112.40 to fix it and when you get it back it was worst off than when you took it and tell you they will have to see what the charges will be i to fix the problem again i think that is pretty low down to treat a customer that way that spent that kind of money for a car and dont take care of the problem at there cost but thats ok i promise you one thing i will never buy another car form king cadillac and i will turn everyone away that ask me about them.

I have always been very very satisfied with King until this appointment. Got my SUV back after an oil change and tire rotation and my car was veering off to the right if I applied brakes or took my hand off steering wheel. Called and was informed that I needed my tires balanced. Have had my tires rotated at King for over 7 years and have never ever had this problem and then was told the price for balancing tires and I was flabbergasted so called around and found other places that were anywhere from $10 to $20 dollars cheaper. Very disappointed with King Cadillac and have never ever been disappointed in the last 7 years. I am seriously considering going else where for my servicing needs but really really hate to.
