My experience with the awesome team at the hwy 67 location was the best ever! I came in with my VERY hard if hearing father and Leah worked beyond measure to make sure my dad was not just hearing but hearing at quality that would improve his daily life. I couldnt be more happy with my visit here! Super knowledgable staff, clearly explained everything, and it turns out I dont need an expensive hearing aid, I just have a killer ear infection and wax build up! With a proper flushing and antibiotics, Im good as new!

I have to say this place is the best. I went in 2 years ago knowing I was loosing my hearing in my left ear. Took the test and it failed in both ears. They did give me some prices that I knew I could not afford nor did I have insurance but the testing was free. I could not buy the hearing aids because it was more then I can afford. But now they have reached out to me to tell me about a foundation that will help you get what you need. They called me back and I didn’t think I was approved for it but she sent me an email letting me know I was approved and I now have my hearing back. This place changed my life I can now hear things I haven’t in so long and my kids I can hear them and don’t have to say what all the time or huh because I did not hear them. Thanks to these lovely ppl and I thank them with everything I can… this place is such a blessing to me and my family. Thank you Miracle Ear for being my life back…

This company would get a MINUS 10 if I was able. They HARRASS on a monthly basis! I have received 10 of these invitations in the last 6 months. I will continue to collect. I was having trouble with one of my hearing aids. I went in and was greeted by Jaleah. She ask my problem, I explained and she knew what was wrong and help me fix it. She showed me how to to do it myself and answered all my questions. The staff at this office is very helpful and friendly. They care about the people that come in.

There arent enough words to express my appreciation for Miracle Ear. My grandmother has been hard of hearing my entire life. Throughout the years, her hearing has steadily declined. Shes been to a few different doctors, but had not found anyone willing to help her in getting new hearing aids. She was told several times that new aids wouldnt be helpful to her. Then, she saw Dan Slapak at this location. He has been absolutely AMAZING. He assisted her in getting financing for the aids and set her up with a model that is lightyears ahead of the aids she had previously. He has even made changes to his schedule to accommodate mine, as I am my grandmothers transportation. Its been wonderful to see her be able to enjoy the world again and I will be forever grateful to Dan and Miracle Ear!

I am writing this for a friend. Mrs. Pantaleo had a wonderful experience with the girls at this Miracle ear. They treated her as family and bent over backwards to make sure she was taken care of. These ladies could not have done more to make her happy and care for her.

Being in my early 40s I was a bit embarrassed by my loss in hearing. From the very first phone call Emily and the staff were awesome. They explained the process, whats going with my hearing and provided some techniques I can do to improve my comprehension. Very kind and patient staff. They explained every detail of the cost. And when I have a need for service, Emily always works with me to find a time that works best for my busy schedule. I never mind having to go, its always a pleasant experience.

Great experience. Staff was very professional and caring. I was made so comfortable that my anxiety was relieved and it was a relaxed atmosphere. The Audiologist was very thorough in his examination; and he took time to teach me about the ear and what causes hearing problems. He explained everything clearly, including hearing aids and how they work. I would recommend this place to anyone whether they believe they have hearing problems or not.

I could tell right away that they were interested in making me hear better, and they did. 85% better! Now I feel more confident on my new radio job and I can hear babies talk! I cant tell you how my life has changed. Its a miracle!

Ben Harrison helped my father in law get his hearing aids set so that he can finally hear well. Dad was not able to get them adjusted properly in Poplar Bluff where he bought them so he came up to see my wifes hearing aid specialist. Dads hearing improved remarkably after Ben worked with him for nearly an hour and a half. Awesome place.

My exam was very thorough, not rushed. My test results were explained in great detail. I am very pleased with every aspect of my appointment. The advances in technology are amazing and I am excited to get my hearing aids.

I was looking into hearing aids and received a $20.00 coupon for getting a test, this was on April 3, I am still trying to get the $20.00, this is false advertising as they completely dismiss my calls. I am 75 years old and they think I will spend $5,000.00 for hearing aids when they can not make a $20.00 transaction. I would not trust them for any real business transactions.

To save your money do not go here they will scam you out! I went in for a fitting 4 times alll wrong I even showed them my original mold what it’s supposed to look like they still haven’t got it right. Ben Harrison almost broke my hearing aid by forcing the WRONG tube to the hearing aids and he said we need to adjust the hearing aids.... he should not be working there at all I will not recommend ANYBODY to go there they can’t get their job right... I couldn’t get my money back even though I NEVER WORE THEM. Horrible people! They will rip you off I reported to the BBB

My 97 year old mother has a set of miracle ear hearing aids she can not use. they put $2950. on her credit card. they did not work properly. they did not fit properly. and she developed an alergic reaction to them. she tried to return them every time dennis biggs came out but he would not take them. so now they will not return her money. i guess because it is over 30 days. they scammed an elderly lady.
