Awesome service. I live 30 minutes away from this mall and its well worth the drive. Plenty of stores..not as busy as Kenwood.

Went into today to buy my son the new Lebron James shoes. I was there for 10 minutes looking at those and other shoes. The boy working couldnt get off his cell phone long enough to even acknowledge my existence. He lost that sale along with probably another sale for my shoes. So thats at least $200. Customer service does not exist here.

The young men that work there are always so helpful and will do what they have to do so you can get the pair you want if its not available in the store.

Bought a hoodie here and several other items and my son wore the hoodie once I washed it and get out the washer and ring around the string hole was broken! I’m so upset! I just want it replaced! You can have the old one back he won’t wear it anyways it looks awful!

Love my Champs store! All the employees are always helpful and there is no pressure sales! I can ask to try on 10 different shoes and they never seem to mind!

Bought 2 pairs of Jordan slides for my son. One pair I picked up in the store (his size was available) having the other one shipped to my home (size wasnt available) they ordered it online for me. Each pair were $20 a piece that was amazing ! Great customer service

It was a very good place to shop

While shoe shopping tonight went into Champs to look around, they didnt have my size which fine whatever. I went into several stores and into champs a couple times trying to make up my mind. I had my two year old daughter with me who was getting restless, I asked a young woman worker for 4 quarters for $1 so I could get her some candy that is in a machine outside to calm her while my fiance was shopping for shoes, the lady told me no.... we do not give out change. Just thought it was pretty rude. We are paying customers or would have been(mall closed at 6pm, it was 5:55pm) couldnt give just 4 quarters, so I could continue to make a purchase? It wasnt like we just randomly walked in and asked for change without an intention to buy. Just flat out no. Couldnt calm my daughter, Left with nothing, left annoyed.

Always shopped here since in my teenage years, loved the prices an styles ... An inside the Florence mall in ky, can grab up the hottest an latest shoes while also grabbing up a super hot outfit too. While Im in the mall ...

Bait and switch pricing. Weve been there a few times for specific sale priced items, and they never have the item in stock, but always have a more expensive item that they try to get you to purchase.
