Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everythings labeled clearly. They had A lot of good deals.

I would give NEGATIVE 10!!! This was the worse customer service I have ever seen in a public place. The younger girl at the register has know idea what she is doing!!! I cant believe they would speak to their customers in such a way I will never be back!! They are beyond rude and do not know how to run a business once so ever. It was Unbelievable I do not recommend this place it is not family oriented at all

The young girl at the counter was very rude . The digital apps they use in the store is the items they have on sale. So we as consumers should be able to use a manufactured coupon as well. when i told the girl that, she said NOW LOOK, i was like oh no you didnt i had over hundred and thirty dollars in my cart and walked off and left it.

Ok dollar store. While I was at this location the power went out for a few minutes. Employees got backed up but handled the situation smoothly even still telling guests Merry Christmas 🎅 This is why I gave 5 stars.Because store at the end of the day is just a location to get what you need. But these employees are what makes this place great!

I just left this store and the cashier was very rude to her customers. Shes a older lady with shoulder length brown hair and glasses. There was a couple of black customers in line and she treated all of them wrong. She dont know how to bag items and she just throw your things in the bag as if youre not paying for them. The other employee saw that she had a line and still didnt bother to help. She just walked off. If youre going to be rude to customers,then this isnt the job for you

Worst and dirtiest Family Dollar in Florence Kentucky. The front door has broken for a few years now as well as filthy. Who knows who all has touched it. The whole store is filthy.

It was 7:50 when I tried to go into the store. I just needed two things probably wouldn’t have taken me 2 minutes to get and be rung up. But when I approached the door I was told that the employee was done he wasn’t taken any more customers. But the sign says 8 pm is the closing time so why couldn’t I run in and get what I needed! This is crazy and I want to speak to corporate!

Went in there yesterday for 3 things stood in a line that was down the aisle one worker while the other one was outside smoking came back in and didnt bother to help her co worker. Get here today at 6pm the doors are locked im calling vooperate this is just horrible.

Has a lot of the things I need, I wish that it carried my brand of cigarettes, Natural American Spirit Dark Blue. Staff is very friendly.

I would have given a ZERO star rating, but I havent got that option. Employees are rude and place stinks like something was spilled a month ago and no one can find it because of all the other messes to sift through. I was only in there for 10 maybe 15 mins. But truly felt like an hour or more, the place really sucks it out of ya. If you need a place to become depressed or need to waste time or better yet if you want to see what life choices not to make than this is the place for you and while your there, Go Ahead. Fill out an application, mite as well. ☹👎👎

Like most of the employees. Nice and helpful. 3 out of the 5 employees Ive met are great. Alot better than dollar general. My only disappointment would be that they are only open til 9 pm.

Good place when you are working with a few dollars to get by on...

I brought a product to the register. The price on the shelf didnt match the cash register price. I asked the cashier if she would like to go with me and I would show her the shelf price she refused to go look and replied, no Im not going to because this is what the register says. An employee that had been at the store longer walked back with me said that the product that I wanted was put in the wrong place. I said to them are you not going to give the shelf price and they refused to. I said that is false and advertisement. But yet, they didnt put the product in the correct place so that it wouldnt happen again.
