Just ridiculous. Go anywhere but here. Seriously. I’ve been in this drive through for over a hour now. Such a long line, I can’t even back out. I’m going to be late picking up my kids. Anywhere but here.
Went in nervous to get my 2nd vaccine. Which was highly recommended by my doctor due to working with various types of people.Scheduled my appointment today online, and Amanda and Antwon provided excellent customer service today. Left feeling great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If a booster shot is needed I definitely will be back to schedule my appointment.
Horrible service. Rep at window was so rude. Asked me if I knew what I was doing when it came to using the swab. Didnt even stand at the window to walk me through or help me with the process. When ipush the call button, she came back to the window with such a nasty attitude like I was disturbing her lunch or phone call or something. Service is HORRIBLE at this place.
Rude customer service lady in the front table checking people in is rude & when getting the COVID shot they have a terrible system wait in line for 15 -20 mins after ur appointment and then the pharmacy staff continually yells at people to sit down and wait their 15 minutes mind you it’s not mandatory I can leave... rudest cvs I been to

I love this place. It is easy to come and grab a snack or something quick. Sometimes there is no greeting upon entering. Other than that, this is a very nice CVS.
The employees are nice, but they are too overwhelmed with the volume. Prescriptions arent ready when promised and they dont have drugs in stock as promised. I wish their corporate would be more involved and offer a solution for the staff because I dont see us using this pharmacy in the future.
The employees are very helpful, especially the young man named Larry. He helped me find everything I needed. He is always smiling when I walk in. But, the store was very hot I don’t think there was any air conditioning. That is not good for the customers.

Ive never had any real issues with this CVS Pharmacy until today.Prescriptions were filled for my child at this location. The medications were needed to treat an abscess. When I proceeded to administer one of the medication, I noticed that it was in powdered form. The medication requires a Pharmacist to reconstitute it prior to dispensing to the patient. I contacted the pharmacy and advised that I would be returning because the medication was incorrect. When I arrived the matter was corrected, but I expressed my frustration. While an apology was given, it does not excuse the fact that the medication was dispensed before being correctly filled. What if this medication required a different compound other than water? The medication would be rendered ineffective. What was done today at CVS Pharmacy by the Pharmacist and the staff was negligent. This situation could have been harmful to my child and I now question the training and skill-set of the entire pharmacy team present today. If you have your prescriptions filled at this location, please be sure to check your medication before leaving the pharmacy. You definitely have to be an advocate for your or your loved ones health.
I went in today for help regarding a blood glucose meter and strips. Ray was very patient and helpful while assisting me. This brother is the coolest! Great job young man.
Quite honestly, the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I would give it a zero star if possible. Service is awful, seemingly with an extensive staff. My new years resolution is to change to another carrier; cant be worse.
Two day and its still not ready! They dont answer the phone so dont waste your time calling! Never coming back here again one and done!
The pharmacy needs about 5 more people working back there, I take a medication that is rarely in stock, we have a system now, I call before monday to make sure they either have it or can order it. The pharmacy staff is very courteous, given the clearly over work load they are given, I dont know if I could be that nice. CVS, hire some more pharmacy help!!!
Text prescription in for pick up after 4pm. I still waited 25 minutes for meds to be ready. I am going to have my doctor send my prescription elsewhere.
Prescriptions are rarely ready. Generally out of stock. Slow service. Poor follow up
Worst CVS ever!!! The pharmacy used to be spot on now you must call 2, 3, 4, 5 times PRIOR to getting your medications filled - and hopefully they will be ready. The drive up window is more like a double feature drive-in movie! I dont know what happened in the last 6months to a year but it is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT fill your prescriptions here otherwise they will be held hostage. I would have given 0 stars but of course Goohle does not allow.
This service today at the pharmacy counter and window were horrible. No one ever picked up the telephone. I requested my order via phone to be ready at 5:00 p.m. it was not done until 7:00 p.m. after I came back a second time. Very understaffed.Updated: prescriptions are never ready by the time requested with a pharmacist or via the phone service. And when advising representative, they just repeat. Its not ready, come back in 15min. I request a specific time for a reason!
Understaffed, make a lot of mistakes, dont have prescriptions ready when requested, have waited in line 45 minutes while sick, with seniors picking up for a spouse just home from the hospital, waiting just as long, or longer than me. One time, a mom was there waiting 45 minutes, same as me, to pick up seizure medication for her son. A mistake had been made on it the day before. Someone else got medication that was supposed to be in suspension, but it was dry granuals instead. I have called corporate, was promised a return call from the local district manager. Needless to say, the call never came. Receipt has a survey number but when you go to do the survey, the survey number isnt in their system. I overheard someone say they had been through 3 or 4 managers in 3 or 4 months. As i type this, I am on hold with, wait for it . . . CVS. Its been 15 minutes, ok, 19 minutes 45 seconds, for a medication Im out of. They close in an hour and a half, and its looking less likely Ill be able to get the medication I need today. This CVS puts the health of this community at risk. Its not the employees fault. They are grossly understaffed. This is all on corporate, and shame on them.
