Gotta take my daughter there to build a bear she has never been I checked it out while I was there on my anniversary and its awesome

Fun for the kids some what busy.Cool place lots of building the bear options. Seems to be a good comforting tool, For the children to play with, Especially with the pandemic. Kids not able play with other children as much. Makes a life time memory

Staff was rude and snappy. They were out of every stuffed animal we drove 45 minutes for. They way over stuffed the bears but sewed them up before asking if it was OK. We normally have great experiences at build a bear, but sunday night, nope.

Low stock on options at times, but kids have a blast with the experience of adding a heart to their stuffed creation.

BEST DAY EVER!!Took my 2 foster children & 3 grandsons out to eat and build a bear!

Found a good deal and it made my children happy.

It had been a while since I had been in there but Ive got to say they have the best little set up for kids. My daughter loved the experience of making her bear and she carries that thing everywhere with her. The price has also increased a lot from my oldest daughters time and she is only 7 yrs older but they didnt have the option of picking a heartbeat, a song, and a voice to add to their bears.

Love this place. Kids had so much fun. And the customer service person was wonderful. She did 6bears at closing time with no complaint. Very kind friendly. Seemed to love her job

Awesome people working at this shop, took the time to make sure my daughter got every little thing she wanted down to the bows and the smell of her kitty. Overall A+ experience!

Said the store was open on line, they were closed. No posting. Very inconvenient.

Great place staff could have been nicer like at least put a smile on for the kids come on but other then that I didnt mind.

There were too many items for my 18 month old to choose from. He loved playing in there and listening to the sound inserts. We decided to go again and let him try to choose one. Staff very accommodating!

Went to BAB b/c we had a birthday coupon to buy a bear for your age. My son turned one. We paid $1 for a bear. Cant beat that deal. If I had to pay more Id reconsider going again.

Went to a birthday party here for a 5 year old. They all had a ball and were kept busy

We LOVE build a bear! Everyone is always so nice and helpful, some of the accessories are a little over priced but overall its a great experience!

Great experience for your kids. There is a wide array of stuffies to choose from. We do this at least once a year for our 3 kids. They love it.

Service was awesome but after taking our bear home, we found it was slit open on its arm. While taking the bear back another person was in line for the same issue and said she had already taken their bear back two other times. We spent $90 on two bears and their clothes. Now wondering if their product is very cheaply made.

The woman who was working was very patient with my daughter and helped her every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about the location of items throughout the store she also knew the prices which was very helpful. She explained the current promotion throughly which helped with my purchase.

I finally got my pikachu stuffed animal Ive always wanted one and i wanted to see what it was like to make my own bear it was really fun and worth it

I went in with the intention of building a bear for my niece, but a long line was at the register. I walked around and admired the setting, but one of the clerks kept following me around like I was going to steal something. Thats when I noticed I was the only male in the store, and that she was looking at me as if I was a threat of some sort. I asked her if she gives all the men who come in the look of doom, and left. Ill never go back.

So fun to take my daughter here! Pricey, but we won pay your age day coupons and the next week went back for count your candles!

Great place to go to build your own style stuffed animal for your new born or if your child wants to make their own style animal.

This was a great experience! The guy there is amazing! My girls loved it!

One would think this would be a wonderful experience for a 5 year old but it wasnt. Walked in picked out a My Little Pony horse and from there its to the stuffing a young lady helped with that portion but from there well???? that was it no experience no enjoyment no fanfare no help just handed the pony back to her and said go give it a bath and dress it. Now one would think that since she was the ONLY kid in the store since we went on a off time off day they coulda put some effort into making this a bit exciting but nope nothing. Long story short walked out paid $77 for 1 pony shoes and a dress. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING for tge price one pays.

Pay ur age day!!!!! Ridiculous. Some type of better organization should have gone down. Dear build a bear, give a time limit next time....(ie) u have 5 minutes to get in, get ur bear stuffed, pay and get out.
