We first used AutoTire to get a flat fixed. They were quick and friendly! We knew we needed all new tires and got a quote on several types. Soon after, we did sign up for their store credit card and earned a rebate and were happy to get the 6-months financing. We chose all the extras (road hazard, etc.). Every visit we were treated well and appreciate the friendly guys. Our other car will need tires this year and well gladly give them our business again.

Auto Tire staff (Mr Richard and Mechanics) are AMAZING. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. They take great care of your car. They handle all repairs quickly and efficiently. They even help the customer understand what the receipt says on it from the top to the bottom. Excellent service and I will definitely be going back to Autotire on N Lindbergh.

I have had my car serviced at this location for about 4 years, I been using Autotire for years to service my cars. The staff is always attentive and explain everything. I had my brakes replaced and only had to pay for labor since I have brakes forever. It is a good deal. They always give me a summary of the services provided and recommended. I also get an idea of the tread on my tires and wear on brakes. I asked for an estimate for tires and Justin looked it up and gave me a printed copy. Overall Im very satisfied with the service I receive here and you will too.

Based on our previous visits and our most recent one on 6/6/19 at this location, my daughter and I have given this place a 5 star rating because Franklin has always provided my daughter and her vehicle with excellent customer care! He completely takes ownership and has always provided us with knowledgeable feedback with wise options about oil changes, air condition tips, and tires. Way to go Franklin, more than Auto Tire more like auto respect!

If I could give this Auto Tire less than one star I would! I brought a used car in for a state inspection and they told me it would need almost $800 in repairs to have it pass. I took it to a reputable garage nearby and they said it passed with flying colors. I had taken our vehicles to this location for more than 15 years but will NEVER go back. It was a total scam and rip off! Shame on this Auto Tire location!

My experience was great. The service tech/manager had me in and out within 20 min. I was in to have a tire patched/plugged, great service. I wasnt happy with waiting area ( very little snacks in vending machine, area can use a lot of TLC). Service was great.

Went to autotire for a blow out at 645 at night, Joe was so helpful and brought my car right in. I got a new tire put on and left at 720. I really appreciate how he stayed late and took care of me. Will always recommend

Made appt. for 9am, got in, bought new tires, mount, balance, etc. and was out at 1030am. Great service! Im coming back for any other service I need that I cant do myself.

I have attempted to make several online appointments with them over the past few months only to have them email me to cancel when I am on my way to drop off my car. The appointment requests are always for simple things liken oil change, flat repair, and emissions inspection. Without fail, they have cancelled every single appointment and suggest a day and time that I am not available. This used to be a very good location, not sure what happened but I will never return.

On Sat 10-22-16 I brought my Mom and her car in to replace a flat tire. After stopping in a few other places in the area that was backed up for several hours, we stopped here. The fellas at the counter were extremely helpful and courteous. They got her in promptly as well as a good deal for the tire! Top notch service!!

Richard Starsiak (I think thats who it was) really went out of his way to locate the clearance tires that I saw on the Autotire website. I needed two, and he was able to find a single tire at one store and another single tire at another, and got them moved to his store before my appointment. I really appreciate that kind of effort and will continue to come to this Autotire (#1216) in the future.

Every time I come here the service is great! I always get my oil changed and in a very timely manner. The environment is also very comfortable inviting and well kept. Highly recommended!

Use to work here left because the above store leadership was horrible. Never got paid for vacation days or uniform deposit. When call and ask about it as usual no one knows a thing. Not mention very disturbing business practices. Great deal on oil changes but will find something wrong with your car.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and came from the manager! I have been a customer there for about 2 years. Recently the management changed; which seems to be a change for the worst. Their communication with one another is bad; which slows service to a crawl. To make matters worst, when I asked why did it take 4 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change and I had an appointment. I was told that making an appointment didnt mean anything other that I get a place in line. The guy seemed down right angry while talking to me when he told me that my car had been ready for two hours but he had other customers to deal with so he chose to not call me until he was done. But wait there is more! I told them the additional problem that I had with my car and asked could they fix it. I was told yes, however, when he called to tell me my car was ready he told me that they found a problem and ask me if I wanted them to fix it...it was the same problem I told the guy when I gave them the keys and asked them fix it! Not to mention my prior visit was them having to redo their work because they got it wrong the first and second time. Business lost; so sad.

