I have never ever got my prescriptions ready on time. It’s 9 in the night and I am still waiting for my kid’s antibiotics that were sent by doctor at 3:00 . This is the case every single time . Switching to cvs or some other place where they understand that these are medicines prescribed by the doctor and there is a person who is unwell that is waiting for this.

My family and I have been using this Wallgreens for years and they are really close to losing our business. We got an automated message saying that we had prescriptions ready for pick up. When I went in to pick it up last week I was told that they were out of stock and was told to come back on Monday, yesterday. I couldn’t make it into the store yesterday so I tried to call. I tried to call right at 9:55 PM which is actually five minutes before they close. By the way this Google page is in accurate, they do not stay open until midnight they close at 10:00 PM. So I’ve been trying to call them today in order to speak to a pharmacist to ask about the prescription because according to the automated system that prescription is no longer available . I’ve called and asked to speak to a pharmacist and they put me back and it sounds like the phone gets picked up and I get put right back on hold.If this Wallgreens is concerned with holding onto business they sure aren’t acting like it.So because they steadfastly refused to answer the phone I’m gonna go by there in person today after work and they’re not going to like what I have to say to them

The photo kiosk works but I didn’t get any photos because I wanted more size choices. I made myself a motivational poster and need 3x5 photos at the largest, smaller is even better. The smallest offered on the kiosk is 4x4.

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy staff I’ve encountered anywhere! “Customer service” is laughable so just get ready to have your order either messed up, delayed (even when they’ve notified you that it’s ready) or magically disappeared from their system.

I stopped by here to get several things that we needed including some medication for a family member while visiting this area. The cashier at the front was friendly and helpful and telling us what and where the items we needed were found. The people in the pharmacy were also helpful and efficient. We were able to get in and out quickly and timely during an evening visit.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This experience has happened to me multiple times. I ordered my Rx online and received an email with a date and time to pickup. I arrived the next day 2 hours after that time because in the past the Rx is never ready on time. I was told they needed 10 more minutes and I should wait. I waited in their waiting area for over an hour - still nothing. During this time there was one employee walking around with no mask and I never saw them clean or sanitize a single surface. This is after many, many customers. I finally asked where my Rx was. They reached into a bucket on the floor and there it was. As an asthmatic waiting in a covid infested waiting area for over an hour for ones asthma medicine is unspeakable. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I finally had to to leave to catch a flight without my medication. I have basically been without my asthma medication for over a month due to Walgreens incompetence. I will never go back. Using CVS in the future.

Having issues with the pharmacy. I suppose it had to do with holiday but my husbands Rx was totally wrong and mine got requested from the Dr twice in a week even though they say they request them daily.

They seem to just need more help at this location. I continue to try to give them business but I am done. I will drive a little further to another pharmacy. They had over an hour to fill a very much needed prescription and had not even checked the voicemail. That is unexplainable at 2:00 in the middle of the day. If you have to use Walgreen use the other ones in the area.If you get Charlie as your pharmacist transfer your prescription to another location. He is overwhelmed. I am sure he will make a great pharmacist one day but let him figure out time management and prioritization with other people that did not heed the warning.

For the first time in my adult life my insurance sends me to Walgreens. We normally go to a different location, but my kiddo needed an antibiotic and this location is open late. The pharmacist was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. He had her prescription ready in minutes. This location isn’t quite as convenient as the one we normally go to, but I’ll be coming here from now on. Five Stars Walgreens Pharmacy!!

Generally, the Walgreens employees are very courteous and helpful, but the pharmacist was pretty short with me and obviously didnt care about my (very quick) question. I even answered with,I have a question if your pharmacist isnt too busyDangerous for an industry that involves giving advice about controlled substances...My damn A/C is out, so if you sweat too much or are young, dont bring your questions here, because they will make assumptions and be rude.

Very frustrated with my experience. Our pediatrician called in antibiotics for my children almost 2.5 hours ago and the prescriptions are still not ready. I called and they are estimating it would be another 45 minutes. I would have more sympathy if these were “odd” prescriptions but they are very common antibiotics and with sick kids you want them to start taking their medication as soon as possible. Originally supposed to be ready by noon and now the new estimate is 1:30 PM. Overall disappointing. Update: still sitting in the drive thru line at 1:40 PM and still don’t have the prescriptions

Great staff! On the ball! I love this location because they are able to do compounded medications. I hope the range of available compounded medications and fillers will continue to grow.Draw back to this location is trying to get in an out of the shopping strip across traffic. Be patient! Try to avoid going during the evening commute/rush hour.

There is a female pharmacy tech, her name is Gwen, and she is so incredibly rude. She talks really fast and doesn’t listen to your questions. She immediately rushed me along out of the drive through when we realized my new insurance needed additional authorization before I could pick up my meds. I was still talking and was trying to ask her if I could pay cash as I put my card back in my wallet. when I looked up, she had already walked away. This is typical of this lady, as I come here often. This lady is intense and makes the process very stressful every time I come here. I try to avoid this store just because of her. She needs some sensitivity training STAT.

This is wurst pharmacy in our area, the daytime pharmacist lie on your face . They try to give clients hardest time in refilling there prescriptions . My mother takes about 10 prescriptions . Exert three months when I go to pick up her prescriptions they have messed up on one or two prescriptions, they can never get the dates correctly or they will lie that prescriptions have no refills . I have to go home and bring the empty bottles for them to figure out that there are refills on the prescriptions. They are extremely unorganized. Unprofessional . Never going back again . Transferring everything to Walmart across the street

I always had bad experience with my prescription pickup. Always has to go back twice. Very slow in filling prescriptions. Used Walgreens on MacArthur for over 8 years never had any issues.

Picking up prescriptions from here is not a good experience. There is constantly a wait here even with 1-2 people in line. They give those coming via drive thru priority even if people in-person area here before them.The manager or person in charge is rude and not empathetic and just trying to rush thru the line.Recommend every other location or cvs.Updated review: this store no longer offers 24 hrs and decides to do consult in front of other customers out loud. That’s a huge issue for me not to mention the long pharmacy lines with only 1 person helping.

Walgreens corporate needs to take a look at what kind of people they are hiring over at pharmacy. What a mess. Calling in an emergent Rx at 12am for a child who is puking guts out and the woman on the other side of the phone posing as a pharmacist said she was not filling anymore scripts and to please try the one 25 min away. Very very poor professionalism. How do people like her sleep at night acting that way toward situations like that and still call themselves medical professionals. Terribly disappointed but thankful there is a CVS across the way. I wont be coming here. But I will be calling corporate.

They mixed two manufacturers, on two occassions, in my prescription. Lazy technicians are neglecting to make sure the pills match before pouring them back into the stock bottle, which you shouldnt do anyways. Thank god on both occasions it was the same drug just a different maker and not, I dont know, blood sugar pills in with my allergy pills!You cant get them to pick up the phone to even alert them about the issue or arrange for them to fix it. You have to communicate with them in person because hold times can be from 5-30 minutes.

For the past few times i went to pick up my prescriptions in the afternoon and the wait is very long. i waited 15 minutes to pick up my prescription when i dropped it off earlier that day. there was even a woman who was getting upset because she dropped her prescription off the previous day and wasnt even ready for pick up and was waiting for 30 minutes to have them filled up.they seriously need to get more people or be better organized.
