The place that they was supposed to deliver to was less than a half mile away. The school was closed by the time they got there and I had to meet them there to pick it up and deliver it myself. I called them and got nothing but excuses. They did nothing to remedy the situation. They literally could have walked across the street on foot and got this done. I also would like to add that I placed this order the day before so there was plenty of time to complete the task and they knew it was a business. All I got was excuses. I paid full price to pick it up and do it myself. SMFH. Never again.

I am so pleased with the service and quality! I wanted to surprise my twins with a treat for their birthday since I couldnt be there with them to celebrate. The staff was extremely courteous AND helpful, provided excellent communication regarding delivery and served a delicious product. They really put a smile on my childrens faces today!

Tried this chain on a couple occasions and things were not delivered on the day they were supposed to arrive. The company tried to make it right, but the bottom line is they did not get delivered on time so would not feel right about recommending them. Your mileage may vary.

I frequent this location because of the location. I didnt experience any bad customer service this time around but, on previous occasions the girl(forgot name) isnt very welcoming & usually has an attitude. Their products are great & always fresh, I love Edible Arrangements dipped fruit!

I was picking up while on my way to a bachelor/ bachelorette party out of state. The second piece of my two part order for the bride & groom was forgotten, so I had to wait 20 mins while it was made. Not a huge deal in itself, but the strawberries seemed a little sub par this time as well.

The arrangement was delivered as promised. The recipient was very pleased. Fresh fruit was a great choice.

They have some if the best noodles I have ever had at a Asian restaurant.

These guys maintain the Edible Arrangements standard of service and even worked with me to meet the delivery time that I asked for.

I love their edible poison ivy because Im not allergic. Its humorous to watch people who are clench their throats before they suffocate & eventually die without help

I was a day late picking up my order and the girl had a huge attitude about it. It made me uncomfortable. My fiance said that his experience wasnt good either. Years ago when I went here it wasnt this bad. I dont know what changed.

Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I recommend you go to another location. My rating for this location is 1/4 of a star!

Worst customer service Ive received from any Edible Arrangements franchise. I ordered for a delivery on a Friday, received an email (after delivery hours) that delivery was unsuccessful. I didnt receive a call, the recipient didnt receive a call and it wasnt left on the homes porch. Spoke with store that Friday night, they said they would call recipient and deliver Saturday. That didnt happen. I left voicemail on Sunday morning requesting a status, and sent message through EAs website, didnt hear back and still not delivered, nor have they contacted me or the recipient. Ill continue with Edible Arrangements, but this location.

They are liars. They charged $13 for express delivery when they dont even have express delivery. Called them about delivering & come to find out the $13 Was for a bear. I didnt order no damn bear. Also gave a time for the so called express delivery & they still havent delivered yet. This is a bunch of bs.

I will never order again from this location again. I had an arrangement sent to my grandmother for her birthday and not even 2 days later the fruit tasted horrible and was bad. I have had one from there before in the past and the experience was good. So I am not sure what is going on. Very DISAPPOINTED for the very expensive price it was plus the delivery.

They are never prepared. If you can walk in at other stores and get ready made dipped snacks, then why not here?

I drove 20min to reach my closest location. Walked in the door at 3:47pm, they werent supposed to close until 4pm, and the lady wouldnt make us anything because it was already sealed up for the day.