Pharmacy is horrifically under staffed and they consistently look bewildered and overwhelmed. The wait time on filling a prescription takes days unless you hound them to fill it sooner. I’ll be changing pharmacies soon.
For the past 8 years, my family has been using this CVS for our prescriptions. The CVS has always had poor customer service in regards to moving the drive thru pharmacy line in a timely matter. I have noticed over the past 6 or more months that the pharmacy customer service has become terrible. The service is slow, medication is never ready when promise and they use to at least text you when meds are ready. Now, I literally have to call and talk to someone over the phone about my prescription to make sure it is ready. Then, they lie and say that they are waiting for the doctor to respond and my doctors tell me they already sent the order in. My prescription is on a 90 day rotation and I have had to call the order in. I will be contacting corporate and who ever is the general manager of the store.I amWilling to change to another location, but after reading reviews from other nearby location, it seems to be the same issues. They are planning to close the CVS that have low production, but its obvious they are either understaffed or have unqualified employees. I hope this review and others will get the attention of the corporate office.
I generally do not complain. However, this CVS has Horrible Customer Service! You are on hold for 15” minutes before someone finally answers and places you on hold AGAIN for another 20” minutes. Not to mention, they do not fill orders correctly. Far too many mistakes are made. Save yourself from the frustration and take your business and prescriptions elsewhere.
I have been coming here for sometime. The staff for pharmacy are always professional and helpful. In the past month i noticed slow lines at pharmacy pick. Although i call the day before i sit at the window for 20 + mins amd not to mention the time I havecto wait for someone to show up at window. They seem understaffed and frustrated. Slow service, always understaffed and employees complain to customers. Don’t call they never answer the phone. Sad excuse for a pharmacy,I haven’t been to any other location, I hope the other ones are better!
CVS store Security door device Malfunctioned! ... After leaving the store, I called back to address the embarrassing incident, only to be informed (Allegedly) that the front entrance and exit door security device malfunctioned per the sales clerk... The sales clerk requested per store policy to check my purse and suggested that I might have something in my back pocket... that possibly made the door alarm sound off. (Wrong) To the contrary, after having to open my purse and empty my pocket for a complete stranger, I was told I could leave the store (Wow). What happened next...my final attempt to exit the doors... No alarm sounded when I attempted to leave the store... I engaged the sales clerk with a visual... Whats Up With This?... Afterall, it was my decision to patronize the store, and I purchased items as a CVS customer. The store is in a very nice area, I never expected to have had this type of experience... having to prove my innocence soley based upon the validation of a electronic device that proved to be invalid. Unbelievable... careful... one trip to any local store can be very stressful when electronic devices malfunction... (What Next!)
My doctor called in my prescription on August 1st and it’s still not filled on August 15th. I called on August 12th asking what is the hold up and they said they made a mistake, and I guess overlooked it. They would have it ready the next day. It is still not ready. This is only my second prescription order there, but I’m moving my prescriptions to another CVS. I’m done!
Faith in the pharmacy must have been having a bad day not rude but unfriendly my mom had surgery I went to have her prescription filled Faith told me 1 hour there were 3 people working and only one customer in the waiting area to long of a wait and she kept flinging her hair disgusting this is my moms pharmacy and I will suggest she go elsewhere
The store closed early and the employee that was locking up was rude. There’s a jewel close by that’s open later and where the employees actually work through their entire shift.
This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Dont waste your time coming here! My doctor sent a prescription in and the next day my prescription wasnt ready to be picked up. They are extremely short staffed and overwhelmed. If youre in a hurry, this IS NOT the place for you.
I like this store. CVS prices are a bit high. They are better than Walgreens but higher than Walmart. The staff is very nice at this location and the pharmacy is very accomodating when I have really needed them.
The pharmacy tech told me to go to the ER to get an emergency refill on a prescription... during the COVID pandemic... I’m still in shock.
They shouldnt even get a star long waits on the phone customer service is terrible if you call or if you go in to the pharmacy long waits as well they need to add more employees or fire the ones they have there they seems like they are getting worse and thats sad they use to be on top of there customer service in the pharmacy now its gone to the dogs
Terrible service at the Rx drive thru window! Myself along with 4 other cars were kept waiting for 10 minutes. Thats unacceptable! Especially when there seemed to be very few people in the store.
This pharmacy is the worst. Ive been on hold for 15 min. Befote this call I got hung up on. Also they take forever to fill your script.
Phoned my medicine to be ready for pick-up at 6pm. Arrived at 7pm and it was still not ready. Had to wait another 15-20 min. Poor service.
