Outside parking lot is dirty. I hear the manager complaining to an employee about another employee the entire time I was in the store. She should have been calling someone to clean the dirty entrance.Typically Family dollar stores arent very clean due to the shortage in staff and lack of support from management enforcing cleaning.However, I did find everything I was looking for.

Love my local Family Dollar. The customer service is excellent.

It was great when they first opened-referring to the store on Flossmoor/Crawford. Now service is gradually declining. Never had a problem with workers who are very nice but there is one female manager that can use some time in training for customer service. I went one day and the doors were locked during business hours. I wanted a few minutes in my car I watched others try to enter. No sign on the door or nothing. They don’t answer their telephones like now I’m still trying to see if they ONE specific electronic item that’s right within sight-called several times still NO Answer. Go back to the way you were please.

Its one of the few Family Dollar Stores that I actually enjoy going to. Its clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Which I rarely say about these stores.