I had a great experience here! Two of the guys, Lucas and Justin were so helpful and took care of everything I needed. They were both very polite, I will be returning! :)

They are always so nice to me and Ive always received great service. I like the location because I can amuse myself while I wait with all the stores that are in walking distance. Ive had experiences where other places try to sell me stuff I dont need and are really rude when I ask questions. This place is not like that.

When I called to get a price on tires mount/balance & stem replacement, first employee (no name was given) said, let me get manager. Not sure I was talking to a manager (again no name) I was told $24.99 per tire. When I arrived at location I called the employee at the desk (no name given) said theres a two hour wait. After 2 hrs had past the front desk employee asked who I spoke to on phone? Answer, no name was given. Same employee informed me that the price that was given was wrong cause I tried and I cant change the $19.99 charge per tire. Same employee asked for me to sign n pay, not a fan of signing and paying before I see final product(s). I asked front desk employee if the stems where changed? His answer, yes they were which reminded him to, get new valves caps. It wasnt till I got home to double check pressure I noticed that the stems still looked original. I know for a fact because more than one of them had brake dust on it from before. Which I have pictures of. Is this how Autotire runs a business?

4 years now since I started bringing my car to this location. Great service, amazing people. Rick the manager is just customer oriented! Although I moved from florissant, I keep driving 25 miles to get my car serviced at this location.

My car has never used any oil between changes, The shop couldnt figure out why my car dies when I turn on the air conditioner so they couldnt charge me anything so they lied and said i was 3 quarts of motor low and charged me $10.00 a quart. ALso claimed that would fix my problem it died in their parking lot. had it towed from there. So the next day auto tire responded to this review with we would like to resolve my issue, and wouldnt that be beautiful if they had the skills to do that, I am still trying to figure out how clearing the codes off my cars computer without addressing the problems was a good idea, you cant get anymore amateur than that.

The guys do good work however the condition of the garage area is horrible.I was taken into that area and shown what was wrong with my car as I walked through caked grease and dirt on the floor. Some serious cleaning needs to be done at this place.

Can in today just get some air but it wasnt that simple I needed a valve stem I appreciate how Franklin didnt mind working in the cold. I hated he moved from delwood but glad he is still in the company he has been great to me and my family. Dont move him again.

More bang for your buck.... I spent all morning calling around and pricing 4 tires for my 2015 Kia Optima LX Firestone quoted $475 with a long wait and I was going to drop the car off. Dobbs wanted $469 with a drop off. I called Sams Club and Walmart about four times a piece either they didnt answer or they answer and put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I decided to go to Firestone. I accidentally went to Autotire thinking that it was the Firestone that I was calling, but since I was there, they qouted $346 and they got me right in great job guys

So I went in for 2 tires and an alignment. The work was done very fast which was great. My problem is the alignment was done and there was issue with front end of the car. I didnt get one single call to discuss this. I had to call them and tell them the alignment still wasnt right. I brought the car back in and was told it will cost me an additional $400 in repairs. I understand there is additional work needed. My issue is the alignment shouldnt have been done due to this repair being needed. Now I am spending another few hundred dollars to get the repair and the alignment done again. I would have gladly come back there since they are in the area but due to them being deceitful in their practices I wont ever go back there. I will be reaching out to their corporate office about this.

Purchased two brand new tires LAST MONTH, and now were back today, because the brand new tire went flat on CHRISTMAS EVE! About a month ago, I came to this location because i had caught a flat tire. I was expecting to buy one tire, but ended up buying two, because they said it would throw off the balance if I only purchased one. This made sense, so I let them replace both of my tires with two of their brand new tires. A month later, here I am, getting my truck towed to Autotire because one of the NEW tires i purchased with them, has gone bad already. I had an appointment set for 12pm. I arrived around 12, just for them to tell me, that my appointment has now been pushed back to 3pm becuase their tire person had an emergency. How is it, that a TIRE shop, only has two members that can do tire maintenance? makes no sense. Mind you, this is my only means of transportation. They could have given me a courtesy heads up about the time change before I arrived on time to my appointment, so that I could have gotten my car towed there around 3pm. Now, I have to spend more money on an UBER, because I cannot afford to sit and wait for 3 hours for the other guy to show up. Big inconvenience. Waste of time and money. also, I sure as hell hope they will offer some sort of discount on my replacement tires, considering the fact I am replacing one of their brand new tires so soon.

