This was my sons first time going to the eye doctor, hes 5....anyway everyone from the receptionist to everyone that we came in contact with was friendly, professional and just welcoming. Im glad I was referred to this close knit eye doctor.

Dr. Kerber and her staff are the best! They are professional and have excellent technicians such as Julie to help after your thorough examination. The equipment they use for your exam is state of the art. Everyone is always upbeat and they will settle for nothing short of perfection from their suppliers and labs. I highly recommend this establishment if you need the assistance of a Dr. and her staff that truly cares and will follow up to ensure that your needs have been met.

We have been going to Ressler Kerber since 1992. Thorough, professional, friendly and highly competent, they explain everything about your exam and treatment in language you can understand. They are a little more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. We wont go anywhere else.

Had a great first appointment at Resler-Kerber. Due to a chaotic couple of weeks at work I had to reschedule several times before getting to come in. The front desk was incredibly flexible and helpful each time. For my actual appointment the wait was very short and the two doctors I interacted with were friendly and professional. They got me in and out with a much improved contact prescription while never making me feel rushed. I also appreciate that my visit summary was emailed to me after the visit.

The process was smooth and the price was reasonable for me since I didnt have eye insurance. I live over an hour away and it was well worth the drive for the top notch service!

Absolutely the worst eye doctors you can imagine. The exams are as far from comprehensive as possible. I was in for about 10 minutes, the doctor determined my current contacts prescription was wrong and had me order new contacts (at over $600 for 6 months). Immediately knew the prescription was wrong. I later called to see if they could send that prescription to a different eye doctor and they flat out refused, telling me that they cannot provide any of my medical information to ANYONE because it would violate HIPAA, which is not true. If you are an elderly person with relatively simple vision correction issues this may be the place for you, but if have anything other that super simple issues then this doctor is not exactly qualified to see you. Sad but true

I took my three year old son today for his first visit because I had some concerns. The staff was very sweet is the only reason I am giving them one star. I had been very nervous how he was going to act or what they were going to do. They started doing the exam with the nurse and another ladie named Jessica which I am assuming was a student she ran several test on him as well. My son started to get a little wiggle at this point then a man came in didnt introduce himself so not sure what his name was. He starts to check my son as well. He has absolutely no patience for my son he has a cold bedside manner and asked my three year old if he would like is eyes cut out! I am sure he thought it was funny but I certainly did not!!! I left very stressed and upset. I will not be going back!

Top notch all around... from the person who greets you to all the doctors. The doctors perform a thorough and comprehensive examination of your eyes. They are friendly and easy to talk to.

Took my son back for a second time yesterday for his annual eye exam. Once again, fantastic experience! From the front desk, to the doctors, to the employees ordering new frames and lenses, just an overall enjoyable place to go. My son is only four and started wearing glasses at a young age. I had trouble finding a place that would help us with his eye exams due to his age. Then I stumbled upon Resler-Kerber and I will never go anywhere else. We enjoyed taking our son there so much that my husband has started going to them as well. Two days before my sons appointment my husband broke his glasses. I called to see if my husband could get an appointment as well and they offered to squeeze his exam in with our sons. So convenient and they really work with you. We will be patients at Resler-Kerber for as long as their doors are open!

I really like Resler-Kerner but I’m giving 3star instead of a 5star because they didn’t make me aware my lenses would be sticking out the frame I chose this time. I was disappointed because if they had of communicated with me I would never had chosen the frame. So now I’m going to purchase contacts because I hate how the lenses stick out my frame. The staff is very friendly, prompt, & professional. However that’s a big mistake to make when a customer is paying $500 and more for glasses.
