Completely misleading sales. Total scam. Buy one get one is not bogo. You can buy one for 30 or 2 for 60

Ive been in this store only once before today and didnt really get a chance to shop like that at that time. From todays shopping experience, I would say I loved it. I would definitely be shopping online being that thats going to be the only option after the close out.

This a great store. It is not as cheap as other stores but the quality is amazing. I have walking by this store for years because I thought it was a hunting store.I did not expect much when I entered the store. I touched one shirt and was amazed by the quality. The service was fantastic. The service quality was like Nordstroms without the attitude.High quality casual clothes for under $40. I will be going back.

I believe they are on commission which I am all about, but I didnt know until the cashier asked me who helped me the most and then who I liked the most when I said two people were equally helpful. SUPER AWKWARD. Other than that I was happy with the selection, service, and my purchase.

The staff here is really nice. this place is nothing compared to the vacaville outlets which we were at the night before. We spent over 300 dollars in vacaville and the people were beyond helpful. Unfortunetly, one of the pair of socks I tried did not fit on my feet while stating they were for size feet 5 to 10. I came here to return them and manager refused and had a poor attitude which has changed my view of GH bass. We were excited to see a bass store near Sacramento we could go to but after the encounter with the manager I do not believe customer service is their top priority and will spend my money elsewhere. The manager I encountered there was a middle aged white woman and I see they have had a change in staff since I visited again 2 months later, the staff was standing around gossiping and were off in the corner. Not sure why this bass store here is not being managed correctly, maybe not in the budget.
