Never use this piece of sht appliance junk warehouse. They used to be nice on halls ferry now their just trash. Wasted 250 on a dryer for a tenant and lied about about a warranty, with a bum technician. Zero stars.

If you don’t want to waste hard earned money or precious time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They get you with the 3 month warranty. Well it takes 3 months to fix an issue that started less than a month after purchasing. I’ve been waiting a month for a repair. Still waiting....

My experience to this place is HORRIBLE!!! Worst customer service ever! We bought a dryer from them, they delivered the wrong dryer and they told us to take it back and get what we chose for our money. After we took it back, they actually promised to give us a refund after 3 business days. It’s been a month and when I called to check out what’s going on, they said no money, no dryer. Wasted the $300 and have nothing. Customer service bad!! I mean bad!!! Run and do not waste your hard earned money here.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give no stars. This place is horrible!! I went to buy a washer and dryer for my first home. Sales guy came off nice and went on about how they been in business for years and do not get over on people. I purchased the washer and dryer on March 12th (my receipt said the 11th but I did not think much of it, just a little mistake). Before I left, I took a picture of the matching set. Also had to remind them to put my name on both the washer and dryer. I was not home for delivery, so I did not get to see them before the delivery guys left. When I came home, I noticed that it was not the same washer I agreed to purchase. It was late so I called the next day. Basically, I was told to come get another one. I went up there and they did not have what I agreed to buy and did not want to switch it out with another set for the same price (they were surprised I had a picture of the washer and dryer). The same sale man said, just give her a refund and we will pick them up. I was surprised because it does say all sales are final. But the lady proceeded to take down my information and said she would send it too corporate. Basically, I been given the run around since. I went up there again because they never answer the phone, or it is always busy. I supposedly talked to the “owner”. He said we will pick them up March 29th (yes, we are now at 2 weeks going on 3) and the pickup guys will have a check for me. He apologized and said this never happens (lies most the reviews are bad). It is now the 31st and I finally get them on the phone. I am told that corporate denied the claim because the only problem is, they are not a matching set (washer does not work right) and the person I spoke with was not the owner. Oh, and to put the icing on the cake the lady says, well the receipt says all sales are final. This is the same lady that wrote my information down. So basically, because they delivered something (not what I agreed on) then its okay!? I am a hard-working Mother, working 2 jobs to provide for my family. It infuriates me that they are taking advantage of hard-working people. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There are plenty of other businesses that will not disregard all the hard work you do to get the things you need. It is sad that now I have to spend more time seeking illegal act just to get a refund that was already promised to me.

Bought a dryer for $160 along woth giving them a dryer. Long story short, they are SCAMMERS.They arr selling broken merchandise and telling them its nothing they can do.LAWSUIT. & EVERY ENCOUTER HAS BEEN RECORDED

I hate this place and received the worse customer service ever. Their phone lines are always busy, therefore every time I had a question I had to drive up to the store. Finally after driving to the store and explaining to Gary my refrigerator wasn’t staying cool he sent a repair man to my home who showed up intoxicated early June. The repair guy came out 4 four times before he realized the refrigerator was unable to be fixed (let’s not forget to mention he was trying to do as LITTLE work as possible.) Each time he attempted to fix my refrigerator he would tell me just leave it on the recommended setting (of 4) and it would be fine. Pitiful. My refrigerator has been and continues to be 65 degrees !! Causing my dairy products to constantly spoil! Here we are July 14th and I’m STILL with a broken refrigerator and waiting for a refund ! NOT ONCE has anyone at this raggedy business attempted to rectify the situation ! Ive had to Ask, ASK, AND ASK AGAIN FOR REPAIRS AND NOW A REFUND. I was sold a broken refrigerator there is NO REASON I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES ASKING WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO GET THIS BROKEN REFRIGERATOR SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!! THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP.

I bought a double door refrigerator that went out the next day and they made me what 3 days for them to come and check on the items that they sold me 😡😡😡the freezer doesn’t freeze I’m gonna see what they gonna do about this I paid to much money

I wouldnt suggest going here.. my dryer had broken down twice within a 4 month period. Right after I purchased it from them. And they give you a run around for repairs. My dryer is still broken... if there was less stars to give.

This place has appliances that DOES NOT WORK!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Had to have a “technician” come out a week after my purchase, and it still did the same thing! I called to have them come BACK out because a fuse or something blew in the washer, but the technician wanted to keep rescheduling! So basically they never showed up. My Kenmore washer was very nicely priced at 180 delivery 50 and they took all my old stuff for free. Customer service was ok and delivery men very polite..turned washer on ran a cyle good and im very much pleased. Also 90 day warranty..Thank you Ms Hessler.

