I have purchased 3 separate times. My first two purchases went smoothly and I have/had no complaints. However, my last purchase was handled so poorly. I truly have not experienced worse customer service from any other business. I made an order for adrenal tea. Vitex tincture and a custom tincture of Goat’s Rue. I placed my order at the end of Oct. with the understanding that part of the order would need to ship 6 weeks later when it was ready-this would have brought us to 12-12-17. I waited until early January to follow up on the bulk of my order. I was simply told, “Thanks for the reminder” and I was assured the items would be sent out the next day. Needless to say they weren’t. This back and forth of lying about sending the items went on all the way to the last week of January when the items were finally sent but returned according to USPS due to wrong addressing but the seller claimed it was due to damage. I have no way of verifying this but due to the persistent dishonesty my faith in her word no longer exists. When the items were returned to the seller she told me again she’d send them out the next day. She did not. On Feb. 6th I wrote to her, “Any updates on shipping?” I was never responded to so 2 days later I filed a dispute with PayPal as I had not received the bulk of my order and the seller was not responding. After filing the dispute the seller finally apologized and took responsibility and stated that she had sent the items out on the 6th. 6 days later I received them on the 12th-2 months after they were supposed to be sent. I kindly asked to return the items for a refund on principal as I was disgusted with how dishonest and uncommunicative she had been. She again didn’t respond so I escalated the dispute to claim based on extreme delay in shipment. PayPal saw in my favor and requested I return the items and they would issue a refund. I pondered over this for awhile but came to the conclusion that the fact that PayPal also saw she was wrong was enough. For me, I felt I needed to do the right thing in my mind even though she had not. Since one of the items was a custom request I canceled the claim despite how atrocious this situation had been handled on her part. Had she put a note in my order apologizing, had she been honest and forthcoming, had she made amends on her own accord without asking me what I wanted from her none of this would have come to this point. She did none of this. Needless to say I will no longer be a repeat customer as apparently even repeat customers are treated this way. At the end of the day, my conscience is clear that I gave her ample grace and understanding to which she squandered. If nothing goes awry you should be fine, but know that if something does occur you will be treated with no regard to the value of your business.
