Great service at the Florence store. Love the quality of paint with SW. Associate was very helpful in looking up some prior paint we had purchased from years back, great color and he was able to set us up.

This is a convenient, well-stocked store for the residents of Boone County Kentucky. The staff are very capable and the paint quality and color-matching is the best.

I have been going to Sherwin-Williams on Dixie Hwy for years. I always will. My most recent trip, Johnathan knew what product was in stock and on hand for me for what I needed paint-wise. Dewane and Johnathan mixed up my 4 gallons of paint I needed, ensured it matched to perfection, put it all in a box for me, then Johnathan volunteered to carry it out to my car for me. I didnt even ask for that. But that was a nice touch. Both Dewane and Johnathan were very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful. And that is really hard to find, very rare, in this day and age. Lastly, I think its neat that Johnathans shirt says, Hablo Espanol, on it. Awesome that hes bilingual! I will never go anyplace else for painting needs.

I was here the other day. I got some paint for my home. Well I have bought paint here Befor and the guy new what I wanted. This time they gave me the wrong stuff and I took it back and they would not refund me. Im so upset because the stuff I wanted was cheaper too. I dont know why they could not look it up the first time. Then was rude about it could not just get me the paint and take the old one back. Its not right.

I like Sherwin Williams Paint because of what they offer for busy people like myself! The carry just about every thing that you will need for your next painting project. Their staff can answer any questions that you have whether interior or exterior painting. The take the time to explain the differences in matt finish or satin or high gloss finishes. I do believe that their paint products may cost just a bit more but remember, you more often than not get what you pay for!As Always, Enjoy!

This shop is very similar to most Sherwin Williams paint stores. Most of the employees are very helpful. We did a color consultation for our house and we were happy with their recommendations.

Bought extra untined paint from another SW location in NKY, attempted to return the paint at this location and was turned away from an associate. I live closer to this location. They said I needed to return it to the original SW location. I contact the district manager and they confirm that I can return paint at any location. Avoid using this store and visit the one in Cresent Springs, they are actually helpful at that store.

The staff at this location is exceptionally helpful and friendly. They will all take the time to discuss your project as much as you would like.Sure, buying paint here is more expensive, but they often run promotions, so it can be comparable to the better paints at the big box stores price-wise.However, you may want to go elsewhere for your brushes, rollers etc. as they are over-priced here.
