Love this store! The guys where so polite and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They told me about the Bedding and said feel free to shop and ask any questions. I really enjoyed this experience. I bought a bed. They set up a time for delivery of my bed before I left.You will miss out if your shopping for bedding if you do not try Mattress Country in Florence, Alabama. They where great!

Dustin was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He did not try to sell me anything I didnt want and was able to get me the best price for our mattress. I will do business with Mattress County again and highly recommend others to do so as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable employee. Nice showroom. But did not have either of the mattresses I wanted. They are ordered, but employee was not sure when they would be in. But assured me it would not be a month wait...so I paid for the one I really wanted. Ive got my fingers crossed it will come in soon!

Needed a new mattress after 15+ years so we went to where we bought the last one. The had a good selection, comfortable environment, very low key sales with lots of time go browse before even talking. Salesman was friendly, informative, efficient, helpful. We were well pleased!

The representative (Justin) was good to introduce himself and then allow us to shop. He also checked in periodically and stopped to answer any questions we had. And finally, he explained any particular offers that were available. After reviewing a bit we made out decision and the process was very easy. He also explained the warranties that were available and their delivery and set up process. We are very much looking forward to a new and better experience to start the year 2021

Great product selection, sales rep was helpful but not pushy and prices were better than other area stores I visited. Delivery was on time and staff setup was in and out and done in 20 minutes.

Dustin is a great salesperson, no pressure but very knowledgeable and gave us information and let us decide for ourselves what mattress was best for us!! This our 3rd purchase from these folks and we highly recommend them!!

It was short and sweet with mattress country. They were able to inform us of their inventory before we drove over so we didn’t waste anytime. Once we got there Dustin was super helpful and sent us on our way with a bed and power base, which will be deliver next day! That’s what I’m talking about!

Went in to look for a mattress, they had a good selection to choose from. But the showroom was dark, the the guy that was there wasn’t very helpful. I was the only one there at the moment, he told me a few things told me 3 mattresses he would recommend but he decided sending emails would be more important than helping me. I won’t be back!

I never leave reviews like I should but the man working here was so nice to me and wasnt judgemental at all (I was still wearing work clothes, overalls, work boots, nappy hair😂) I came in told him my price range and what I liked and he sent me straight to my dream bed🖤 even threw in some discounts since I was paying cash😊

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, patient, straightforward, and relaxed, without pushing us at all. He showed us three different mattresses that he thought would meet our needs. We decided to purchase a hybrid, and he offered us the best price he could. Delivery was to occur within 7-10 days.We visited the store during the COVID pandemic, so we wore masks and the salesmen were wearing masks, which was important to us.However, the bed was not delivered. We were told that there had been a hurricane that affected the foam factory, and it was unknown when the bed would be delivered. After several weeks, we opted to buy a different bed that was available in a warehouse in another city. Delivery was delayed multiple times. A date would be set, and then we would receive a call that the date had to be reset for the delivery team. It was as though the delivery staff dictated terms to the store personnel.

Parker showed us tons of mattresses and answered all of our questions. He was great to work with, never pressured us, and even entertained our toddler while we talked about which mattress to purchase. Great customer service, tons of different products, and great prices.

Justin and Parker did a great job helping my wife and I find the perfect bed. I am really glad we stopped in to compare what they offered vs competitors. On fixed pricing beds like the Tempur Pedic we bought, Mattress Country (Bedzzz Express) has a “Easy As 1-2-3 plan” you need to ask about.

Nice people. Clean store, disposable pillow guards for trying out the mattresses. Kinda like the paper they roll out at Dr. Offices between patients, but already but into squares. If you need a mattress, consider shopping locally at Mattress Country.
