Major hail damage, good repair work, poor serviceMajor hail damage was repaired. Work was good quality work. Took longer than expected due to multiple delays likely outside of control of the shop. (Parts). Quality of communication was poor. If delays happened I knew of it when I asked. The ETA would be pushed a week out, then I wouldn’t hear anything so I’d have to ask again. Once we picked it up, there was a small bag of “extra parts” like trim snaps and a piece of interior trim in the console. Then we noticed the front license plate missing, and then our sun shade missing. All minor things but the fact we had to ask them about it instead of them notifying us, seemed a little shady. They did offer to reimburse me for the plates, and a interior cleaning because “they didn’t clean it like they were supposed to” per the sales rep. However that adds to the inconvenience of my time to get those things corrected and driving back to the shop with receipts, after the vehicle being in the shop for 2.5 months. Overall frustrating experience..

We lived in Highland Village for about 10 years but moved to Wisconsin about 5 years ago shortly after getting a repair at Pro Care on a door of my F 150. This past winter, I noticed some rust forming on the very bottom of the door and I contacted Kenny at Pro Care. He remembered me because he helped us with other body repair on a couple of other cars as well. Pro Care has a limited lifetime warranty and Kevin, owner of Pro Care, called and said that of course they would pay for the repair at a body shop in Wisconsin where I had already received an estimate. He paid the estimated amount and I was able to get an appointment set up for repair. We were always happy with the quality and service at Pro Care and having this experience solidified that satisfaction. Thanks for a great experience.

UPDATE. Ive given a more appropriate star rating Ive spoken to a few other shops and realized I was wrong. I received wrong information from a credible source. Pro Care Collision was correct in their diagnosis. While yes I did get another shop to preform the work. They even told me the same thing Pro Care did but only after they agreed to repair my vehicle. Please accept my apologies for the bad review.Lazy. Thats my experience so far. I brought my vehicle in for a repair. And was told that my repair isnt possible, I need a complete replacement. Wasnt happy with that answer so I towed my vehicle to another repair facility and was told that what I need is well within spec to be repaired. I feel that Pro Care told me the worst possible scenario to get me to go away.

Pro Care Collision repaired a dent on my passenger door of my Honda Civic Sedan. The work looks quality but when I picked up my car the interior was trashed. Dirt and dust all over my cloth seats. Dust and dirt all over my dash, steering wheel, AC vents, and both front interior doors. My floor mats will need to be shampooed and the car needs a detailed cleaning now. The interior is just a total mess. I’m pretty disappointed. The front staff watched me start cleaning my car in their parking lot after picking up and never said a word to me. I am very disappointed.

Actually had the repair done yesterday and I couldnt be happier. Not only were they nice enough to pre-order the parts so my car didnt have to sit at the shop for days on end, they had it ready for me same day and kept me updated through the day on the progess of the repair as well. I have dealt with body shops before and I was really happy with the way this shop does business. I cant complain about the work they did. It was great. Their service was a little less than I hoped however. I never knew how my repairs were going (other body shops would give me regular updates) and when my car was finally ready, they called me at 3 pm on Friday and said oh by the way we close at 6 and arent open again until next Tuesday. Overall, not terrible points since the repairs themselves were great.

Pro care fixed my jeep after I was hit. I was originally told it would take a week to fix but it ended up taking 2 weeks. No big deal, I had a rental car being paid for by insurance. Once I picked it up, I noticed a foot long scratch down the front passenger window. I took it back and Lauren said they would have the window replaced for me. They sent an auto glass company to my house and replaced the window right out front. They even paid for the replacement window tint. Lauren is absolutely awesome and Im so grateful to her for being so helpful!

My Jeep got side swiped so I took it here. I give them 1 star because the work they did was ok but it was harder than it should have been to get them to fix everything. They missed my broken fog lights despite them being in my car. They missed a big dent in my exhaust from where my front drive shaft hit it and when I showed it to them they tried to tell me my insurance claim was closed and they wouldnt fix it. I finally convinced them to fix it but what they did instead of replacing that section of exhaust was to cut out the piece that was dented and weld on basically a patch. They didnt remove the O2 sensor right next to it so I had to replace it myself. They had to replace my front axle assembly but the used one they installed leaked and they tried to tell me there wasnt anything they could do about it. I finally convinced them to check on a warranty from whoever they bought it from and it eventually got fixed. Now, to this day my front end has a wobble in the steering at certain speeds that it never had before and they just looked at me with a blank stare like I was crazy for expecting them to fix it. The first time I picked my car up one of the brake dust shields was scraping against the wheel so I immediately took it back and they bent it back out of the way.Long story short, for the most part they eventually fix your car but they make it harder on you than it should be. Ill never waste my time with them again. Ill go somewhere that I dont have to argue to get the job done right the first time.Update:My issue isnt with used parts. My issue is that you failed to thoroughly check them out before installing and you acted like you werent responsible for the parts you installed. Also, you incorrectly diagnosed my suspension issue. Ive checked my ball joints myself and by two other shops and no one else seems to believe their bad so I cant trust your diagnosis.You shouldve caught the brake dust shield, fog lights and exhaust damage the first time before returning the vehicle to me. That just shows that you didnt do a good job of inspecting my vehicle to begin with. The customer shouldnt have to diagnose their own vehicle for you. Thats pure incompetence and laziness. You wouldnt accept that kind of service if you were the customer so why should I?

