Best experience I’ve ever had! My glasses are great and I can see after trying several other eyeglass stores. Excellent in every way!

This was me and my daughter first time shopping with Eyemart Express and when I tell you when we reach the front door of the store we received outstanding customer service the young lady Temple Introduced herself explain all of the specials and deals they had going on. Temple showed me and my daughter the different options that we were interested in and when I tell you she came Through we left out of there happy and satisfied customers and a triple bonus our all four of our glasses were done in no time and when we pick them up Temple and her colleagues made sure we were satisfied and happy this is a great place to shop we will be back

Precautions for Covid were in place!!!! Staff was very professional…. No pressure to pick a certain price frame…I got the frame I wanted and they were ready in 28 minutes….. I love them! I highly recommend this business!!!

This was my first experience at Eyemart but I will definitely be back!! My glasses were made in less than 1 hour, 2 pair were cheaper than 1 pair I had previously gotten at another location, and all the staff was super friendly and helpful!

I went to eyemart express after working in the rain all day, had a cap on, and work boots.Im 58 year old female with health issues. After my exam I went in the eye glass department. A Black Woman with Long braids to her backside told me, the kinda of glass you got on are straight ahead, didnt walk down there with me, very hateful tone. Ask her did I have to buy 2, she said no I could buy one. She stood about 5 feet from me. I had on a mask and had been vaccinated. She looked at me like I was a nasty person. I told her, not in a load tone, you are very rude. She really got loud, starting yelling, she told the other workers I said she had a bad attitude, I havent said nothing to her, I said see, your mad now, then she slammed something on the counter yelling Im fixing to get somebody else to wait on you I aint doing this. Nobody would help me. The other 2 white girls did nothing. I told one of the girls that was very nice to her customer, I wish she had waited on me, seeing she was nice to her customer. She told me you had somebody and she wasnt rude either. Trying to cover for her. I told her yes she was rude, why was I sitting there with no one helping me? I called my daughter to come down, we went and bought my glasses at Americas best. They were nice, polite, and helped me make a good decision, they didnt turn their nose up at me because how I looked They did what people that work for the public are suppose to do help people and be respectful. Ill never ever go back to eyemart express, they have no selection either. Just rude people.

Eye Mart Express is the BEST!!! The staff is so knowledgeable and explains everything they are about to do. Temple is amazing!! She explained all the different types of lenses they offer and was so helpful. My glasses were ready in less than an hour!!! This is the place to go for eye care.

They did a great job and I was able to get two pairs for 80 bucks I purchased the scratch proof protection they are warranted for a year my son loves his glasses.

This was my first time using Eye mart Express. The staff was very knowledgeable in obtaining measurements and explaining the options for the different type of lenses. I have 14 years of past experience in working in Ophthalmology and optical shops so Im pretty picky. They were great and I would highly recommend them! My glasses were supposed to be ready within an hour or so....they (2 pair) were ready to be picked up 27 minutes later.

This is the only place I go. They are always helpful, prices are great!

Great experience today as a new customer. I ordered prescription sunglasses. The lady who helped me was great, she explained my different options and prices. I got them in under two hours. I am planning on getting glasses here again and using their eye dr when my prescription expires in May.

Went in today to see about getting glasses for my son. Had to wait at front. Girl finally comes out..there is 1 lady shes helping...one at another table waiting. Theres no chairs at the front where u can sit to wait. First of all. They were not very friendly at all. They obviously need more help or something. Dont mind waiting but she just wasnt very kind...itcwas clear it was going to be a long wait! We wont be back here

Lori assisted me with my new glasses. She was helpful and friendly, not only finding me the best frames, but the best options and price for my lenses. I shopped around before coming to EE, and can say they have much better prices than anywhere else I checked. I left with new frames, lenses, and prescription sunglasses for $150 less than ONE frame other places. I also had both sets in forty minutes. I will definitely be back and highly recommend here.

Poor service they assist people who come in after others. They dont acknowledge a customer until they are leaving due to poor service when the individual was trying to purchase glasses. Indiviual was never asked if they had questions before they dismissed individual and moved to the next customer.I have shopped at eyemart for years in multiple locations, but will not be back to this one.

Loved the Optometrist. He was great. I needed a new one because mine moved and I decided to try Eyemart Express. Got 2 great pair of glasses at a very reasonable price and they were ready in an hour and a half! Perfect fit without even adjusting. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the price range I got two pairs of prescription glasses for $134.00. My only problem was that I felt like I was being rushed through and Im sure it was because of COVID-19 and everyone had to wait outside until they were called to come in. But this was my first time buying glasses so I had expected a little more expertise judging by the reviews I read on Google. Overall I still give them a 5 star rating because the woman was nice and the price unbeatable!!!

I went in to pick out glasses. The girl that was helping me helped me pick out what looked best and was very patient and honest with me about what looked good and what didnt. She explained the special for that day/week and i got my glasses and a pair of sunglasses and only had to pay for the sunglasses frames. Lenses were included in the special. I will always use Eyemart Express. Couldnt have gotten better service or more economical choices anywhere else.

They did a great job. They helped me pick out frames. Got my every day glasses and safety glasses for a good price and got them in about 45 minutes. My every day glasses are transition. Always had to wait a week for that everywhere else.Thankyou Eyemart for being friendly, helpful, inexpensive and fast.

I had been told, by my optometrists office, my glasses would at least $300 so I decided to try Eyemart. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and was wonderful help. She kept me current on the cost of my different frame choices and lenses. I ended up with 2 pairs for right at $200 and have already let several people know how happy I am with the whole experience.

I didnt have to wait long at all for an eye exam. And once I picked out glasses I liked it took no time for them to get the lenses ready. They have a lab on site. Super convenient.

Stopped by yesterday at 4:10 pm the waiting room was empty and state I needed an eye exam and to get new glasses, the lady stated we close at 5 and someone is already getting an exam. My last exam sure didnt last very long at all, but she may have had plans. Called this morning to set up an appointment and first thing what kind of insurance do you have? Gave them the info and was told bluntly I would have to pay for everything out of pocket because the was no way to verify I had insurance, even though Im a returning customer with the same insurance, a lot different experience then my previous experience with this store, definitely not the right direction

Its not just about the speedy service, but more importantly about the friendly, professional service. They take as much time as needed to ensure the frames, all the eyeglass items I need (progressive, tint, scratch resistance, etc) are addressed. Yes all these things I include add cost, but they are essential to my needs. And did I mention they gave me a military discount? For comparison I saved almost $200 compared to another optometrists quote. This was a repeat trip, and I will always purchase my eye wear here.
