We are so grateful for April, a fantastic optician! My husband and I each had exams and ordered new glasses but we both had difficulty seeing out of them. We returned and April spent an extraordinary amount of time determining why. She ordered new glasses for both of us and we couldn’t be happier. Her service is second to none. She’s a keeper.

Great service however I have had a lot of trouble with my lenses and I plan on visiting them today. Looking at the website it states the following- We want you to be completely happy with your eyewear purchase! We will do everything we can to make sure your glasses are made correctly. If there are any problems, please let us know within 30 days of picking them up. We will be more than happy to remake your lenses to an equal or lesser value lens to accommodate your vision at no additional charge; however, no refund will be given for the cost difference.So, Even though I paid almost $800 for a very expensive lens, then it was remade with a lens of a lesser value, I get no refund. This just isnt right. For this reason I am breaking off my relationship with this company. Go to someone that will DO THE RIGHT THING.

Dr Dayringer is not only super nice and great with kids, he is knowledgeable about all things eyes. He was patient with my teenage son who has no clue what he wants one second to the next. And the optician was helpful with him picking out glasses. My son said I should leave them a five star review so here it is. Been going for five years never had a problem with anything.

Love Dr. Dayringer. He is always so kind and professional. I have a difficult prescription and they always get it just right.

I was a customer of wings for 4 years, never had a problem until covid-19 hit. Now they will not answer their phones so i can schedule an appointment. I tried numerous times on numerous days, and never had a live person answer the phone. I realize they have a website and you can book an appointment online, but the amount of information that want you to type in to schedule an appointment is ridiculous especially if youre a repeat customer. So I talked to a real person and scheduled a appointment with vision works instead.

Had appt. for contact lens prescription only. I was charged $99 for exam & up charge of $75 for which I have no idea what it was for. When I got home, I checked my paperwork & there was no prescription for contacts only glasses which I didnt want. I called back as soon as I discovered but they will not answer the phone. It just keeps ringing & ringing. Left message and no call back. You even have to make an appt. on line. No one will speak to you on phone. If I ever get my prescription, I will not be returning.

Great with kids!!Even after all the positive reviews I was nervous to bring my 4 and a half year old for her eye exam (for kindergarten registration) because none of the reviews mentioned children.For anyone else who is in the same position, yes! They are great with kids! Everyone who spoke to my daughter was very nice and made her feel so comfortable! She had so much fun playing eye games Dr. Jennifer Michael was amazing!

I am currently at Wing Eye Care off US 42 in Florence, and I am very impressed with their service. With the COVID outbreak, they are short staffed, but nonetheless great service. Nice people and very hardworking. :)

Amazing service, Julie was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. So patient and helpful as I couldnt make up my mind and she even stayed late to finish things up. Great job to all the staff who helped as well. We were immediately greeted and helped even though it was really busy. Really nice selection. If you read this, look no further and stop in!

I went to Wing Eyecare in Florence for the first time and I am so glad I decided to go there. I didnt have to wait, everyone was very nice from the front desk to the young lady that did the eye tests to Dr. Reitzes who did my exam to Jim who helped me pick out the perfect frames. I love my new glasses and I can see great. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Dr. Michael, and she was fabulous! Very personal, at our pace, not rushed and engaged with my children well. I have a 4 and 6 year old and she made it fun for them and was patient with them. I highly recommend Wing Eyecare - I have been going for about 10 years now and have always had the best experience. Not much waiting at all either.

If you are looking for Maui Jim or Costa sunglasses, this is the place. Jim is very knowledgeable, answers your questions and makes recommendations based on the information you have giving him. Quick turnaround and the finished product is what you were expecting.

Every visit I feel welcomed and happy to be helped by the genuinely nice staff. Other customers must feel the same about the environment that the staff gives because there seems to be a calmness around.

Took my family to have their eyes examined and to get new glasses for my daughter and myself. They worked with us to get just the right kind of glasses and the right prescriptions to fit our needs even worked with us to get us the best deal they could on the glasses! I would highly recommend Florence Wing Eyecare! I hadnt gotten glasses or had an eye exam in years, but everyone was so wonderful and friendly. Dr. Reitzes was very nice and explained everything that she was doing. Both of the ladies that helped me both at the beginning of the appointment and to pick out frames were incredibly friendly. I recently went to Wing Eyecare in Florence because I have had (my first pair of ) glasses for like 5 years. I couldnt believe the service I was given! The staff were extremely courteous and even helped me with tests I had never heard of (so I know I had never been tested on). The end result was a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that I REALLY like a lot (I havent been able to wear sunglasses and see for as long as I can remember).The service I received, I believe, was comparable to a 5 star experience! I would highly recommend Wing Eyecare (and especially Florence location) to anyone needing new glasses! Their selection of glasses was through the roof! So many to choose from, I was like a kid in a candy store! Thank you Wing Eye Care! I have worn glasses off and on since grade school. I had a thorough eye exam today, (wonderful Dr. and staff). Instead of trying to sell me glasses ( for $100s ). The doctor told me I just needed reading glasses..., she told me the strength I needed.....you can get them anywhere. So off to CVS I went....$10 later and seeing just fine So nice to have an honest professional experience

