It was a good 1. He did what he said he would do, & He did. I was happy with the last 1, that I got from him & Im happy w/ this 1 as well. Its so much nicer than what I had It will take some getting use 2 it w/ all that it has on it. I know Im going 2 enjoy the heated seats & stirring wheel this winter.. Im a happy camper. Tks.

The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word and was repaired in a timely manner after the insurance inspection was completed. No surprises here. Mr. Dan (Smith I think in the Service Department) is the best. He was professional courtesy and knowledgeable of my needs. He worked with my insurance company to ensure I received the best service possible. At the end of the day I only had to pay my deductible. Doug was excellent. Customer service was definitely great. Only downside - no loaner and complimentary car if a customer have to leave the car over night. Other than, mechanic technician very knowledgeable and fix the problem to the car in timely manner. Five star for five star.

The experience was pretty good, I enjoyed roving through the cars with Latwan. He fielded all of my questions with patience, ran to grab keys a number of times, and gave me any answers I needed as quickly as he could get them while making pleasant conversation.Pretty quick in and out too once we settled down to the paperwork, plus the free soda was really nice.

I brought my truck in for service and got it back with a scratch in the driver side door. Obviously I’m not happy about the damage, and I’m even more upset that I have to be without my truck for three days while it’s getting repaired. The positive to this is five star has agreed to take care of the repair. I will be more then happy to do a follow up review once the repair work has been completed.

Im making this review after five years of ownership of my car that I purchased from here. Had an excellent easy experience with the salesman then. And after 5 years of ownership Ive had no real problems from the car. They definitely did not sell me a lemon. Thanks Travis for your exceptional efforts to provide the best customer service possible. After all, you keep the place running, not the customers. I was quoted $90 for an injector connector for a duramax engine. Drove an hour to pick up the connector only to be told the guy I spoke with was not available and the price was $115. No big deal on the price other than the fact that I was told 1 thing only to be told something else when I arrived. He refused to honor the price given. I know how the parts systems work and I know how easy it is to adjust pricing. I just spent nearly $600 with 5 star last week on 2 injectors, which is why I was given a little lower price over the phone.. I also had to provide the part number since master parts specialist Travis didnt know how to look it up and said that the whole wiring harness had to be purchased as a whole. No worries, Ill be glad to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully this issue can be addressed and can prevent a future incident from costing 5 star another customer.

Great shopping experience. Professional and communicative sales staff, no messing around, and a terrific price on a new vehicle at a time during which good deals can be hard to come by. They even delivered the new vehicle to me over two-hundred miles away. I never even visited the dealership. While Doug was very helpful, the issue with my car was not resolved. You had the car for 11 days with no resolution. We had to get the service manager involved for you to even try to fix the EMC probelms

From the time I arrived til the time I left I was made to feel very comfortable. My service advisor Doug was great. The gentleman that worked on my Colorado was fantastic. We purchased a used car for our daughter on Friday 4/23/2021, and kept the car hid until that following Monday to give it to her as a surprise. Because of that we were not really able to drive the car until surprise day. On Monday at 6 pm we gave her the car. Overjoyed she drove it of course. At 8:30 pm we received a call saying the car wont start. We ended up having to leave it overnight at Walmart. I called 5 Star Tuesday morning and talked to the GM- John. He told me they discounted the car and thats why they sell used cars as is! However we were told that the car had been inspected by the service department prior to being put for sale. When I asked if there was anything they could do. The GM said for me to have my insurance tow it to their location and they would run a free diagnostic, but that was it! Called their service dept and they wont even work on the car because its a Honda. Great job 0 Star Chevy you cheated a local family and ruined a great surprise for little girl. If I could Google Rate you a ZERO I would. -- Oh the GM did say he would buy the car back if it had major problems. Even half on a repair and tow would have been acceptable since you sold us a car that wont start 4 days off your lot.Thanks ZERO STAR CHEVROLET!

I called about a vehicle on their website that was at one of their other locations. They stated that they could get the vehicle brought in for me AFTER doing all of the paperwork and I could drive it home immediately. I asked about delivery fees and charges and he said that I would be responsible for delivery fees even though it was at one of his other dealerships. He stated all of this is standard procedure. It may be standard procedure, thats fine, but I will not buy a vehicle without looking it over first, nor will I pay for a delivery charge when it is still within the same company. This is the 2nd time asking questions at this dealership and both times has been about the same quality. I will continue my shop elsewhere.

Horrible service. Drove from Lugoff to buy a vehicle in cash. Was told before we left town the vehicle was there. Arrived and it was sold at noon. No empathy. Was offered by John 20 bucks to fill up a 2500 diesel. The worst car buying experience ever had. We came to buy. Left with our cash & headaches. John was also given his 20 back. Just add insult to injury. Find somewhere else if you want someone to give a damn.

Five Star provided excellent customer service for purchase of my new BMW. Crystal showed me all the features of the car and even set up for phone to connect to car. Financing took a little longer (though short time compared to last time bought a car at different dealership) but only due to last minute change in finance company, which was related to paperwork issue on my end. Thorough and straight forward cleared up several issues

I received excellent service at Five Star especially from my advisor Duncan!!! The first day I was there Duncan brought me lunch while I waited. Duncan came and told me that they needed a special tool and thought it was there, but it wasnt. Therefore, Five Star ordered it would be Monday before the tool came in. I returned as scheduled but the tool was not there yet, but Five Star made it right!!! My $60.00 oil change was free!!! They gave me a 2021 brand new Trax (with only 6 miles on it!!) to drive for 1 week for FREE!! Dan was great to work with and made getting the loaner vehicle very easy!! Of course my car was ready on Wednesday and therefore, I went on Thursday to pick it up and returned the loaner. Five Star dealership really made things much easier for me!! Duncan, Doug, and Dan provided excellent service. Duncan is especially made my service experience great!! He was very, very, professional and friendly, and keep me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. I will definitely go back again to have my vehicle service at Five Star in Florence, SC.

Typical dealership services rip-off. $237 Diagnostic Fee = reading the engine light code, a free service provided by parts stores/$15 tool. Gave me a $652 estimate for a $20 part I replaced in 30 minutes (with no experience) and it didnt even resolve the issue. Kendrick Goodman from Sales was great though!