The workmanship was good. But there was no communication. I was told on Saturday it would be done. Called Wednesday and was told oh ya its going to be another week. Then I finally pick it up and there were several old parts that were replaced on the floor also my car was covered with dust from body work. They didnt even attempt to clean it. Now I have to take it to get detailed! I will be calling Monday morning when they open and asking them to foot the bill.

Took my F250 in after someone backed in to me. Repair was estimated to take 4 days. On the morning of day 5, I got a called letting me know the truck was ready. The repair work looks good as new.

They fixed my truck for a great price and were a pleasure to work with. After a stressful thing like a fender bender it’s so nice to deal with helpful friendly people.

Pro Care Collision has repaired several of my familys cars over the years! During every experience, they have gone above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and our pricing requirements. Last week when I needed their assistance, they even were able to squeeze me in to get my car repaired while I was out of town unexpectedly, allowing me the least amount of inconvenience. The car looked like it just came off the showroom floor when it was finished, and a very difficult metallic silver paint to match! I had gotten an estimate from another shop just to make sure everyone was in line, and the other shop added some things that werent necessary. Pro Care has alway give us estimates, and then once the work is done, only what actually needed to be repaired was charged. The insurance companies pretty much dictate and approve the charges, but its the extra customer service and quality that puts Pro Care over the top! Thanks!

(Edit since the manager keeps responding)- the issue wasnt a recall this was due to faulty install. The seal on my light was squished in the far right corner from shoving it in and the screws were almost stripped completely. 1 mistake isnt an issue but a continuous fall out you cant just blame on a bad part)I had my wifes kia sportage repaired here after the vehicle was rear ended. The service was fine for that vehicle. However my 2011 f150 was repaired here for hail damage and i get they were swamped but the service and assembly has made it impossible to recommend them.They did not finish clear coating the truck so i had to bring it back for the windshield pillars to be redone. Okay fine simple mistakeThe window glue was left all over the back of my truck along with the old seals. They just ran it through a carwash which did not remove it fully until i again brought it to their attention. After this i noticed they didnt bother to clean the dash of the truck. When you remove the roof of the vehicle and windshield you get flecks of shop all over the interior. Im not asking for a full detail on a 2011 vehicle but atleast wipe off the flecks and not toss trash into the bed that melts in the heat.A few months later i notice the third brakelight starts leaking since i no longer park the truck under a carport. I spoke with the owner i believe and Im told this is a common issue (and that is true) for this vehicle and that replacing them once removed isnt on them its on insurance. However if your techs do body work surely they would alert someone of a part going out that will flood the interior of a car before reinstalling a bad seal. However upon removal and replacement of a cover until my replacement comes in i see its not the seal thats corroded. Its been mashed around the top right corner from shoving it in incorrectly the rest of the seal is fine so im eating the cost of the assembly. Usually I blow stuff like this off but all of these together just becomes an issue.Edit in response to manager-Again the truck was under a car port until this month i work from home and we have since moved. I said one mistake was fine but a continous issue is why it became an issue. Also the water leak was due to faulty install. The seal was fine all the way until the top right corner from shoving it in. Part of the seal was scrapped onto the metal of the housing and the screw was over torqued and almost stripped.Im all for small mistakes being corrected but this was negligence and explaining it away as a factory issue is an easy way to pass the buck. A 5 minute car wash isnt going to flood my interior like 3 days of without a carport.

So I guess this company doesnt want too many people to know how bad their service is by deleting the reviews they dont favor, but thats okay. I just want it to be known that the actual service given is trash. My truck sat in the lot for months, every time I would ask them to call me on an update it was always sure thing, well call you by the end of the day and I never got a call from them. They even lied about calling your daughter multiple times when she NEVER had a missed call or even a message from them?? When it was time to pick my truck up, the tire balance (the biggest problem that the truck had) wasnt fixed, and Terry was worried to send me out with the car because air bag light was on, is it because she knew I was likely to crash with jankety tires?? Probably. When I asked them to fix that, my truck remained at the lot for 2 weeks and when I came to pick it up they said its the exact same way you left it that same day we managed to get the balance fixed in literally 30 minutes, so its not that the task was too hard, they just cant own up to their business. Dont come here if you have another option, they take WAY too long and they wont even finish the job.
