Employees were very informative & helpful. Went in with my puppy, because it was over 100 out and even if I was quick, I did not want to leave her in my car. They were totally okay with her being in a cart.Helped me find some items, and had a quick check out. 5/5 nothing wrong & everything went swell

They didnt have what I am needing today, however they do have a lot of great arts and l and craft items to choose from and lots of sales all the time. The store is usually without a while lot of other shoppers so you dont have to worry about being stuck in the same isle as a coughing person looking for that perfect something to finish your project

Ill start by saying WOW. I was truly impressed with this location. Very clean and organized. Thats very rare for a craft store. I absolutely love doing crafty things. From now on this will be my go to spot. Im very limited on supply stores in my area. But this location is very worth the drive to Folsom.

The customer service is awesome but I only went in once and it was my first time visiting that store. All in all though friendly service and with always greatly appreciated.

This is my FAVORITE Michaels in the area. The store is always SPOTLESS and very well organized. Everyone from employees to management are extremely nice and very helpful. If you need something that is on a high shelf you will not hear a grumble from an employee about having to get it. They will actually thank you for not doing climbing to get it yourself.Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and can direct you to what you need.

Great selection of floral flowers some pretty good sales were going on but yeah they are the service was in outstanding the store looks great but its hard to shop at Michaels the prices are really high but they have beautiful things you just need to make sure you got your coupon and get in on that club and get everything you can so you can get all you can get for what you got fun fun beautiful store .

Very nice store. Customer Service could use some work, employees arent very helpful. When the line got long nobody came to registers to ease wait as well. Also they dont have a selection of beads like the bead man in Redding, CA nobody does, Michaels should fix this asap.

45 minutes waiting for assistance for framing with 5 yes 5 so called employees walking around in circles not assisting anyone. Then after being assisted by one person another one walks up and states we do not do that work here. Unbelievable.

Its a nice store! The customer service is always very kind and they have a wide variety of crafting supplies. I enjoy getting drawing supplies here, because I know theyll always have what I need. Unfortunately the quality of some of their items, such as the holiday decorations and the kids aisle has gone down over the past couple of years, but everything else seems to remain consistent.

Might want to bring a snack, or lunch while youre waitin, LOL.Heaven forbid you have hangry kids with you when you w as not to check out.Everytime I ask them to open another register, they get really defensive, but I guess its the store culture to make people wait, rather than offering good customer service and speedy checkouts, so Im deducting one star for thatFound this darling MINI train case, when I was looking for foamboard. My go to for art supplies when I need them quick. Theres more to be seen than just brushes, ink, and paint though, you can find small wood working projects, fabric, and tons more. Staff is excellent and helpful, there hasnt been a question Ive asked that they could not answer. For the few things Ive asked if they carry (which Michaels didnt unfortunately) I was provided with a local shop that carried it. These are a few reasons I make Michaels my go to.

Curbside service at its best! I ordered the wrong item; she went back into the store, did a return and replace and brought to my car. Customer service as it should be!

I dont know about anyone else but my experience was great! Came in thinking I knew where to go if I just followed the signs. I didnt have to follow signs. There were literally customer service people walking around making sure everyone got to what they were looking for. I was asked if I needed help from one thing to the next. Im not a shopper I hate to shop but this made me feel comfortable and at ease. More than likely to come back to get more crafty. Great job guys and gals.

I always have good service when I go to Michaels however today the young lady that checked me out appeared to be a little distracted. She seemed to be looking everywhere but giving me, as a customer, her attention. When I handed her the money, its like she really didnt want to touch it...and when she handed me the receipt she held it from a corner and held it out to me as it dangled... just not sure what was going on there. Anyways that being said, you always have in stock when Im looking for thank you.

The place can get a little confusing at times, because they dont always stick things where youd expect them. But the staff is always ready to help. They are friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about a variety of different crafts.

I always swear Im going to take a quick peek into our local Michaels. As a crafter, theres no such thing as a quick look. If you need it, theyve got it . Even if you dont need it, youll find some new item that will launch you off into a new project.

This store is great. Kind of what you see is what you get but there is a lot. They have a nice selection of paints and brushes. They also have a kids area that has crafts and kids safe paint there. Kind of expensive to get something framed but in the big picture its expensive anywhere...also always season related so nice for people who are into to decorating. Good prices on art supplies.

Use to be a really classy store. Now just a cheap discount craft store. So sad so many of our stores have turned into just cheap junk stores. We’re losing the America I knew and grew up with.

This is a good location. Not super big but situated around a lot of good shopping.

This is one of the better Michaels. A wide range of supplies, very nicely organized, with a hardworking staff. They unfortunately dont sell wax paper, but thats not the fault of the location.

Broadstone MichaelsThis is a beautiful, well stocked, well organized, clean Michaels store. The associates are friendly and helpful. Ive never had a problem with using coupons or getting satisfactory returns.Its my go-to neighborhood all-crafts place.

Went on Thanksgiving night on the way home from dinner and time with family. There were was a host of staff there to help with the crowds even though it wasnt terribly busy. Despite the inconvenience of working on the holiday, they were all pleasant and helpful as needed. My wife and mother-in-law LOVE Michaels and this location is no exception.

I found everything I needed but whenever I call about a certain product they always say it’s out of stock but they have the item when I walk in I’m not sure if they even checked because they’re very quick to answer so I’m not sure if they’re just being lazy or what’s going on in the store but I give it four stars because everything is good quality and mostly good price.

Nice place and looks to be well organized. Only drawback is some things can be pretty pricey. But they will probably have what your looking for.

It is so dysfunctional messy at this location. Each time Ive gone the mess has just been more and more unruly. The staff are barely helpful, barely pleasant, and they leave out objects that make it hard for customers to walk around with ease. Ill be buying all my art supplies online from now on.

I dont like the layout of this store. It seems backwards, also has a very small selection of regular home decor and ALOT of seasonal items. I also noticed I was not approached by one single employee the 3 times I have been in. No one asked if I needed help finding anything. Which is unusual for a Michaels store.

One of the cashiers screwed up the total for our items because we used some coupons. We checked over the receipt again and found a mistake. We ended up paying more than we needed to so we went and found someone who can help us that was not the casheir that messed up the total. It was still mess up AFTER that and we still payed more than we were supposed to. We went to Joannes and had a much better experience and they scanned our coupons AND found more coupons on some of the items we got.

What a surprise of awesome food for our first visit. This is now a favorite of ours.

Materials for any craft you can imagine however it was very difficult to find anyone to help you. We wanted an item that was security locked to the display rack. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come help us and the store only had maybe a dozen customers at the time.
