Very nice and caring doctors. But the office staff ecspecially the lady who handles appointments over the phone, she is very unfriendly and condescending. On more than a few occassions.

They only received a one because no stars wasn’t allowed. I was a new patient who was referred and give a 6 MONTH wait for an appointment only to be sent a letter in the mail notifying me the doctor I had chosen had left the practice and now I would be seeing Dr. Ponde, which I had no issue with. I then receive a call TWO weeks before my appointment to be told my appointment would need to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts. I call about rescheduling just for a very unfriendly lady to tell me I was Dr. Cullinton’s patient and he is no longer there. I mentioned the letter I received about Ponde only to be met with silence and then dismissed saying if I wanted an appointment with Ponde it would be June at the earliest. That’s an additional 4 month wait to an already 6 month wait. No thanks. If they can’t even get the scheduling together I’m not going to trust them with straightening out my thyroid issues.

If I could give a half of a star I would. That Debbie is so rude and that Dr Ponde really needs to go back to her country because she doesnt know how to help people. I guess she is use to treating animals and that is all she knows. They dont know how to treat people
