Enjoyed the sales team I worked with, a pleasure to buy from, mower had to go in with 40 hrs on it with a problem. Service and warranty is pitiful, warranty doesn’t cover anything . Had to pay for parts and labor for a new mower. Be sure to take this into consideration on purchasing next mower. There are other companies that will take a lot better care of you after the sale . Talked to corporate customer service about it and they told me they were doing me a favor for not charging me more. I’m real disappointed in tri green after picking them over 3 other mower companies I looked at

First, my lawnmower only had 26 hours of usage, when the head gasket began to leak. Of course, this was not under warranty and the cost for repair is $284. Labor cost is $102 per hour. I dropped off my lawnmower on a Wednesday. After calling to check on the status after a week, I was informed a few days later Of the total cost. And then took an additional two weeks for the repairs to be completed. In closing, it took 19 days to do two hours worth of work. I was never notified nor updated. When I picked up my lawnmower the only greeting I was met with was your total was $284.80. Terrible customer service, terrible communication and obviously an inferior product.

Terrible service team !I have a John Deere skid steer I took in with what seemed to be a hydraulic issue .I left my machine in what I assumed would be capable hands .After a few days I was told that it needed a pressure relief valve because the hydraulic pressure was low !!Remember that statement while I write the rest of this review because it will come back to that !The part came in and they told me it was ready . I drove an hr to pick up machine got in it and had the same issue as when I dropped it off .Never got it on the trailer !!!I left machine with them for yet another wrong diagnosis of bad hydraulic pump !I got contacted that machine was ready so I picked it up . Still same issues but I needed it to continue with work . They had my machine for almost 2 weeks which is not a problem if I get back a fixed machine.The repair cost was almost $4000 and machine was still the same as the day I took it .So after a few weeks of trying the machine it never got better or worse so I knew I still had an issue !I took it to a repair shop that I was referred to and after 3 hrs I got a call your machine is ready !!!Exciting news and it was only a issue with computer it was stuck in a precision mode !!Cost me $164 and the machine works great !!!I called TRIGREEN and told them and they did absolutely nothing but tell me it needed the parts they installed! Remember the statement I referred to earlier ^ the next section tells you the answer !!Now here is the kicker precision mode decreases hydraulic flow which was my issue and is exactly what TRIGREEN said but failed to check the obvious because they want to throw parts at your problem and run your bill up ! The parts they replaced was not necessary because it was just stuck in the wrong mode .I have called corporate and they are sticking with the decision of the Florence store on not making this right .I’m writing this to warn you off of using this company they are not customer service friendly and incompetent of working on the product they sale .Hope this helps the next customer with there decision on buying or using this store for anything!!!

Visited your Florence dealership today. Not a single person achnowledged me being there for 10 minutes. Not a person came out of their cubicle to help and i stood at the parts counter with three people back there (6 feet away of course), not a single one would look up even though none had a customer. Could you recommend somewhere that sells lawn equipment, because your business doesnt seem to want to.

Dont buy the extra insurance. Doesnt cover anything. They have a $125 fee for cleaning their tools between jobs. $100 pick up/drop off fee they state when you call is actually $150 and they will hold your equipment till you pay it.

Called after 2 wks, not sure what to do, calling corporate to see if new deck was needed, called a wk later, sending it to Lowes the next day, not there, call back almost a week later, still not there, called TriGreen, oh they forgot to haul it back to Lowes (grrr), come get it when were open in two more days. Not Happy!! Hope it works now.
