These guys are awesome! Car broke down right at the start of a 600 mile road trip and they had the spare parts ordered, installed and the car ready to go in no time. Friendly, honest people, they treated us right and we highly recommend them!

They are the best shop in town. They have great customer service and excellent work. I had to leave my car to be fix and they gave me a ride home and back to the shop after the work was finish. EuroPro is an amazing company I will be getting on my work done by them.

My experience was totally horrible, we took our S550 Mercedes to Euro Pro at the Florence location requesting them to replace the lower control arm and oil change I also stated to them if they see anything else wrong with the car to go ahead and fix it. Okay I got a call saying your car is ready and your total is $934 .....go pick the car up and the receptionist informed me that I needed to replace the upper arm control on both sides, (RED LIGHT) me thinking well why didnt someone call me to let me know so that it could have been fix along with the other services, since I communicated with them that I wanted everything fix....so I over look it, thinking to myself dang what kind of customer service is this ....So I told the receptionist well bring it back next week to replace it, I also verified with her that was the only thing wrong with the car, she said (YES) after you replace the upper control arms that will be it.....long story short we got the car home and the car started doing things its never done before, woke up a day later on spring break and the car was almost touching the ground and notice a little smoke...OMG....Had to get the car towed home then get a rental while on spring break with the kids, went to Euro Pro Monday morning now they gives us a list of things wrong with the car, remind you some of the things that they listed was some of the work that they did 2 years prior $3300 of work..(Really), now they are asking us to work with them so they can get it right...(Which means we would have to come out our pockets with more money) . It seems as if they did something to the car in order for us to bring it back & spend more money with them...This entire situation is unacceptable.....Now were in the process of making a appointment with Elite Euro to fix this entire situation...Very Disappointed

Great experience as always. I take both my mercedes here for any service it may need. People are very nice and well knowledgeable. Service is fast and the technicians are the best in the pee dee in my opinion. Same service as dealerships but cheaper. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place.

Tory took such good care of us! Including ....and this is big....contacting the protection plan provider by himself to authorize mechanical failure coverage for us! We were stuck in our motel during this. Above and beyond service! Old fashioned honesty!!! So lucky for us we broke down near EuroPro.

Great place for auto repair. I looked all day trying to find a mechanic to fix my s500 4matic Mercedes starter, every place I called said it will 2 to 4 days to get to it. I was in da area visiting needed to go to wk the next day. They got my car 4:50pm Monday, my car was fix and purring by 2:00pm next day. I told them I will be back, if I have any problems with anything else. Great service and very knowledgeable. Thank you

Not honest at all! I carefully analyzed my bill and saw where I was grossly overcharged for items that should not be so costly. I was also charged a fee ON TOP OF the tow charge. The tow truck driver specifically stated that the charge would be $50-$60 to tow my vehicle. Once I received my bill, I saw where I was charged $80! That would not have been so bad if the vehicle was fixed. I would rather take the car to the Jag dealer, pay the extra money, and have it fixed right....than to have these technicians rig it. BEWARE.

If I could give no stars I would. Lousy customer service as well as service on my car. Overall had my car sent to them three different times and didnt fix the issue and claimed that they had not fixed something they initially said they had. Put out over $1000 for the same thing to happen not even a week later. Had my car for two weeks the last time and they never even got the parts ordered. Had my car towed to a new shop and ended up having to replace things euro pro never mentioned, along with things euro pro claimed to replace and didnt. Have heard the exact same complaints from other euro pro customers, would not reccommend to anyone.

My windshield cracked up an my parts werent place back as before. Caps were missing. Happy to get my car back though. Many said I should sue cause I have well paid lawyer thats a jew but may God fight my battles cause I never saw a battle loss by Karma. When I take it to the next mechanic an he tell me my parts werent replaced Court time. An you told me an voice recorded of you saying when asked three times. As long as youre paying no storage fee is charged stop before this becomes a bigger issue. Those parts were brand new an they better be the parts I had bought not junk an they came from ECS . Car actually works though so Tory thanks an just have my cap ordered
