Wonderful customer service and good location. We had arrived at 7:40pm knowing that they close at 8pm according to the hours. However, their time was not updated yet and it closes at 7:30pm. I gave a call, it was answered, and I told them that we wanted to do a quick return and did not know about the early closure. They were extremely nice and allowed us to quickly go in and make a return and purchase.

Was able to buy a stock that wasnt available from other outlet.

Great sale on handbags 75% off but they really didnt have a lot of shoes

I had purchase a wallet which the leather edge came undone, i used it for 3 months max. I went into the store and an associate said it could be replaced/exchanged. Then she spoke with her manager named Corina who said it cant be exchanged as it was wear and tear. I completely disagree because i do take care of my purses a s wallets definitely was not wear and tear the rest of the wallet looks new. Very disappointed with the service I received.

Very good place to get a deal on Michael Kors stuff as far as I know. I am a guy I did get dragged there by my girl, so I pretty much had no other choice. But she seems to think theyre great. And have good deals, So who am I argue,?

I have been here a few times and I am not sure why I even return because the customer service is horrible. Workers are snooty, do not assist at all and unpleasant. I travel all the way to vacaville to shop but I would rather spend the money in gas to receive pleasant customer service.

This has become a must go to shop at the Folsom Outlet Mall. Their prices are exceptional. They are always having a sale. The customer service is far better than their nearby competitors.The stock turns over rather quickly on the more trendy items, get it when you see it. They seem to have a base selection that is always available. Those items are classic and less trendy.They carry apparel, bags, purses, wallets, jewelry, watches and perfumes.

Very bad customer service I am regular customers his manager was very rude and not helped the customer I often shopped alot this store but the employ not give the respect to the customer very miss behave and rude attitude iam not recomend go to this store

I received terrible customer service I would and wont spend my money in this location ever!!! I was so offended when I left that Ill never shop at that store when Im at the Outlets again. Sad to because I really needed to buy a few items from there for my wife, me and my family are at the Outlets to often to not shop in this store .So I had to go to store in roseville mall. And they treated me so kind. Complete day and night in service. So disappointed!!!

Not happy with my purchase, only had it for less than a month and the letters are coming off. The corner started to peal as well. I expected good quality coming from Michael Kors.

Slightly cheaper then the retail stores! Was told that the clearance stuff is FINAL SALE so you have to be 100% sure you want that stuff or else youre stuck. The workers are a little snooty not sure why its just Michael Kors and the outlet on top of it! My hands were full and was pushing a stroller but no one offered to get the door ! The guy who works there just stood there watching me struggling to open the door manage my bags and pull out the stroller!But when I exited the Coach store the guy who works there went rushing to open the door and was very polite, didnt have to ask or anything! 3 stars for the lazy snooty employees!