Staff is very friendly and professional. I had my exam with Dr. Matt Dayringer and he was great. Very attentive to detail of the exam and very attentive to me and my needs/wants and questions. Top notch facility!

Something shady is happening here. I normally go to Walmart for my vision needs. However, they didnt have an appointment time open for when I needed so I decided to go to Wing Eyecare. Everything went like it normally does. I paid my copay on the exam and the contacts and went on my way. A few days later I get a call saying I owe 70 dollars for a part of the exam, because my insurance doesnt cover it. Ive never had this issue before. I contacted my insurance provider and they told me Wing Eyecare had added charges for stuff that was part of the exam and shouldnt be extra, so they werent going to cover the unnecessary add ons. What an expensive mistake to come here. Well, I never will again, thats for sure.

They are impossible to work with. The Doctor was wanting to change my prescription over the phone without seeing me in the office to verify the prescription strength first. And then the office staff gave me a very hard time after I asked to come in and double check the prescription when I wasnt happy with my over-the-phone change. Absolutely Unprofessional. Ive been wearing glasses for the last 20 years and have NEVER experienced such poor service and attention to details.

I made an appointment to see one of their optometrists for infected eyes. They set me up to go see him in one hour and just about 30 minutes before my appointment, a guy calls me and tells me that my appointment has been cancelled. I called elsewhere and went to go see an optometrist that knows how to take care of patient. I wont recommend this place to take care of you.

Dr. Dayringer is the best. He is very patient, and professional. The office staff is very helpful as well. Better than Walmart by far.

They will lie to your face. Waited 2 weeks, an wasnt sure if they would have them next week. Very poor management. Lied about when I would get my money back . Lied about charging my insurance. Dont go their. You will not be happy

Prior to Wing Eyecare I always went to Walmart and had HORRIBLE experiences. The entire staff at Wing Eyecare is excellent! I will most definitely keep coming back for my eye care needs. Had an appointment for a test. The machine that was to perform the test broke a few days before I was scheduled to have mine. No one called me to let me know. I took time off work to do the test, showed up to find it was broken. They sent me to local hospital to get it completed... The bill for doing after my insurance so totaled $292.80 - They provided ZERO instructions to the hospital on exactly what was needed. I had no idea doing this at local hospital would be so expensive. No more Wing Eye Care for me.

Wing Eye Car is always professional, helpful and patient. Even though I moved to IN, I still drive over to Florence.

I walked in without appointment as I was experiencing pain in my eye. It felt as though there was sand in it and I was sure that I had a foreign body floating around. I asked to see Dr. Dayringer and even though they had a full patient load that day, the receptionist and the manager recognized that I was a true emergency and worked to get me to the doctor. My wait was less than ten minutes. When I saw Dr. Dayringer, he looked my eye over thoroughly and told me there was no foreign body and that I had somehow scratched my cornea. While it was very painful and there is no treatment except time, I was glad to know that there was nothing in my eye. I cant convey enough how much I appreciated the diligence of the manager to get me in. I realize how adding an emergency can really affect a work day but they did so and did so with sympathy and a smile. I will recommend Wing and will continue to be a patient there. Other doctors offices could take a page from Wings customer service manual.

I have had vision problems since I was in the fourth grade and went to another eyecare center for a couple of years before we switched to Wing Eyecare. My experience at Wing Eyecare in Florence could not be better! I have seen both Dr. Dayringer and most recently I saw Dr. Lang. Both of these doctors are so caring and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. During my most recent appointment I let them know that my contacts had been bothering me lately because my eyes would get dry. Dr. Lang went through all of the options for different contacts I could try, what she thinks would work best, and the differences in price. She also said that I could try a certain pair and come back after a week to make sure everything was ok with them and if not we could look for something else that would work better. I would definitely recommend Wing Eyecare to anyone- they are absolutely wonderful!
