My name is Lorie Stokes. I am posting this hoping it will motivate someone at King to actually call me.. I will start this with my entire family has always used King for new car purchases and never had any issues in that regard. This review is for the collision center. At the urging of my insurance company I used King to repair my Jetta after a deer hit it. My insurance said that king was on their list of certified shops and guaranteed their work 100 percent. This was the 1st week of Sept, 2020 The staff were very helpful and friendly initially. this is the short version..Basically i was called to pick up my car the first part of november. I did not take the car because I instantly noticed the moulding was not on correctly around the doors. ( they had to order it) jump to December car is ready PIck it up. drive it down the road instantly notice the horrible wind noise and a loud clunking when opening and closing rear door. I also notice that the moulding inside and out are not on correctly. Take the car back. mid decemeber car is ready. Go to pick car up this time and the actual door has a gap in it. Was told that was the only way it would line up for the door to shut properly without the clunking. I told them absolutely not. Left the car. January.. car is ready again.. I open the door and the moulding is incorrect . Had big gaps in it. Austin tells me he cant do anything else and calls his manager. Manager comes out and is an absolute @$$.. I take the car home to keep from going to jail (lol) I contact my insurance company. I get a call from Austin a few days later telling me to bring car back.. They are going to redo everything . . Here is the kicker. I had placed clear packing tape on the moulding inside of my car ( to keep it from popping up) I get a call end of Feb that once again my car is done.. I was assured that they had actually driven the car to check for the wind noise. That all moulding was new and replaced. After leaving I notice instantly the wind noise is horrible. My windshield moulding was not fixed. Pretty sure they took all of the guts out of my door. same moulding is on the car and still not placed properly. The tape I put on it is still on the trim they replaced . I could go on and on... I cant even uses my seat belts in the back seat. I contacted my insurance company was told someone would be calling me from King. Going on week 3 and have heard nothing. I am very disappointed in the work .. This has been ongoing since Sept.Update 4/1/2021: was contacted by King. Car is currently back in shop being reworked. I was offered a courtesy loaner this time. Was assured they would make everything right with my car. Did not feel like I was bothering them this time
We were taken advantage of here. We were charged for a cabin filter and air filter that was $123 and was not told how much this was when called. When I went to pay I told him to put my old filters back in and he told me they were gone. Advice: don’t go to this dealership service center. If you do and need filters go next door to advance auto they are 70% cheaper.

Service department are scammers. Literally fix the problem I had, but creates another then try to say maybe our diagnostic machine didn’t pick it up. Lies! I did not have this problem until I spent $1,936 there only for get my truck to home and it’s shaking when turning off. Call them immediately and asked me to bring it Monday morning because close to closing on Friday. Brought back Monday at 0750…so much more lies came smh

Diagnosed air conditioning problem with our car needing new compressor costing $1300. They had replaced it previously less than 3 years ago. Took it to another shop and car was low on freon. Works fine now. Asked King for refund of diagnostic fee due to gross misdiagnosis. They wouldnt refund.

Took our new XT6 here this week for the first service, oil, rotate and overall inspection. Customer service and service quality was poor, at best. At pick up I asked what service they performed. The sales person wasnt sure besides an oil change, if the tires had been rotated and didnt attempt to find out. As they gave me my key I asked if they washed it....no, were we supposed to? Was the response. Seems to me Cadillac is competing with Lexus, Genesis, MB, BMW..... those dealerships would Never let a customer leave without knowing what exactly was done and in a car that wasnt washed. Luxury car dealership? Nope.
Awesome and really nice customer service, worked with me and helped me out with my Denali.highly recommended.

Dont trust these people. I took my truck in for a recall which there is no charge to fix and they tried to charge me a $150. So now I take my truck to 5 star Chevrolet in Florence, much revelant prices on oil changes and the customer service it is exceptional.
Every time I have been to King, they have provided great service. Their staff keeps you updated on the progress of the service and provide a pleasant wait area. They discuss recommendations with you but do not pressure you to pick a specific one. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have not been disappointed in any of my visits.
Dont believe anything these people tell you. They dont communicate with each other much less the customer. you get different answers depending on who you talk to. Took 3 times longer to do work than they quoted, and what anybody else says it should take. They will never lay eyes on my car again
Amazing customer service before during and after the sale. All dealers would be better served to take lessons from this dealership!1st class all the way! If u need a automobile see Levy at King. Hes one of the best. True gentleman and scholar!
Not happy with the service department. Apparently they are not all trained the same way. Robert tells you one thing and Gab tells you another. I would never use them again. I’ll travel to another dealership before ever going there again. Their customer service is awful.

Went to King to see what they had in used vehicles.King was about the fifth dealer we went to. We went looking for possibly a GMC Acadia or a Terrain. Pat Jordan showed us around and we drove several vehicles. My wife spotted a Cadillac XT5 and we took it for a test ride. Thanks to Pats salesmanship and patience we bought the XT5! Pat Jordan is a credit to King Cadillac!

We Bought a Chevrolet Suburban this year and within a few months of having it, it had some mechanical problems. They wouldn’t do anything to help us with this problem. Beware if you don’t have extra warranty!

I own a 2016 Cadillac ATS the car is still under factory warranty and for about the past 2 months the car has been giving me a warning that my car’s engine is overheating. I’ve taken the car in about 3 or 4 times for the same issue. A sensor was replaced at my last visit.I picked my car up that Tuesday that following Saturday the same warning.I have video of the car displaying this warning but no one knows how to fix the problem. I don’t know if it’s a GM issue or not but this is very frustrating and embarrassing. The car wasn’t purchased from King but I just assumed they would be the place to take care of a Cadillac issue. 🤷♀️
My wifes low mileage Cad. had dash screen go in and out. King fixed it the next day. Could not be more pleased. King always goes way beyond expectations.
Highly recommend for auto repair-fairly priced and exceptional service. Waiting time was a lot shorter than I have experienced at other repair shops.
