Went here to fix my company drone. They advised me of the part that was damaged that needed to be fixed and was thorough with telling me the process to get it done. Apparently the part I needed was no longer being manufactured, but they were able to get it through resellers online.In the end my drone which I thought was kaput was fixed, and works perfectly. Thanks guys for the great communication and getting my drone up and running! Highly recommended.

I came into iParts and Phone Repairs in Folsom needing a new phone case for my iPhone X and it was such a fast, easy, & inexpensive experience that I wont go anywhere else when I need a new case or screen repair.Ashlee at the front desk was incredibly helpful in showing me different cases and making honest suggestions about which cases provide the most value for the cost. She was very kind and was happy to answer my plethora of questions. Also, she let me actually try the different cases on my phone before making a decision.The owner, Alika, also came out and said hello, which I thought was pretty cool! Went in to repair my hdmi port on my PS4. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was helpful. Repair took two days which was way faster than what some other places told me. They called me and I picked it up after work. The price was reasonable and definitely beat competitor prices and was infinitely better than just buying a new console. The people there seem very nice and professional. I will return if I ever need more electronic repairs

This little business ordered parts for me, said about 3 days. Exactly 3 days. Took it in that third day. He says well have it fixed in 2 hours. It was. And I am very pleased with it. He did a very good job thank you iParts.

Would give zero stars if I could, but this shop does not stand behind their work or listen to their customers. I recently had them put a new screen on an iPad. Last night my daughter was using the iPad while sitting next to me, and suddenly a section of the screen suddenly cracked, scaring her. You’ll notice from the picture that the cracks cover a large area, span out from the middle of the screen (not an edge from an impaction) and have no specific impact point that the crack radiate from. I immediately called the store and was initially told that they provide no follow up service on cracks to items they have installed, but upon requesting for a manager was able to explain what happened. The manager, Ben, said that I could bring in the device and he would look at it.Today I brought the device to the store and again explained what happened. Ben insisted that what I said could not have happened, because he had never heard of anything like that. Per the manager there must have been some impact. I repeated what I had told him the night before about what happened, and pointed out that the nature of the cracks showed that the damage could not have been from a drop. Ben insisted that what I was saying “was not true”. I think that it is one thing to refuse to stand by the workmanship of your shop, but another to insinuate that a customer who had previously called, and then came in the next day is a lying. I will not be doing business with this shop in the future, and would advise the same.

Verizon said my phone couldn’t be repaired and I would have to buy a new one. Iparts and phone repairs not only fixed it, it looks brand new! Great job, I highly recommend!

So as I walked in the door a young lady says hello with a big smile on her face . So I said Ive got something in my charging port do you think you can take a look at it for me She says sure and takes my phone she goes in the back comes back within 60 seconds. I said you couldnt find anything, She says oh no it was this piece of plastic right here hands me a little piece of crinkled up plastic and my phone back. So I said how much she says im not going to charge you for that, So I give her a High 5 and leave. They have nice people they are very fast and didnt rip me off. We wouldnt want to go anywhere else to get my phone fixed now !@!

Hey these guys stepped up for me when I made the stupid mistake of spilling coffee on my work laptop. They rushed to get it fixed and while waiting for parts, they gave me a portable keyboard to use until parts came in.Theyve also fixed a broken screen on an IPAD a few years back for me....If you got a problem, they can fix it....

I had a great experience with iParts! After TWO failed attempts of getting my phone fixed at Best Buy, I went to iParts as a last effort to fix my phone.A little bit about the issue I had: I have an iPhone XS and for some reason, perhaps after a drop or something, my wide angle lens (the 1x lens) had stopped working as well as my flash if accessed through the control center. However, my front and 2x zoom camera lenses were still functioning fine. And flash would work if I used Instagram or another 3rd party app.Like I said, I took my phone to two Best Buys and after running diagnostic tests but not doing anything else to examine my phone, twice I was told that I would have to send my phone into Apple and have it repaired. They said it would cost $550! At that point, I would just get a new phone!At my wits end, I went to iParts and right away the man who helped me was able to detect the problem and give me a quote. I should mention, I also came a half-hour before closing too. Even though it was late in the day, he took in my phone and replaced the camera in 20 minutes. It cost $150, a fraction of the Apple repair price! Ive only had my fixed iPhone for 3 hours, but so far so good!My ONLY complaint is that the man who helped me didnt wear a mask inside the store. There was a plastic shield between the front desk and the store, but I wouldve felt a lot better if he wore a mask. Otherwise, I had a fantastic experience.

Great experience! The PS4 has been broken for 6 months and we googled repair, this place popped up. Dropped it off, the guy called the next day with diagnosis and it was ready to go a couple hours later. Now the ps4 works! My only regret is putting it off so long.

