The guys here are great. Couldnt recommend enough.
This is my second experience with RPM. In December 2016 I purchased a polaris ranger 570 and a honda trx90x. At the end of November 2020 I purchased a 2021 canam outlander 450. Excellent guys to deal with both times.
The service was great no waiting for 2 and 3 months to get your bike fixed. Gave us the old part to show us it was replaced. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the prodcuts the sell. Only reason not 5 stars was its 50 miles from my house.
Good place, good people. If u have pre approval u can be in and out in 30 minutes
Best experience! I purchased my R1 from here a few months back and at the time of purchase, my experience couldnt have been better. The staff held the business open a tad late for me as I was coming from Savannah, Georgia. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They looked the bike over one last time and I was on my way. I have been riding the R1 for months now and can ensure that the dealership does their part to make sure they are handing you a bike that is going to be strong and last! (Provided you take care of it of course) my experience here has been the absolute best of any motorcycle dealership when it comes to purchasing a motorcycle!
Drove 2 and a half hours here to pick up a bike. Mark is the best at what he does and makes dreams come true. Best buying experience ever.
I love these guys!!
Never rode before went to DMV and took the written permit test, helped me pick my first bike and gave me a quick run through on how to ride, even helped me find some YouTube videos. They even delivered the bike for me (lived down the street) they didnt want me to ride it home. Got it in my yard they showed me the basics again, been riding over a year now. I will get my next bike from him
Nice place to visit great product and affordable
Buying progress was simple and easy. Costumer service was also on point. Actually did drive from over 2 hours away and owner held bike for a day to ensure I wasnt on a dummy mission. The only down side which is understandable was that you literally have to purchase the bike to test ride it. Actually sign for it blah blah blah.. kinda sketchy but like I said, understandable as it is a small business. Would recommend to anyone who is ready to buy.
If youre looking for a quality bike at a good price, check this place out. Its worth the drive!
Very clean and great staff.
Very bad costumer service. Mark doesnt care about your ride, he only cares about taking your money. And be careful with the use Suzuki Hayabusas, they are mistreated and the transmission will break in your way back home.
Had a great experience at RPM. Mark and Matt were very helpful, and really enjoying my Street Glide
The owner, Mark, was soooo helpful!!!! I got both of my babies a 4 wheeler for Christmas this year! And I could not find a pink helmet for my little girl ANYWHERE! He ordered it for me and made sure it was delivered by Christmas Eve and stayed late on the holiday to wait on the UPS guy to deliver it that way we would have it for Christmas morning!!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!!!
Good selection. Great display
BEWARE! BEWARE! After talking with the owner, Mark, he assured me that the bike I was interested in was flawless and in showroom condition. So after driving 3 hours to his shop, I had to wait on him for 20 minutes to show up. After looking at the flawless motorcycle, it was obvious that it had been wrecked by the scratched fork, broken fairing and even the exhaust still had grass under the clamp! I drove 6 hours round trip for this junk! After a quick look around the showroom I could tell he just buys wrecked bikes and fixes them (I say that loosely) and resells them as showroom condition motorcycles.Beware of RPM in Florence. The owner is a liar.
Didnt fix cam am Brake system lost 970 DOllars not good stuff man
People are real nice to work with they act like care
They sold me a motorcycle with 4k miles on it, and no oil change. They can charge 8k for a bike but are too cheap to change the oil (or at least check it) before they resell it? Who knows what else they cut corners with.
