Easy in and out. Dont trust pricing tickets, read the fine print and compare what is below...many items are either not in the right place or they put the sale price tag in the wrong place

I ordered some dress clothes for a wedding and was in and out pretty quick. I went in the main outside entrance to the help desk and the lady quickly pointed me to where I needed to pick them up, which was to the left and follow the signs. The young lady at the pick up was able to quickly scan my code from my phone and had the items at the desk in just a few minutes from the back.This makes ship to store a perfect option for me, as I am not one to waste time waiting around. Took me more time to walk to and from my car to get what I needed, so thats five star service.

It’s not surprising that the company in a whole is going under the way they have always treated customers down to the online treatment of potential customers etc. trust me do not open a card with this department store and further more I would not become a customer with the knowledge I now have. Ty

Good sales wish had more room cause people are rude but workers are really nice. Always look for the coupons on there site to use in store or in there store catalogue.

J.C. Penny needs to either face reality and close their doors or put mre employees to work. They had only 1 cash stand open on the 1st and second floors with two cashiers at each station and customer lines half way through the store on a Saturday.

Nice selection of athletic wear and dry-fit clothing, but their selection of Jeans and and collard shirts has suffered as a result.

They have clean rest rooms and everyone is friendly and helpful!

This place is pretty expensive for what it is. Two pairs of socks for $10 is pricey in my opinion. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I understand that it had an odor. Its a bathroom. But the seats were covered it poop, there was trash overflowing, what looked like to be poop smeared on the wall above the trash can, and boxes of something just sitting in the hallway. In the exterior hallway the wall was torn up and looked to have been like that for a while. This store also has insane lines and not very nice people working the very limited check out counters. There used to be a counter in every section. Now there are only four in the whole store two downstairs and two upstairs. At christmas time, that makes the lines insanely long. I was in line for over 10 minutes just trying to return something, and there were four people working the counter. They need help in all departments it seems

Great products but like a ghost town trying to find a sales counter or employee to help. Shop online and save yourself the trouble. Why shop in store if no one is there to assist you.

There were hardly any cashiers open. You had to stand in a long line. The dressing rooms werent open either. The prices were high unless you were lucky enough to find something on clearance. The staff is friendly though. JCPENNEY used to be so much better.

I like the selection of clothes at JC Penney the quality is better than most places. For instance their Levis are a much better quality, now they also cost more but the quality is worth it. Warning their dressing rooms are closed due to covid-19 and I personally cant purchase clothes without trying them on first . Different brands fit differently. Bottom line JC Penney has good quality clothes that cost more but not excessively more like Macys. Unfortunately their dressing rooms are closed due to covid-19.Good luck and happy shopping.

Shopping for my sons first suit revealed everything wrong with Penneys. They were the same problems I had shopping at Sears for its last year in business at the mall.1. No employees helping shoppers. The only employees were the ones running the registers. 2. Messy fitting rooms. 3. Cash register did not work correctly. The cashier had to cancel everything out and start again. All 3 problems were common experiences at Sears. Sadly, it looks like Penneys is going the same route. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is for the reasonable prices, good color selection, and the friendly calm cashier.

Website said they opened at 11 a line of people waiting to get in when I called they said no its noon they should of taking care of their customers the girl showed no concern. A sign stating how clean they are when the entrance at the mens department was filthy and dirty.

The young ladies that assisted me went out of their way to help me with a homecoming dress we were getting for my partners daughter. The tag was missing and it was missing the jacket that went with it. They found a similar dress online and gave us a discount due to the missing jacket. Great service and wonderful prices.

Expected to have crowds. I was pleasant ly surprised. Polite sales clerks. And no lines anywhere. I had to exchange a pair of Levis due to wrong size. Children grow quickly.I almost wanted to look around but maybe some other time.

My wife had a Groupon for some photos here at Penney. We went today. The photos turned out great! The photographer was excellent, and great with my four year old daughter and my two year old daughter. I highly recommend! Decent price as well. A great experience 😁

The store is OK. It isnt easy to navigate through some of the sections. I also dont like the pricing structure on displays. They can be misleading by saying prices from instead of the actual price for all items in the display. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great deals, found everything I needed to finish up my Christmas shopping, Lots of toys! great customer service! Lines were a lil long, but typical for the holiday season! Not a lot of quality merchandise in places I looked, and I spent 1.8 hrs there. Lots of things on sale, but even at 50% off, better quality items were cheesy looking.....like they had been in a box or closet for a long time.

Had pictures done in July! It was my fiance and new babys first time getting pictures and everything was so easy and free flowing! Being the first on the books we werent waiting and didnt have an audience! Very happy with the performance and quality! Thank you!

I have always liked JCPenney. But while I still like their merchandise the store is a mess. Instead of leaning on the checkout counter, perhaps the associate could be straightening tables in the immediate area. I very seld shop in store anymore because of this. It is not just the Florence mall store. The one close to my home in Illinois is a mess too.

JCPenney has fair prices and you can get some good deals! Purchased a Black and Decker iron that consumer reports rated a very good iron. We will see after using the iron!

Used my JCPenney credit card to receive 30 percent off, but store did not allow me to use a $100 gift card to pay my credit card off which was over 100 and I was going to use cash for remaining balance. Gift card should be as good as cash.

Great store but it is struggling. You can find some great deals there but the online business is killing this franchise. It isnt anywhere as bad as Sears, but the competition online doesnt help this store. Still though, there are lots of selections there and good deals to be had.

I had to return a Victrola turntable because it wasnt working. I told them we couldnt get it to work when I returned it. No trouble returning it. However, when I finished my shopping, there can was my broken record player back out for sale. Same ripped box, and I couldnt exchange it because there were none left, so I know it was mine. If you see anything that looks like it may have been opened, beware!

Do not shop here. They want you money but only had 2 workers in the whole store that I saw (and I walked around the store at least 4 times!) and they shut ALL fitting rooms! Seriously?! You are trying to sell clothes and expect people to buy them without trying them on?! If that’s the case, I’d shop somewhere online. I had my son try on clothes in the bathroom. I will not be back. This place has gone way downhill and has no concept of customer service!

My family and I have been going to Sara for years and wouldnt trust anyone else. She is amazing at what she does!!! The new remodel looks great also!

Selection cover almost any need that you may need clothing wise. Great style, and employees are very helpful. Great for browsing or quick trips. Maybe a only concern with this time of year, the racks of clothes are pretty close to each other, to make way for more items.

Have to be going out of business soon... Selection is thin on everything and I dont think theyve swept the floor in months
