The item purchased was $10 cheaper than the competitor, and you dont get pestered by the staff. They are there for you if you have questions or need help. But they dont follow you around like youre doing something wrong and that goes a long way

I went in with my girlfriend today looking for some items. The employees made us feel comfortable, I genuinely had a great time and was intrigued looking at everything. We finally made up our minds and settled on a few items. The experience was great until check out. They asked if they could turn on our battery powered selections to ensure that they worked which was completely fine. I figured that they would hold it by the handle, press the button, show me that it turned on, then place it back into the box. This is not how it went. Instead, they handled them, touched pretty much every part of it imaginable, and decided that it was a good idea to show me the power of the vibration by touching it to the flexi-glass dividers that were put up due to covid. I kid you not. They did this with TWO vibrators. It’s like they were playing around with them, laughing, and touching it to things COVERED in germs. They were put there to protect others from coughs, sneezes, spit (while not even wearing masks)… and she touched our pretty expensive toys RIGHT onto it so we could hear the power of the vibration like I wasn’t going to find out later. Of course, I always clean toys out of the package regardless, but this made me extremely uncomfortable. I left the store very upset and confused. Maybe it doesn’t seem like a big deal to others, but hygiene and professionalism was not present during check out. Nonetheless, we very deeply and thoroughly cleaned them and they were great toys. But that was the worst retail experience I have ever had and I even work retail.

Me and my girlfriend come here every once in a while. Its the only shop that I know around. They have a great selection of products, for anyone, as well as a great staff thats always willing to help out and answer any questions you may have about any product. Just an FYI they also test any electric (battery, plug in, chargeable) products before you leave the store if you wish to do so.

I was quite surprised at the selection they had and managed to get some good bachelorette supplies. The awesome lady working that day was very friendly and was able yo answer all the questions we had. Definitely plan to go back

My husband and i visited the shop recently. Although it was had a wider selection than most shops we have been to, we still did not find what we are looking for. To me it seemed none of the subculture kinks were represented. We went in looking for specific things and the only thing that had was a leopard print cat suit, and that wasnt exactly what i was looking for. This place is great if your into general bdsm, however if you are looking for a subculture shop, it seems online stores are the way to go.

I really love this store. Its close to my home and the employees are very helpful. I bought something from there and had issues getting it to work. I called and Dani answered and helped me figure it out. She said if it was still not working I could come in the store and she could help me. Will definitely shop there for everything I need.

The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. The staff made wonderfully suggestions and was even brutally honest about some products they disliked. The variety on products and prices was much more appreciated then the more common places. I am now a regular customer and definitely prefer the mature crowd. I do not have to worry about people bringing their children. I would highly recommend.

To be honest I was very nervous before deciding to come in. I knew they had an online store but I prefer purchases in person. Anyways when I walked in one of the lady staff greeted me happily and asked if I need any help. I was just browsing, but when I found something I liked, I asked for her advice and was very kind and knowledgeable. She even opened the package to battery test it, which was reassuring. Be weary of the products you purchase here. Bought a product. It broke 4 days after its second use. Went to do an exchange or return. Was told by the 3 unhelpful workers behind the counter that I could get my return or exchange online from the manufacturer. Theres also something else I could be doing online, LIKE NOT SUPPORTING A LOCAL BUSINESS BY SHOPPING IN THEIR STORE. This isnt about the monetary money value of this product for me, but the principle that a business not standing by a product, but reaping the benefits of its sale.

Walked in with no greeting from the four associates who made sure to speak to the other 3 couples in the store. Never once had an employee help with questions so upon leaving another couple walked in and was immediately greeted by the employees.
