I am having a strange problem with my CPAP machine and no one at Apria seems to think it can be a problem. I use a nasal mask and every so often I would wake up with my nose completely frozen?? I have now taken my thermometer and the temperature of my nose is 94.3 compared to 98.4 on my forehead. Apria has no knowledge of this ever happening but I have temperature proof. No one at Apria will acknowledge that this problem is a problem. I have the proof. Also could customer service be any ruder.

Trying to find out the status of my mothers oxygen order and no one can tell me where it is in the process and how it takes. Fortunately I used to work for a DME provider and know exactly how long it takes. to review and it shouldnt take that long. Lets see verify insurance, verify if mbr meets Medicare criteria with a pulse oximetry of less than 92% and a recommended O2 liter flow and thats pretty much it. - I am very disappointed in lack of info and Customer Service.

Apria filed the incorrect date of service/purchase with our insurance company, because the date billed was incorrect, I was then billed. HOWEVER! Instead of being billed, Apria took the money out of our account without notifying us. I contacted them to ask that they correct the error. They refused. Now, they have started taking additional funds out of my account. I would never recommend this company due to their unwillingness to correct the billing errors.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Id met my deductible last year and was sent to get my CPAP in November. After being told how itd cost, they held onto the claim until mid January and took over $1100 out of our bank account. I will never do business with this sham of a company again. Crooks.

I had to go in and address several issues. The picking up of tanks, the dropping off of the right ones. When you speak to someone in the office MIMI is her name simply rude. I can take rude. I cant accept mediocrity. I cant accept simply instructions that are ignored. After 3 years. I left. Apria needs to have customer service training.

Company is disorganized and incompetent. My mother’s respiratory therapist showed up two days after he was scheduled to come. There was no one to hook up her machine for trache care. We did not get trache care (and other supplies). When we tried to reach someone we were transferred like a hot potato from one person to another. It is not possible to call a single number or person to coordinate to get supplies.Would not recommend

Apria went out of their way to make sure that I had the supplies I needed after being discharged from the hospital. Even after an insurance mishap, Apria did not want me to be without my equipment that I desperately needed and made sure that I had it. Cant thank them enough.

Bait and switch is what I think of when I hear the word Apria healthcare. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone and then the bill comes and its always more than what you are told from the start. This has happened to me twice in the past 2 months. How in the world is this company still around?

Customer service rep Sharon seemed to be in a fog when speaking to her. Couldnt find my previous records, and there are several years worth on file. She was so out of touch that Im thinking she never took any customer service training unless she was in a fog during class. Asked if she were a new employee- Ive been here 25 years Time to retire and time for the whole department to step -up, including management for allowing this types of behavior.Taking my business to a company that cares

The worst company. Avg hold time over 20 minutes. Was supposed to delivery 2 small tanks instead dropped off 8 on the front porch, never took the empty tanks.
