I ordered wine here, that is connected to our family name, for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was ordering wine that had special labels on it, and they worked hard to make sure I got the labels that I needed. Once the order was received, I discovered one of the labels was damaged, and the manager gave me a deep discount since they could not replace the bottle. The damage was not the fault of the store. I appreciate their efforts, and the selection in their store.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Employees bend over backwards to help, think about the opposite of Homedepot. My wife and I were shopping and Jake one of the employees overheard us and for the next 15 mins walked us around like a personal shopper. He answered all our questions and we walked away with a lot of great ideas and our basket was full!

There website claimed they had a certain beer. I could not find it, so I asked a dark-haired woman with tatooes working in the aisle if she new where this beer would be. After looking 😠 annoyed, she looked in her hand-held computer and said yes we have that. We went to where this beer was supposed to be and there wasnt any there. To which she said, oh well and walked off.

This specific location didnt have exactly what I wanted in stock. Three super nice staff members checked their system just to be sure. They even suggested to call ahead to the other store so they could hold it for me.I dont drink a lot, but this is still my go to place for harder to find liquor.

Huge selection. Because of the knowledgeable people that work there, I always find what Im looking for. On a whim, I grabbed an interesting sounding peanut butter stout just to try and it ended up becoming easily my new favorite drink. I have even starting mixing it with different chocolate stouts and loving the results. Definitely recommend trying if you are a stout or brown ale drinker.

Simple and Plain Total Wine & More has the greatest selection of beer! I love the fact that they sell singles! I can come here and make my own six pack of different beers to find new ones I enjoy. Rather than going and buying either a 6 or 12 pack and come to find out I don’t like it.They also have an enormous selection of wine and liquor. Many well trained staff members who really know their stuff. Everyone ready to help you with whatever you need.The only reason I give them only 4 stars is because on a couple occasions I have noticed that I have paid more here for a bottle of whiskey than I would have at even Safeway. By saying that you have the best prices I expect exactly that. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. I myself will be returning.

Total Wine is my go-to when I need to pick up pretty much anything alcohol-related. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and readily available, which is a big help for those of us who usually only pick up wine and/or spirits as gifts. The store is quite large, too, so they always have a large selection.

Great location. I find that the prices on everything here are reasonable. Literally the only place I go to get cigars in Folsom since they are kept in a walk in humidor and are at the proper level of humidity.
