In store representative needs to be retrained on product knowledge and how to give good customer service. No working AC on one of the hotest days this summer could explain his poor disposition. Going forward will chose a different location to conduct business. Sorry not sorry.

This store’s manager, Jose is wonderfully competent and adept at multitasking in serving all patrons as he was working alone during my visit and managed to provide attentive service to 5 different customers at the same time. His expertise is evident and his customer service skills are superb. He worked diligently and efficiently to assist each customer while being professional and engaging. Jose is a valuable asset to ATT and he can count on my returning to his location when ever I am in need of advice or want to purchase additional ATT products. Thank you Jose.

Ashley is one amazing sales rep! She didnt pressure, she didnt try to push a phone on me.... She walked me thru what options I had for the deal I was looking into, and I wanted the phone I bought anyway.. I left with a better phone than I was looking at, and all my accessories... Feeling great about my purchase! I love when salespeople allow a customer to make their own decisions, instead of high pressure tactics, coercion, or dishonesty.. Ashley is a true asset to your company, I switched to At&t because of her. This is the first time I bought a phone and didnt feel like I left with something I didnt really want. I look forward to this being the standard operation practices. Thank you Ashley, & thank you At&t.

I had the best Customer Service experience yesterday at the AT&T store off Vollmer Road by Meijers in Homewood. The Managers Name is Rachel she listened to my issue with my 1 month new phone and she checked to may sure that my issues were real, she identified what the problems were and corrected the matter. She was patient, kind, and pleasant.I was about to cut my losses and return back to Sprint. But her kindness won me over to stay with thus new carrier. Ask for Rachel when you go in.

Ashley was warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in, and made sure to take care of me while upgrading my phone. She made sure my phone had no issues and everything was configured correctly and made sure all my questions were answered- even if they were no brainer questions. I would definitely recommend doing business with this store and ask for Ashley!!

Its actually shocking that this AT&T location, or anything associated with AT&T for that matter, has 4 stars on Google. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max for curbside pickup and when I called the store, I was advised by the person on the phone (who didnt even ask for my name) that they didnt have any orders. I had to clarify that it was my boyfriends name on the account in order for him to confirm that they had my order. That was the first problem.Next, I was expecting curbside pickup. I did not expect to be in the store given that we are dealing with a pandemic and AT&T should be taking steps to minimize associate and customer interactions. The associate told me to come inside and asked for my drivers license. I am an Ohio resident living in Chicago for now, and I was advised that my VALID Ohio drivers license was not an acceptable form of identification and I would need to produce an Illinois license otherwise, my boyfriend (the primary account holder) would have to drive all the way to the store to pick up my phone. I am listed as an authorized user on the account and according to the AT&T website, I have the authority to facilitate business such as picking up a phone as long as I can produce a valid drivers license. The AT&T website, forums, and other internet resources do not indicate anywhere that customers must first stop at the DMV to get their license switched to in-state before picking up their mobile device.I got rid of AT&T internet about 4 years ago due to poor customer service and since my employer offers a discount on mobile services, I decided to give this company another chance. This is by far one of the worst decisions Ive made. I shouldve stayed with Verizon or taken advantage of the Sprint discount instead. The only saving grace was the nice call center representative I spoke with who offered a sincere apology and confirmed that AT&T does NOT have a policy about accepting a license from a different state. The person I dealt with at the store was a tall man with glasses and braids.

My experience today at the store was beyond my expectations. Everyone was very pleasant and the store was extremely neat. I am very particular about where I do my business and From start to finish I was impressed. My questions were answered and we even laughed and joked around a bit. I will absolutely refer friends and business partners about this location and I myself will be returning. Thank you

Put an order in for an iPhone, they said it would be ready by Monday. Not sure what happened but order got cancelled. Not a problem, put another order in and they said they would have it by Friday. Friday comes by and turns they tell me it’s coming to the houseboat 40 mins?!?!? Okay, I say and than 40 mins go by and he says to meet at the back of the store?!?!? This doesn’t make any sense, I tell him what are you doing, why wouldn’t you meet me in the store. Felt like I was going to get jumped just to get a phone from AT&T, no thanks. I will be switching networks this weekend.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! This place doesnt deserve a 4.7 rating. HORRIBLE customer service and most of the time UNDERSTAFFED. ONE person cannot run the ENTIRE place! Tuesday April 29, I returned to the store and asked could she explain why the bill was so high and that I had a contract for $99.00. She proceeded to tell me that I was lying the lowest plan available is 79.00 without internet. I explained to her that if she reviewed the notes #15668561 was the promotion number applied in March to address my bill and lower it. She requested my account number and pass code and looked into the computer, subsequently informing me that since the service was not active. She could not review the notes in the case. I explained that I did not have the whole amount and asked could she take a partial payment and explain why my bill was so high. I went to the store and (Mary D) stated that she was the new manager and Louie was located at the Tinley Park store, but she would not be able to address the bill because her system was down. She also went on to say that I was a liar and Louie had been just giving me credits which was coming out of her paycheck.I gave my credit card and made the payment because I wanted to know why the bill was so high and avoid a high bill during the next billing cycle. She stated she could not look into the notes for 48 hours after the bill was paid. But I could turn my phone off and on and be able to make calls.I expressed concern that still I did not know why this bill was high and stated that she told me once I paid the bill that she would be able to view the notes on my account. Now she was telling me, after getting my payment, that I would have to wait 48 hours to find out why it was high. She said you paid your bill of your own free will. I have been nice to you. I responded that I did not feel that she was nice, or gave basic customer service, she called me a liar, had been condescending. She told me if I did not leave she was going to call the police. I stated situations like this can escalate into violence.I left the store and proceeded to call the Flossmoor police because I was not sure of what she may have reported to the police. After they came one of them took my driver license number and read it into his radio. He proceeded to inform me that the store registered a trespassing citation and I would no longer be able to come to the store location even to pay my bill.This incident seems similar to the Starbuck incident where African American customers were ordered out of store by white employees. I no longer want to do business with a company that allows people of color to be treated in this manner.

We were waiting for this store to open. We arrived 9:45 am seeing that they open at 10. It’s 10:12 and it’s still not open??? They just lost our business!

They’re business is sooo sketched I ordered a phone there and a man called me asking to pick it up at the parking lot behind the store, when I was in the store there was a store and all the workers were on there phones and it was personal reasons non work related taking my business somewhere and I’m fed up with what they did to me

Went there with my father and they werent open when they were supposed to be. Had to wait for a half hour and getting phone upgrades took forever. The employee gave us discounts for the wait but there shouldve been more than one person there.