Somewhere over the weekend, I picked up a nail in my tire. I was in Florissant, MO (#1216) and stopped in. Justin, the young man at the counter, said they were backed up and proceeded to call all the other Autotire centers in the area, trying to get me in. No dice. He said if I could come back 2 hours later, he would get me in. So I did.I waited in the lobby until the car was done. I watched customers come and go and Justin was absolutely amazing with them. My car was finally ready and he handed me a bill with no charge. He said that there was a coupon online for nail repair and that theyd love to have me come back again. I was so in awe I almost cried, giving him a huge hug.It is so rare to have someone who truly cares about the company and the customer. Justin does both. He went out of his way to try and help me, and did. His demeanor was so pleasant. I will absolutely be back!!Thank you to Justin and all those at Autotire!!

They will give you a quote over twice as much as it needs to be. We went to another shop and they told us everything they said was incorrect except for the tires needing repaired. The other shop gave us 4 new tires for $300, autotire had an estimate of almost $900.

There obd2 machine was broke so they couldnt do my free retest for my emissions. I called later and they said it was working again but they blamed my car for breaking the machine. So they wouldnt honor my retest. I took it across the street and it passed just fine.

Dont even think about it...go elsewhere.

They told my wife, that their staff was not experienced enough, to change a head light, and that he was looking to hire others who had more experience, she asked, so what about the cars that they are working on now?or are they just fu&@ing up cars. The guy told her,oh those are their personal cars. Then he told her he would do it but it might take him 2 hours. So never the less, she went to jeffy lube and got it done.

Mechanic that Miguel vouches for doesnt know the difference between a mileage and a trip odometer.Not only did that cost me 20K miles worth of tire warranty, but the district manager did not return my call when I escalated my complaint.While I admire Miguels loyalty to his mechanic, he is sadly mistaken that his loyalties to team over his dissatisfied customers like me cost him well over 20 or more additional customers that would have otherwise gone Florissant AutoTire.

Made an appointment for 6pm on a Friday for an oil change and got an email confirmation but when I got there at 6 they told me they only had one tech on hand and there must have been some mixup with the email system and they couldnt get me in. Maybe tomorrow morning. Since they had a sale going on I wanted to go with them but had to miss out and pay more somewhere else because I was getting ready to go out of town and wanted an oil change before I left. Very disappointed with this store.

Never take your car to them!!! I took my car in because my brakes were grinding and they told me nothing was wrong and dont worry unless it gets worse. I ended up at dobbs and guess what? My rear brakes are grinding metal to metal and the rotors are jacked!!! Thanks ALOT for NOTHING!!!!!!

They tried to get over on me and Im a man. Ive heard of auto places taking advantage of women in the past but apparently they didnt care who they tried. I graduated from a automotive college and have more than basic knowledge of cars and diesel trucks. My wifes jeeps tires needed to be balanced and I dont own a balancing machine so I took her jeep there. They told me I needed 4 brake pads and 4 rotors. I just changed her brakes 2 months before that. They wanted to charge me $400. I knew better so I took the jeep to NTB on W. Florissant Rd. They balanced the tires for $40 and everythings fine. THEY ARE CROOKS. DONT GO THERE!!!!! They wouldve changed the brakes and rotors and then balanced the tires and gotten over on me.

They work hard to keep your business and thats always a good thing.

They will take advantage of you. The manager tried to convince me that the maintenance required light on the console was because the car sensed it needed a transmission and power steering fluid flush. Then he tried to sell me a battery replacement for $170 which came down to $110. Since I was at my wits end and didnt want to drive to Sams Club where a battery is $70 I finally gave in. Previously the same shop failed my Camrys safety inspection and said it needed $2000 worth in parts alone. Do not go here, unless you like being taken advantage of.

Terrible Service. Paid over $500.00 for my vehicle to run worse than when we first took it to them. They kept throwing parts at my car hoping something was wrong. They eventually told me to take it to a dealer. Would not give me a refund because the problem is related to the issue.

I have been a customer of auto tire for about 15 yrs always went to the Florissant Meadows location until a new manager started working there so I switched and started going to Halls ferry went there yesterday with nails in my tire and there is the manager that I went there to get away from my tire is leaking and he pretty much blows me off tells me he cant get me in for 3hrs I explain to him my tire will be flat if I try to leave and come back he doesnt care and these are $1400 tires I bought from auto tire actually my second set so Im trying to decide where to go and not planning on ever coming back to auto tire I decided to go back to florissant Meadows and the Manager there Terrance had a totally different attitude he was willing to help me right away even though he was busy got me right in before my tire was totally flat because of him I will be back as long as that other manager doesnt come back
