I went for balloons, and was met by helpful staff, even amidst their high-stress holiday time, Thats the last Halloween reservation!. I left with a big bouquet of 13 balloons for my 13 yr old grandson!

They have all your basic needs for a party. This is usually the first place that we come to look for our children’s birthday party’s. They usually have some decent deals. But a lot of items are a bit overpriced. They have been out of helium. So keep that in mind if you are looking for that. Like I said before, I usually only come here a couple times per year. They have definitely came up a bit since my last visit. Appearance is much better!

Attentive customer service from the manager on shift 8/10/20 at 4pm. She helped with a return and purchase at a time when the other staff were not able to handle multiple customers and calls coming through. I am happy with my experience. Also, the selection and cleanliness/organization of this store far exceeds other Party Citys Ive visited recently. Good job!

Went in with my husband, I walked in ahead of him. My husband is white and I’m a black woman. He had our grandchildren which there biracial white black and Mexican but they look majority white. I was follow the whole entire time it was so insulting my husband noticed it and he was so upset I don’t know why the guy who was so obvious and instead of following me a 58-year-old women he should’ve been doing a better job asking me do I need any help we brought it to the attention at the cast register but like always in this area they just blew it off like oh I’m sorry . I’m sorry that I went into that store and I will never step foot in it again. It truly is a crime being BLACK!

Im not sure why I didnt google about this place when it opened. They offer a variety of nostalgic candies. Ive bought gifts here...a cheap thrill for many a friend. Its also a great place to buy candy to fill a piñata or fun party favors. Super friendly owner too...warms my tummy and heart.

Outstanding customer service!! I placed an online order to be picked up in store. I didnt check the items in my bag until I got home, my fault I was running around. My inflatable was opened and used when I got it out of the bag. No biggie right? Just order another one and exchange it. Well they didnt have another one in store but they did track one down at another store for me. The manager went to the other location on her day off and brought it back to Folsom so I could exchange it. How awesome was that?! I love this store and they have excellent employees.

This location is much smaller than I am used to, but I am so glad I took a chance! They always have everything I need even when the bigger Party Citys are long out of stock. Total hidden gem!

Got the pinata for my grandsons birthday and all the accessories for the party. The store has everything you need for that kind of thing. The staff was really helpful it was just a fun place to look around to shop

They were able to create a last minute balloon bouquet for us, no problem. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. There was a great selection of Halloween costumes and party favors.

Great selection. Very reasonable prices. However, I have observed that most party items (excluding costumes) are available at Dollar store for lesser. So if youre determined to save some money, you might first want to check out your local Dollar store.

The staff are pretty snooty when my family came here. When they were asked about certain items, they took a while for a response, and when they gave their answer, it sounded like they were guessing. The place is kept as clean as any party city. Honestly a bit pricy. I dont want to come back here.

Decent place. But a lot of their options were sold out. Maybe I ended up there on a day when the needed to restock, but I spent a lot of time looking for things I couldnt find.

Great selection as well as customer service!!Especially when a cashier gave me a unused coupon someone had not needed...actually the location was one on Sunrise in Citrus Heights.

They carry quite a lot of variety that you need for a generic party. If you are looking for a specific theme, you will have to look online. The stuff they carry is priced almost the same as the online price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. She gave me tips on hip birthday decorations i.e. IG-worthy for teenagers. Wide and organized selection. Lots of parking.

There’s no helium so I couldn’t get balloons for my nieces birthday party. And apparently there’s a world wide helium shortage, and Party City will be going out of business? I don’t know how I managed to miss that news... otherwise good customer service and I ended up buying stuff for gift bags for the kids party.

Good selection nothing really popped to me

I recently placed a big order with party city for my baby shower coming up and i had to leave a review. The online website was acting up and the customer service number or email was not helpful. I finally called my local party city in folsom and i was blown away with the staff. I was able to come in and use the kiosk to order. The manager diane was an absolute angel. She helped me get a discount for shipping and complete my order. I had two other girls checking in on me and making sure i had a smooth time. Diane then again helped me today get ahold of someone to check my order and make sure it was being sent correctly. Diane went above and beyond to help me and was a sweet heart the entire time. She kept me even through being anxious and pregnant calm and took all my stess away. I am so happy with her service i will continue my buisness here for all my little ones celebrations. Diane deserves a raise hands down
