Ive been to a million shops in my 20 years of smoking and this is by far the best! The reward program, the discounts, the unique selection, everything. It is so clean and the staff are welcoming. Hakeem was beyond knowledgeable and gave me all the info and time I needed to decide. He was great at up-selling (something I know a lot about, being in sales for 15 years). He was SO friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the store, the products, and his customers. This will be my new spot, and Im bringing all my friends 😂

Came in today on a humbug looking for a new hookah ..britt was beyond knowledgeable and was a big help! Hakeem and Rob were the best!! I don’t smoke at all and I was at the shop in support of my sister but I can vouch that their customer service skills were very excellent and they have such great energy. They also are very good at providing information about each product to make sure that the customer has the best experience with their purchase.

This was the first time I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Jasmine. Her assistance was greatly appreciated as she answered numerous questions! What a great experience!!! The store was impeccable and the aroma was soothing.

As of 9/10/2021 this is the best cannabis dispensary Ive been to in Missouri. Ive been to dispensaries in California, Colorado, etc.; this one is my favorite in the Missouri area. The staff is knowledgeable, the price is right, and the rewards system bonus is dope. If you need medical cannabis in Missouri, try this shop.

Product FYI !…So, because I “try” to be mindful of products I use. I attempted to researched more information on a product I purchased and found the following discrepancies. The QR code on the product did not work; further, all attempts failed, including downloading the QR code app (which I have never needed before), and taking a picture of the QR code and enlarging it on my screen. Additionally, the stated manufacturing company (the label) is not the same company that is actually branded on the cartridge, and the organization that is on the cart has it own brand, which is not what is displayed. I would love to receive an explanation please, as I spent quite a bit on this product, and am now uncomfortable using it because of this. Thank you kindly.

I have been here twice and I have loved it both times! Hakeem is so knowledgeable it is ridiculous. He makes you feel super comfortable and doesn’t mind taking his time. Rob is an amazing store owner and extremely helpful as well. El-Chan worked with my my second time coming and he was just as amazing as the other guys. The associates were nice and helpful, specifically Hakeem, who helped with measuring and cutting hemp string. The manager should consider ordering pre-packaged hemp string so associates don’t have to spend so much time measuring it out.

I am a senior citizen with absolutely no knowledge of CBD. However, I have seen CBD signs everywhere and several people have told me how it has helped them relieve a lot of stress and anxiety. By accident I came across this store while I was enroute to the car wash and decided to go in. I am happy to say I was greeted by a very cordial and friendly sales person by the name of Jasmine. I explained to her my lack of knowledge and asked for suggestions/ explanations on the various CBD products available based on my concerns. She was so patient and understanding. She was also so very helpful and cautioned/stopped me several times when I was about to purchase products that were really inappropriate for me. Most importantly, she did not use any high pressure sales tactics and was genuinely concerned with ensuring I got the products that would be best for me... one of which was a wonderful smelling Lavender and Chamomille hand and body lotion. She was definitely the major contributor in my CBD first time experience being a very pleasant one.P.S. The shop was also very soothing, clean, and all items were neatly arranged. I was really impressed.