Order on Saturday delivery was so pose to be Sunday than Monday, Tuesday, finally got washer and wrong dryer on Wednesday now this store is saying the latest they can switch the dryer is Friday or Monday . Last night had to do laundry at laundry mat instead of my house I have 2 kinds under 5 . So it would have be nice in my house

I went on and paid CASH MONEY!!! It was 10:30 am Saturday. I was told it would be delivered around 1:00 pm that afternoon with a smile form the seller and a hand shake from the owner himself and I felt good as I left the store, but wait its more. It was a lie about the delivery my old stove is out I cant cook dinner for my family I need my new stove and my refrigerator today but I got lied to in my face I did call and said that they couldnt deliver it because the rain well my brother was sitting on the lot when they called because he was going to buy a refrigerator as well to day because I told him about the good deal that I got but is a good deal worth getting lied too?

Purchase and washer and Dryer and when the Delivery guy dropped off appliances they scratched the washer up, was told we would get it replaced and has scheduled to come out over 6 different times and never showed up once and never even mentioned they weren’t coming.. I just bought a washer and dryer on Oct 1 and have only used it once. I got a code on it and they sent out a repair man. I shouldve done my load then but I was cooking. Now it will start but not run. They said I wasnt home but I told them the time I would be home and my days off. I still am stuck with damn clothes that I may have to throw away. Ive been waiting for months now. And none of their numbers work

Purchased an older top load washer because im not a fan of the newer front loads. Had plenty of options to choose from so my wife picked the washer with a large capacity and an agitator. Paid cash and set up sn appointment. They came on time, early actually, removed my old broken down washer and installed the new one. Checked for leaks and allowed it to cycle. Works fine for me and I got a pretty good deal.

Buying washer was no problem but getting it repaired is the issue. Bought 6 month warranty just in case we had any problems. Now that our washer has stopped working we cannot get any assistance. After 3 services calls its been over 1 month and still nothing.

RUN!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE IDIOTS!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! I purchased a refrigerator in Jan 2018. They told me their products are checked out before they are sent to you home. LIES! I dont know what type of check point system they have but each refrigerator they sent me...including the loaner boxes...ALL had something wrong with them. The first one after it was delivered to my home need 2 repairs. It kept icing up and stopped getting cold. I would call to complain and was told to keep turning it off for 24 hours and then turn it back on. In the meantime, my food is either spoiling or sitting in the garage to keep cold because it was Jan/Feb/Mar... In April I had called and complained so much that they took back the first frig and offered me a loan until another frig came in. They loaner they sent leaked water all over my floor AND inside on the food! I complained repetitively about that. They had me come in a pick out another frig and I asked them to keep it a few weeks and test it out before delivering it to my home. Two weeks later they delivered it to my home and within 1 week it started to defrost the food in the frig and stop being cold. I called and complained daily. By the end of May, they sent me another loaner and took the 2nd replacement frig stating that it needed a part. It is NOW JUNE and I still have a loaner. I was told by them repeatedly they dont give refunds! Yet, they cant seem to keep their end of the sale. Unprofessional! Every time I called they acted like they didnt know me or remember that I called or needed my phone number again. They would say that someone else took the call and the message was not given to them or that theyd call me back and RARELY did...or when they did it was another lie. They also would not answer my calls because they recognized my number on caller id. So Id have to call from other phone lines or stop by the store in person to get them to answer to ask for an update on my frig. They had my money, still have my money and dont have the decency to refund it! Their products and their service is WORTHLESS. I finally went to LOWES and purchased a new frig. I suggest you do the same!

I guess I shouldve known better. The dryer that I purchased from them broke down. I scheduled an appointment to have someone come by to fix it. A guy by the name of Roe called me this morning about 9am and I missed the call. He left me a message stating being that I didnt answer the call I will have to call back to the store and reschedule. Are you SERIOUS??!!! I called the back immediately after I heard the message and Roe answered the call and we agreeded that they will come after 1p. I had to take off work so I can be home when they came. I am sitting her waiting on them and now it is after 5p and I havent heard from them. I called the store to inquire about my appointment and I received no answer. I guess Ill Youtube how to fix my dryer that will be faster than having this place fix anything. Im filling out this survey for my brother who is disabled. He is blind and needs help with most everyday things. He purchased a refrigerator from USA Appliance he explain the type of refrigerator he wanted and when he asked if they could send someone over to measure his space, the salesman told him that they will work it out. Well that never happened, and my brother ordered the refrigerator and it was too large. So it had to be taken back and he had to order a small refrigerator and was charged $45 for each delivery. I called to speak to Carlos who was the salesman and ask about the delivery and he said that there was nothing he could do about it because they contract out that service. Needless to say we will never purchase anything from USA Appliance again. They dont have the customer best interest in mind.

I purchased a few items over 3 months ago, I still haven’t received a few . Every time I talk with the workers, they will give you a excuse. The delivery times are never correct. There’s not one manger to speak with . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

My mom purchased a washer and dryer from them which never worked correctly, all they do is sell junk that a person has already thrown out. Then they half way clean it then when you complain they say they will order a part which if you ever get it will take months. They should be shut down

My experience with them is absolutely horrible my husband and I paid cash money for our appliances and they were supposed to be ready @12 the next day for pick up called they said that they will try and get it done made it there and they never even started to clean them and also i feel srry for the lady working there because she’s there all by her self trying but all together the experience was horrible i wont be ever going back there or I wouldn’t recommend them at all
