I got the turkey bacon ranch and it was great and the service was fast

I got one of their new bbq pulled pork sandwich and it was disgusting. Tasted like fish. I thought it might have been the pickles so I took a bite of pickles separate and they were fine. Took a bite of the pork and it tasted like fish. Had my adult son taste it and he said the same thing. I called and of course no manager on duty and of course they said they never had any complaints. Didn’t take my name to have a manager call me.

OMG!All this time I didnt know Honey Baked Ham Company had a full menu. I thought they only specialized in holiday hams and turkeys. One of my colleagues treated me to lunch at Honey Baked Ham and I have been a customer every since. The food is fresh, delicious, and worth the money.

Ordered on line and picked up. Good service, good price, good food.

My experience is always the best because with only my husband and I we only buy a pound or two...an its always great..but this time I picked up my 2pounds of ham, and it had no honey baked glaze...none at all just plain cooked ham!! My Thanksgiving was perfect but Christmas i had to add my own glaze!! WHAT HAPPENED HONEY BAKED HAM 😕

The most amazing service and the Turkey Bacon Cheese with everything and Ranch dressing was spectacular. The service person is second to none

The food here is delicious I purchased a ham bone to make a pot of ham and beans the persons working there were courteous friendly and smiled it made me feel good to walk in and make my purchase

I visited during the week of Christmas the staff had everything to make the process smooth and seamless. I felt very comfortable as far as safety with crowds due to COVID

Hadnt been in quite sometime! The food was as I remembered, EXCELLENT and they have smoked Turkey, soups, salads and MORE!!! You must check them out and OH YES... The HAM is still spectacular!

Went today, the day before Thanksgiving, to pick up my holiday ham. Placed my reservation online last week, stood in line maybe 10 minutes, showed the lady my reservation number, paid for my ham with minimal contact and was out of there...No problem, easy peasy! Thank you Honey Baked Florissant!!!

To go orders are made pretty quick ..turkey/ham beef brisket ....soup mixes available just add meat.... nice people n very clean ...2doors= in one out the other

1st time at Lindbergh location (closer to my home) but its last time, sandwiches were horrible. Usually I visit Olivette where I get superb service & good sandwiches. In the future I will drive to Olivette its alot further from home but service & food is worth the ride.

Love the customer service over the phone and in person. They are very helpful with helping you pick the right ham and or turkey amount you will need to feed you group of people. I never make my own turkey or ham I always order from this place its sooooo good even the sides!!!

There was a line when I arrived but, I wasnt in it for long. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable workers.

Stood in line 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant.

This was the day after Thanksgiving, about 1230 and the floor was very, very sticky, my cane stuck to floor, pleasant workers.

Always good food and service here. Must be Florissants best kept secret because its only busy during the holidays. Best ham sandwiches in town.

Good sandwiches prepared with plenty of meat. Not a lot of other condiments but your basic lettuce, tomatoes either Swiss or American cheese only..
