Caliber was recommended to me by a friend. The very next day my battery died so I thought I would give them a try. I now see what she was talking about. I’ve been here twice, both with really great experiences. The first time was with a dying alternator. I just happened to be near them when my indicator light came on. I had my four young kids with me and my husband was out of town. So, when I walked in and saw the indoor play area and tv, I was like, “Thank you, God!” Everything was nice and clean, including the indoor play area. There are also nice coffee options, cold bottled water and snacks. They also went the extra mile in taking two cars to give us a ride back to my house since the repair was going to take all day. One of their techs thankfully had a car seat my youngest could use. It was so nice to not be stuck there all day, even if it would’ve been a pretty good place to be stuck. And then to top it all off, they also drove the car back to my house once it was repaired.My second experience was for a state inspection. Everything was nice and clean as before, and everyone was very nice and helpful. They didn’t try to push the suggested maintenance when I said no thank you, which I appreciated.We’re new to the area, but they’ve definitely won our future business.

Our regular trusted car repair place is not open on Saturday, so we gave Caliber a try. After unsuccessfully trying to unplug it ourselves, I tagged along with my daughter to get her windshield spray fixed. We were greeted happily with professionalism. Wes quickly repaired our problem with ease (FOR FREE) and even answered my questions about an air filter. They explained what it was and how to clean it! Other places might have said, We can clean that or replace it for you for $$. This effort bought loyalty from me for the other major repairs we need. And with a 2012 vehicle...there are plenty. As 2 women coming into a car place we are always on alert for someone to take advantage of us. Not so at this Caliber location. Smiles, professionalism, and a helpful attitude? YES please!

Went to get an oil change and was for once not pressured to pay for the more expensive brand of oil. They did a full complementary inspection of my car and came out and asked if I wanted to replace my engine and cabin filters, but, again, was not pressured or forced to get anything except the oil change I came in for. I was even given a 25% off coupon that I didn’t know would be applied! They not only did my oil change, but also fixed the tire pressure light in my car as well at no charge. When I was leaving, the skid plate on my car was not secured properly and when I got about 30 seconds down the road I had to pull into a parking lot and call back to see if they could help me. They sent someone to come try and fix it, and I ended up having to follow them back to the shop. On the way back, my skid plate caught the railroad tracks and bent, causing it to make a much worse sound than before. When we got back to the shop, they apologized, refunded my oil change, took off the old skid plate, ordered me a new one, and will be installing it for me on Monday (again all at no extra charge). They were extremely kind the whole time and were very professional! I would return here even after this entire situation. I really appreciate their generosity and their help, especially as someone who doesn’t really know much about cars at all lol.

This place is amazing!!!! I stopped in here last Saturday for an oil change and state inspection. I expected to stay here the majority of the day, so I didnt make any additional plans. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they got all my information in the computer and they started. 45 minutes later I was back in my car with nothing else to do. I dont leave too many reviews, but this one left me no choice at all. Will and his team are phenomenal! I plan on being back there this next weekend to have have an oil change done on my daughters car while shes in town from college.Just a warning to the other shops on the street, you have steep competition to keep up with. Amazing facility. Amazing (Starbucks) coffee. Amazing crew. Amazing turn around. So glad I found my new place to take care of all my needs when it comes to my car!!! Thank you guys so much!!

This place blows my mind every single time I walk in. The guys (and gals) are always friendly, and quick to greet me before I can even say anything to anyone. They truly make you feel like you are visiting a friends house. We take my daughters car here on a regular basis and every single time the service is exactly the same, EXCEPTIONAL!! They do exactly what they say they will do. I dont have to doubt what is going on with my car as they back up what they say with pictures. If it needs brakes, the pictures shows it needs brakes. My radiator cracked and caused my coolant to leak out of my truck. I called around to 7 different shops before I found this one who not only had availability to get it fixed quickly, but was also reasonably priced. They found the issue the same day I dropped it off. It was repaired by the end of the next day! On top of it all, the service advisor was professional and remembered me from the phone call and was prepared for me to walk through the door. Other shops could learn a lot from you!