Would not recommend! This place over charges for a cheap quality ! I went in there to repair my cracked screen and replace the screen protector. The customer service was bad, so unfriendly and so unhelpful. I paid over $200 for repair and the cheap plastic screen protector. I will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone and I am not a picky person and very rarely post anything negative but I’m sorry guys you need to step up!

I got my iPhone 8 fixed here. Ive never dealt with such nice and knowledgeable people in my life. Ive gotten my phone fixed at other places and theyre usually sketchy and dont really tell me a lot of information. You wont find any of that here, the prices are super reasonable and theyre fast. It took less than a day for them to fix mine and my phone screen is still lasting, its good as new. They also have some really cute phone accessories.Theres two ladies who work the front desk and theyre so sweet and friendly. Ive recommended this place to my coworkers and family and they all have had the same experience.

Went to get my iPhone 8 screen repaired, realized my battery was low after it got changed, now it cant charge. Giving it 2 stars because the screen was changed perfectly, not happy about the battery though.Edit:Phone is back to normal, fixed charging issue at no extra cost. Thank you iparts repairs!

Ashley is very competent and detailed with troubleshooting my cell and laptop. I visit this place all the time and very satisfied with great service. The staff here is better than any service offered by Apple or the phone carriers.

Had an iPhone 6 with a bad home button. Needed a cheap replacement quick for cheap. Got a used iPhone 8 for about $400. I thought the service was good and the staff friendly and service was quick just the way I like it.

I experienced the best customer service at iParts and Phone Repairs. My phone charging port was broken, and the repair was done the same day for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the new charging port being used was itself defective, but Alika, the owner of the store, showed genuine concern and promised to make it right. What he did, by getting a charging port from a different supplier.Before the phone was handed back to me Alika spent time showing that the port was working as expected, including fast charging and data transfer.Repairs have a 100 days guarantee :-)

I took my phone here to get my screen repaired, I purchased the extra protection plan for $60 but was never told it is through a 3rd PARTY ORGANIZATION!!!! I was never told to sing up for the “ protection plan” and beocuee of that there are sting it’s invalid and are refusing to help me with this problem. I can’t get in contact with the owner!!! This store is awful!!

I absolutely love this place. I would like to think I am a “frequent flyer” customer because I am so terribly harsh on my phone screens. Each repair was better than the last and the screens have been perfect. The first time after two days the screen had a line down the middle because my own stupidity and I walked back in and they fixed it for free! Last two times I needed a new screen I was offered a phone protector and this time the kind soul at the front desk put it on for me and it is put on perfect! Brought my iPhone 6 Plus into Alikas shop with the screen in really bad shape. He had me in and out of there with a fixed phone screen in no time! His prices were the best out of all the shops that I checked out in the area, with the quickest turn around time. I will definitely go back there any time I need a repair. :)

Tech has a sense of humor to be ready. My phone got ran over by a truck.When I showed up there he said no problem and quoted a price. He said it would take a couple of hours since he needed to order the parts. I came back and it was fixed perfect and the price was as quoted. All of this is rare in my world. Thanks.

Had a laptop with a broken screen. Best Buy said it would be better just to buy a new laptop because of the time and money involved for them to fix it. I took it here instead and was happy to hear it would only cost $160 to fix it. I took it in, it was ready on time, and the screen is practically new now. But...here’s where it goes downhill. I’m missing three screws from the bottom of my laptop and it’s nowhere near the screen. The cover plastic around the keyboard is constantly becoming detached from my laptop. Also the hinge cover thing that the screen connects to constant falls off. I’m so disappointed with this. They fixed the issue but caused even more now.

I went back to get my new iPhone 6 fixed! so happy FAST turnaround!AND You dont wait 5 hours like @ the apple store!

These guys really know their stuff. I brought a DJI Phantom 4 in for repair with not much hope. When I crashed it the legs got severed and compass was not working anymore. Alika diagnosed it down to the compass needing to be replaced and little did I know the compass is actually located in the legs. In less than a week I was back in the air. They really do know how to fix a wide variety of electronics. Awesome!! 😎 Thank you very much!!

Update to Review: I contacted Alika, the owner and explained the situation. He did refund me the money I paid for the repair, so I am hoping this was an isolated incident and will try again when needed.I thought this was a better alternative to going to Apple to have my screen repaired- its in town and cheaper.In the last month we replaced the glass on my sons IPhone 6 and my IPhone 5. Within a couple of weeks both phones had glitches ( you would press a letter and it would start texting someone randomly or type multiple random letters) and my sons glass was falling off. We took them back and they said they would replace them under the warranty.Within the same week the home button on my phone was loose then started to form a crack coming from the button and having the same glitches it had before, but worse until it got to the point the touch screen does not work at all and the phone is unusable.I took the phone back in and was told by all 3 employees at the counter that its probably my phone, not anything they did when they opened it and that they will replace it, but I have to pay full price again. How is it not there responsibility to repair my phone when it never had a problem until they opened it? I could not even finish explaining without the woman at the counter cutting me off to tell me why it wasnt theirs to fix, but my phone is defective.I have found they are friendly and helpful when all goes well, but not to be trusted when they make a mistake.

