I gave a lot of the prepared-meal(shipped to house) companies a try before I discovered TruFit. Their meals are both tasty and nutritious and the staff are wonderful. A few tweaks here and there and theyll get a 5 star next year.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the food and the amazing people who work here. I have some pretty specific dietary needs and these lovely ladies have worked to make sure I can get exactly what I need and it all tastes so good. I did not think what my doctor had asked me to do would be possible and quite honestly I was failing on my own. Enter in Tru Fit Foods and now I see I can do it and be happy while doing it. I cannot thank you all enough! My entire family loves the meals.

TruFit Foods has been a lifesaver and has been more than accommodating to everyone throughout this crazy pandemic.Personally, they continue to help me maintain and reach my fitness & nutrition goals.They have always catered to my needs, and allowed for curbside pickup, or when it’s not busy I can walk right in to pick up!It’s always incredibly clean, delicious, and they are always over the top with customer service!!!What a great, local, woman owned and operated business!!!!

This place is awesome! I’m a bariatric patient and this is my favorite place to grab lunch during my lunch break that I know will be as delicious as it is healthy. Everyone who works there has been so nice, and I always finish my meal feeling satisfied, nourished and re-energized!

So grateful for a local business providing accommodations for ALL of its customers! So many options for those who feel it unsafe to be in public to still enjoy their services!! Yet, respectful, courteous and thoughtful service for those of us more than willing to seek out and support businesses not blindly mandating face coverings. One star reviews left by people upset with “policy” and not product only serve to drive more business through those welcoming open doors and I personally spend more in support of them!! Been looking at meal prep options, local and online, for some time now. TFF is by far the best value and ease for our busy family. We are eating better, it’s a huge time saver for the family nights, and an overall great compliment to our workouts! Oh and these sisters with their staff are great cooks! We hit them up for Empanada Saturday and were in heaven!! Don’t forget to order the 16oz Diablo Sauce for the week...trust me, you’ll thank me later 👍😜

Awesome! I tried Trufit for the first time today and couldn’t be more pleased. The ladies that work there are so sweet and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s so good my 7 & 9-year-old boys were fighting over the spinach chicken wraps (with broccoli and black beans) before I could even unpacking the bag.

Amazing food that makes it easy to eat healthy. Amazing people that are a genuine pleasure to do business with. Love this place, just wish I found it sooner.

Great family owned business with food that will make you want to come back again and again! Their salmon is done right! Usually after reheating salmon it gets dry and chewy, but TruFits was done to perfection. Definitely give this a place to try!

The food is adequate, but the weekend staff (Sunday) have terrible customer service skills. They do not explain the process and are rude. Makes it feel like you’re a burden to them, despite the fact that you’re giving them business. NEVER COMING BACK.

The only thing you’ll be asking yourself is ..HOW DO THEY MAKE HEALTHY FOOD TASTE SOOO GOOOODD!!!!Highly recommend. Great portions great flavor and great prices!

We absolutely love the consistently delicious prepared meals from TruFit Foods! We appreciate all the heart, soul, love and hard work put into each meal. We are blown away every week with the perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked and perfectly planned meals. Our favorites have been the salmon, grilled shrimp and grass-fed beef dishes but all of them are great. We have also ordered by-the-pound meats and vegetables to create our own plates at home. I have been using TruFit consistently for over a month now and my kitchen will likely never be used again during the week. TruFit Meal Prep relives the stress meal planning and prepping brings me for the week and at a great price. My husband and I have enjoyed every meal we’ve had! And to top it all off, the staff is AMAZING!!!

I travel for a living and basically live out of hotels. Finding TruFit was a Godsend! I am starting week 2 of the 7 day plan. All food is cooked fresh and customer service is not only personable but wonderful. I have loved every meal and appreciate the portion control. Not having to menu plan, cook and clean up has been amazing! You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the menu. I highly recommend this service. The only “con” for me will be that when my job here ends and I have to move in I can’t take TruFit with me!

Best balanced healthy ready to go place in America!. I really love this place. I travel often for business and it is difficult to maintained a healthy diet yet eating with “gusto”. Before heading back home, I stopped there to pick the meal I am going to eat, as it is way better than anything you can find at any restaurants or at the airports food courts. I also love the team, they are friendly and incredible. if you travel to the Lewisville are in Dallas, I truly recommend this place.

TruFit has been a life saver. Literally. I have lost over 40lbs by eating healthy meals from them. It saves me time. They are amazing each meal is crafted by their chef its the perfect portion & great flavor.

I debated to post this or not but because Trufit didnt even try to fix the problem...then I feel i should warn other customers. My order was completely wrong. I reached out to them numerous times and they wouldnt even take the time to ask what they could do. They continued to act like they did nothing wrong. I didnt want my money back or even for them to fix it. The only thing I wanted from them was just to admit they messed up but they couldnt even do that. they acted like they were so busy to even respond to me. Thanks for taking my money and doing whatever you felt like doing. I hope you fix your actions/behavior to clients when they have an issue or you will never make it. Basically, you stole my money because my order was completely wrong! Thank you so much for NOT taking the time to at least apologize. I would never recommend this place to any one.

I just stopped and bought empanadas and pastelitos. They were really good the right seasoning not too salty or too greasy. . They also sell Venezuelan cheese wich was pretty good too.