Good overall, but they failed to straighten the steering wheel before alignment, so now its off by 2 or 3 degrees. Very annoying. Especially with controls mounted on steering wheel.

Highly recommend Caliber to anyone. Very friendly, professional and timely, not to mention the facility is absolutely top notch. I wanted to get my tires rotated in addition to my oil changed, but they advised against it, as a rotation would likely exacerbate my existing tire wear. This was the best price in town to get a pre inspection on a used hybrid car! They also had me out within 2 hours but hanging out in their nice waiting area and chia tea and comfy chairs wasnt bad at all! I had a fantastic experience! My appointment was originally scheduled at 9am but I had some things switched around in my schedule and arrived at 8am hoping they could fit me in early. They were more than happy to accommodate me! Nick was extremely friendly and thorough with explaining what they were doing to my car. I was getting a state inspection done in addition to my oil change and to my pleasant surprise, Nick came by and told me they sent me a text with my digital inspection. I clicked on the link and he went through every aspect of my inspection along with photos of my vehicle! I loved the honest transparency and being able to see what was actually inspected. This location was also following all safety precautions and required masks upon entering the facility. They also had a plexiglass partition at the front desk, and sanitized my pen and my credit card before they gave it back to me! I would 100% recommend Caliber Auto Care to all my friends and family!

Needed to get a brake inspection done as my rear brakes were screeching while backing out my garage so I started to look for a place and found Caliber. I chose this place strictly on reviews and Im glad that I did. Great experience as the people were very professional and after speaking to one of the technicians I didnt feel like I was getting overcharged for any services. This will be my new location for car repairs because I will not be taking my car back to the infiniti dealership where Im going to pay out my a** to get anything done.

This has to be the best experience Ive ever had at an automotive shop, I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else again. I came because I had a coupon for an oil change, I called before and got a price I was happy with. When I arrived, they told me it would be 30 minutes and it was done in 20. The facility is beautiful (also free coffee/tea), the staff was very nice (literally every single employee), and the pricing is very competitive (like $2 more expensive than Walmart pricing). As a woman, and Im sure a lot of women can relate, some automotive shops can make you feel pressured to get unneeded fixes or replacements on the spot. Wes at the front did not make me feel pressured or belittled in the slightest. He explained everything professionally and even emailed me what the technicians thought that I needed fixing or to keep an eye on so I can get second opinions from my family. This was a fantastic visit overall and I cant wait to use them again in the future. Thank you guys!

I went in for an oil change. I was greeted immediately by a young lady who was very nice. She made sure the right person could help me. He took all my information, explained in detail all my options & suggested the best option for my car (which was not the most expensive). My wait time was not very long. Someone came out shortly before my car was brought up to the front to go over in detail all that had been completed & checked on my car. You also receive this in an email with photos. I would use them again as well as recommend to others. The facility was very clean & I was offered a beverage while I waited. Any staff member that walked in & saw me in the waiting room asked if I had been helped or needed anything..

Took my 2013 honda pilot in for the annual inspection. service was prompt. but the service manager did not think it was prompt enough. he did not charge me for the work. this gesture was certainly not expected--but it will keep me coming back:)

The customer service at the Flower Mound shop is beyond 5 stars and unlike any other auto shop or even dealership I’ve been to. Very friendly, professional people! You can tell they have a passion for what they do! The prices are definitely reasonable with cheaper oil changes for synthetic than the other national brand auto shop around the corner I previously used. They gave me a full tour of the place and served me Starbucks coffee from a large, fancy touch-screen machine. :-) They even continued to check on me to see if I needed anything while I was in their nicely decorated waiting room! They also have a big screen TV, a big playroom for the kiddos and tablets for the adults! Highly recommend this place for your auto care needs! I normally don’t make recommendations but I couldn’t resist making one for this spot!