Took an iPhone 6 in there and less than 30 minutes later they had everything fixed and a new battery priced well for what I had done in accordance with other shops in town very pleased with their work very professional at the counter I plan on taking other phones back when they break

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - No warranty at all. I had an Iphone 6 repaired. Brought it home and left on my counter for 2 days. Made a few calls and text and noticed a crack forming. It continue from top to side of phone. Took it back and of course, I must have damaged it. No way they had bad glass, or installed with a problem. Only thing they warranty is their work and anything wrong with the phone is not their work. Of course if you drop it or crack it you should pay again. But sitting on the Kitchen Counter for 2 days did not crack this phone.

My phone was acting weird and shutting down. They tested my battery and then replaced it. Service was fast, and my phone is working great now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my screen fixed with a ton of touch issues after. The service is horrendous and even worse the quality of the replacement screens are complete garbage. DO NOT COME HERE YOU ARE PRACTICALLY THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY TRUST ME!

These guys fixed my Android Google Nexus 6 twice - once when I cracked the screen and again when I messed up the power button. The 2nd time I went in, they did not even charge me. Life-Savers! Nice to know I dont need to shell out another $700 for a new phone. Thank you, iParts and Phone Repairs!

Place is terrible I got my screen fixed here twice and each time they messed up my screen it has touch issues and they messed up the home button on my phone they also have terrible respect I showed up and I had to get the dudes attention since he had his AirPods in and overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I left my Samsung A5 cellphone there, and they couldnt even tell what the problem was. They charged me $65 for nothing. They didnt give me any invoice or job order sheet.

They have fixed 3 screens and a Nintendo switch for my family. They are friendly and helpful.

Went in there for a shattered phone screen, cheapest place i could find in folsom ($79.99). all the other places i called, went up by 10$. so i got my phone repaired in an hour like they said, worked good as new. but then about two days later i picked up my phone after having a conversation and it had lines all over it, i could still swipe and hear my notifications and use siri, but i just couldnt really see what was happening because it was all glitchy. took it in, turns out it is under warranty :) got it fixed for free, in under and hour and it looks brand new, 10/10 would recommended

I had my iPad mini 3 cracked screen repaired here twice. The screen replacement was not put on properly the first time. They fixed it for me for free the second time. I craved the screen within a week of getting it fixed. The product used it not durable and cracks easily.

Top Notch service guys right here! Im out in Florida and was in a time crunch for school next week. I had dropped something that shattered the screen and 12” MacBook. Needless to say I was devastated and when I called Apple inc. they were not much help. Apparently, being that it was such a new laptop it was going to cost me a fortune to have it repaired at the Apple store in the area. I took a chance with contacting iParts Repair in Folsom since they are in Cali and I’m in Florida, but my friend had recommended them to me and said they do it all. He wasn’t lying..I called and got ahold of the owner and he told me that it was a rare part since they were so new (the same thing Apple said), BUT he followed up with “No worries, I can fix that for you.” He was unaware of my time crunch when he said that. When I told him I need it before the 20th for school he said, “I can do that. No problem.” At that point I was in heaven, but optimistic about shipping and repair time. This was all discussed last week, and in record time he had the new screen installed and is back home in Florida today. These guys are didn’t cost as much as Apple, they exceeded my expectations, and were professional all the while. Like I said in the beginning iParts Repair in Folsom is TOP NOTCH. Thank you guys for getting me back in the classroom and ready for college. You are AMAZING!!!.

Great service by a great representative

Went in to originally get the screen replaced for a Moto G, but every time we went in, they would fix one thing only to break something else so that wed have to keep coming back to get the next thing fixed. After 5 trips of getting the phone worked on, we gave up! They initially put the screen on wrong to then require the camera to be replaced, to then the speakers, and so on and so on. Having to contest with the cashier about blame was the worst, especially when they filed notes about their screw up and why we have to come back for the next fix.

If you have a phone tablet laptop smart watch computer drone or anything else with a power button these guys can fix it quickly and affordably. So glad they have Folsom Citrus Heights Vacaville and other locations!

I had a cracked LCD and had it repaired, I got it back with multiple dents on the side of my phone as if they tried to pry the screen out. There were scratches everywhere on the back. Their response was it was already there, nothing we can do. I hope nobody else gets ripped by these guys.
