I do not recommend Just Windows and Doors. Yes, they had the best price, but they were terrible to work with. They came out to replace a patio door and window for me. I also needed a window pane replaced. I ordered a full screen for the window, but it came with a half screen. It took them coming out 3 more times before they could get the correct size to fit. On the replacement glass, they ended up damaging my window because they didnt realize the replacement glass was too thick. Weeks after my replacement window arrived, I had to keep calling for them to come out to install after being very patient and understanding about issues caused by COVID. Wayne would not schedule me because replacing one window was too small a job, even though they broke it and I was paying for the window I didnt need in the first place. When they replaced it, the installer ended up caulking the window directly to my siding (no j-channel). He then shifted my shutters over to hide the caulk mess and caulked it ALL to my shutters! I reached out to Wayne to have it fixed. He questioned me if I even had siding to slide into a j-channel, like I didnt know what Im talking about. He then proceeded to send me a picture of my house to show how they tried to match the look of the old windows. The old windows had built-in channels. Needless to say, he is not coming out to fix the improper installation. I would take my business somewhere else.

This the type of business I love! The owner Wayne came out himself to quote the job and was responsive through the whole job providing updates on the window order and job timing. We replaced about 15 windows and everything looks great. Now here’s the best part - you will not pay what the “big guys” would charge not even close. You’re not paying for a sales guy who shows up with his binder and one hour sales pitch who gives you that special price if you sign today. What you WILL get is a good product with quality installation at an Excellent price! I would fully recommend Wayne and his company.

The aftermath of a home fire and a bad Fire Restoration left me scrambling for various companies to correct bad workmanship. To my dismay, #unitedservices installed a window upside down and did not find their mistake or correct it. I found just #justwindowsanddoors on google and they fixed the issue right away. Thank you for responding quickly and professionally.

I had several bids on the project I needed done not know exactly how to have it fixed. When I called Wayne he explained that what I was asking for was not what I needed pointed me in the right directions and saved $1000s. Crew was great treated us with respect and did everything in one day.

I had several bids for new windows and a new front door and Just Windows and Doors beat all of them in price. They use a local company that make the windows so my money helps local businesses which I love. The quality of the windows are amazing and the quality of work is excellent. The installers were professional but still so friendly they felt like family. Honestly I will tell every one with the need for new windows or doors about this company. They are amazing, local and professional. Top notch company and you are crazy not to at the very least get a bid. They saved me thousands, YES THOUSANDS. Thank you Just Windows and Doors cant wait to see you again with the other doors.

I am not sure why there is a 1 star review for this company, because I had a FANTASTIC experience with Wayne Jackson and his crew when they installed new entry doors for me in 2016. Communication, punctuality, and professionalism were all top notch. They all went above and beyond to get my doors installed in a timely manner (over Thanksgiving weekend, no less), and it was a difficult job replacing steel door jambs in an older home that no one else wanted to take on. I also witnessed Mr. Jackson dispute a quote for an extra feature on my door in order to get me the best price. I will be calling on Just Windows and Doors again to replace doors in my new home.Highly, highly recommended.