This place is so clean and accommodating. They take photos of you vehicle and show you them in comparison to “bad status” parts. They then send you an email with the photos and your results of their screenings and diagnostic. They dumb it down very well and are very blunt. They don’t seems to have any hidden agendas and seem to genuinely care. I’m very impressed!!

I unfortunately have bad luck with cars. My car knowledge is very minimal. Fortunately I stopped in here when my car was making a funny noise when making a panic stop. I had assumed it was the brakes and went in for a brake estimate. They offered a free brake inspection instead of just assuming the brakes were the culprit. I figured Id give them a shot, and why not, it was free. Come to find out I had a suspension component shifting when stopping. It was really easy to see the issue with the pictures they took and emailed me. After talking with Will about the concern I feel confident in explaining to my wife what the issue was before they corrected it. Sure enough on the way home the car was quiet as it should be.

I felt like I was in a nice coffee shop not a service center. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, the comfort of the patron was definite priority here. Even had a play area similar to McDonalds for kids!Water and Starbucks coffee provided for free in addition to a charging station for phones and they provide tablets to keep busy as well. However, if you dont wish to hang out and wait they offer a shuttle service to take you home/work if you need to leave. The service was beyond amazing. Trustworthy people doing great work! Every employee and customer was all smiles which speaks volumes to the service they provide and the culture they have created for themselves as well.

First time here. Absolutely love the waiting area. Clean, comfortable, pretty much have everything you need. WiFi, charging stations, tv’s mounted. And did I mention a Starbucks drink station with coffee, hot chocolate, tea & amazing Chai Lattes, thanks for the recommendation Nick. Waited a little bit but to be expected on a Saturday late morning during COVID. Women’s bathroom was clean & well kept. Will def be back. Went in there to get my cars state inspection. My expectation was to be there most of the morning waiting with your usual car shop scenery (and slow service). Not only was I in and out in almost no time, I had felt welcome by all of the employees I ran into. I didnt feel like I was a burden like I sometimes do at other shops. Very clean and modern waiting room, i was impressed. found my new mechanics for the future.

This was me and my husband first time to Service First. It just opened up close to our house and my job. They went over and beyond to fix our car issues. Would not recommend at all!!! Went to get an oil change and new headlights and they spilled oil all over the engine. When I started driving home the car was smoking and a terrible smell was coming through the vents. Went back right away to get it fixed and they pulled it back into the garage. Three hours later they come back with pictures of the oil cap and they proceed to tell me, my car has a terrible design and that’s the reason they spilled the oil. It’s a Subaru!!!No refund, coupon for the next visit, just a bottle of water for the road.....not even a terrible green tree air freshener :(Just hope they don’t make any mistakes on your car.

1-2-2020. Got my oil changed when done went to pay found out only certain people get the oil discount at this location. Im dont have time to stand around and wait to ask someone different. The other locations give you a discount. Ill just go to a different Service First Automotive. I get home and FIND OUT IM Antifreeze and I need to add air to my tires.I was told they put air in my tires.

This would have been a 5 star experience if the parts supplier had sent the correct parts for my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and it wasnt repaired and ready for pickup until Saturday.

Im So Happy.Let me explain.I blew a strut mount on I35 going over that horrible 407 overpass bump. I just recently got the shocks and struts replaced out of state while traveling as well. I Live in Corinth and drove all over to find a shop to help me with no success. Everyone thought I was wanting them to warranty the work, Which wasnt the case.I was actively telling each place I would pay them to help me fix the truck but not one wanted to help, They just kept saying its a liability or take it back to the original shop. Like, come on its not lifted. Its just not OEM shocks. I went down the entire 407 belt of mechanic shops and same thing. Finally, I got to the last place, Service First. I walked in, they welcomed me, I explained what was wrong, and they took care of it no questions asked and I paid them. Thats all I was asking for.They even stayed 15 minutes or so late the evening of typing this to finish it up.This really should tell you something.

This place is 10 STARS and above in my opinion. I cannot say enough about my experience with the service I received here. It was beyond exceptional. I was not having a great day when I was there and they went above and beyond to turn my day around. They didnt have to do what they did but Im grateful to both John Michael and Will Stevens for what they did for me. These people restored my faith in God, and helped me see that there still is compassion in people and people in the world that will help someone when in a bad situation. What they did for me was special and will not be forgotten, ever. To think that I had gone there to just get my oil changed and ended up with my wipers replaced and tires rotated over a 2 day period bcuz I went for a free oil change at the end of the day and returned next day for the tires and what happened on that day.. This place is TOP NOTCH. The service is amazing, the facility is beautiful with a bathroom you could eat out of its so clean (if thats your thing), a separate play area just for kids thats better than ANY McDonalds, a waiting area thats immaculate and a self service drink area equipped with a Starbucks coffee machine and a refrigerator stocked with water, and top it all off with free Wi-Fi and at least 5 iPads you can play games on or get on to read or check your emails or whatever and thats just to make you comfortable while you wait!!!!! Speaking of wait, theres barely any at all....even with people in front of you!! The time goes by quickly and they let you know whats going on if the find something else that really needs attention and come show you..with either the item or pictures and then send you home with the photos via email. I just really cant say enough good things about the service I received at Service First and will always go back here not to mention that I will always, ALWAYS, recommend them to everybody I talk to.... Thats just how good this place is. They are honest and trustworthy beyond measure and nobody, NOBODY, will ever tell me otherwise. I want to share a story about something that happened to me yesterday. Recently I received a flyer in the mail for Service First Automotive in Flower Mound. One of the new businesses on 407 near Stone Hill Farms Pkwy. It was for 50% off an oil change, and I was due for one so I thought I would give them a try. I took my car up there and had it serviced, David went over some things I might want to address, but didn’t give me the hard sell. Anyway after they finished and I was paying the young lady (Megan) asked what I was doing for Thanksgiving. I told her I was going over to some friend’s house. She asked if I was going to see my family. I told her no both my folks had passed and my sisters lived out of town. Anyway before I left David insisted I try one of the Starbucks Chai latte’ that they have available for their customers. He said it was like Christmas in a cup. It was really good by the way. Well later that afternoon while at home the doorbell rings. I go answer the door and there’s a young man and young lady at the door and she is holding a gift basket. They looked familiar but I was skeptical of what they were doing there. My initial thought was asking for a donation or selling something. Then David explained that Megan was touched that I wasn’t going to be spending time with family, and they wanted to bring me by something and thank me for my business. I finally put it together what was going on. It was a real nice basket with some house slippers, socks, a little cactus, a coffee mug, couple of scented candles and a personalized card. I have to admit after getting over the initial shock, it was really touching. I believe she was really concerned about me. I guess I didn’t do a very good job of letting her know I was not alone for the holiday, but either way they really brightened my day and made quite an impression. I feel like they went above and beyond what we have come to expect from businesses nowadays. I will be taking my car back when it needs servicing. Really nice waiting room with a Starbucks machine, wifi, and tablets for their customers to use as well as some large screen tv’s and play area for the kids. Give them a try, they seem like great people.

Very fast, efficient, gave me multiple options on what we could do, and service was excellent.

Service First is the epitome of an automotive shop! Their staff greeted me at the door, provided a digital inspection with an overview of pictures of my vehicle, and they even offered to take me home with their complimentary shuttle if I didnt want to wait! They have an iPad bar if you want to online shop or watch a movie, kids playplace (think Chick-fil-A!), starbucks coffee machine that makes chai lattes, hot chocolate or your choice of coffee! The told me theyre going to revolutionize the automotive industry, and I believe they are succeeding!
