Good store but sadly does not support snkrs pass
Me and my husband found shoes in our sizes, in and out in less than 15 minutes. The lines were not that long and the customer service was excellent.
They close at 7pm and on google it says 8pm please dont waste your time
I wanted to put no stars but am unable to...I came to the outlet to shop and I wanted to go to the Nike store since I haven’t throughout Covid. As My boyfriend and I were walking in, we were rudely greeted by one of your staff and basically “told us off”. He said “no trying on shoes and clothes” rudely, before we even walked into the store. I understand there’s a NEW POLICY, but maybe it should be stated as “our new policy is”? Instead of being rude. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and made us uncomfortable. Some workers stared us down. We were also followed and watched by a couple staff around the store as if we were going to steal.... bad experience for a store. Never coming back!Worst customer service ever!!
Well put together, and merchandised. Generally clean. Can definitely find some deals, presuming they have what youre looking for.
This was the place to go to find deals... now they seem to turn into a regular shoe store with high prices... gotta try and catch a holiday sale for ut to be worth it
Always seem to have sales going on. Great clothes and shoes if Nikes your thing.
Great selection! Awesome service which is priceless.
Its hard to make decisions without being able to try things on. The Vacaville location allows shoe try-ons, the Folsom store does not. I was not aware of this and was trying a pair of shoes on, the employee was rather rude in telling me I was not allowed. The. Check-out counter was very helpful. I did have some shoe questions since not being able to try on... the guy that was rude didnt ask if he could help me at all... I asked my questions at checkout and the gal there was very nice and gave me a direction to look on their online store.
Nike factory stores are so overrated; especially the one in the Folsom outlets. There are huge lines to get in and to pay. The selection is mediocre, at best, and the deals are nonexistent. You cant even try on the clothes, which is the only reason to shop in a store instead of online.
They are only letting a few people in at a time so there can be a long line outside. Once inside its great, but you cant try anything on. It makes it impossible to shop. They let you return for 60 days - but now I have to go back and wait in line again?!!!
Good size store as they usually are. Great finds at solid prices!!
Staff needs to be a bit friendlier at the front when entering into the store. Most of us understand the new requirements relating to COVID when visiting, but perhaps asking guests politely to wear a mask or please unfortunately theres no trying on would be nice.
Great deals and clothes. Staff very helpful looked in the back for me
Clean, fast moving checkout, good product range
Went to three Nike stores within a 70-mile radius from Fairfield California, Sacramento California, and Folsom California... Neither one of these stores had sizes 12 or 13, in the style that I was particularly looking for! So disappointing! my wife found what she was looking for which was a good thing LOL! They have hundreds of shoes, but what I was expressly looking for they did not have... Very disappointing for me...
Clean, easy in and out. Great prices on footwear compared to buying the same product online.
Cant try on shoes but they dont tell u that till after u wait in the 15 minute line, no help from staff, you can touch all the display shoes but not try them on. Then they want you to use their push button display for an email that everyone in the store and customers have used without washing it off. U want to abide by covid then practice what you preach.
Nice store and staff. Store is small for product
Staff was great - Jeremy and Jordan were both helpful, answering questions and getting us a price match on shoes.
To busy for me. Foster son found some buys
Employees hold any good shoes in the back so hey can use discounts and resell online. Employees show zero urgency for customers and mess around behind the counter when their is a line. We were told we can’t try anything on but an employee was clearly trying shoes on while a group of other employees laughed and told him to set a better example. This store keeps getting worse and worse.
Great sales and lots of variety. Awesome outlet.
Great deals but be patient because you cant try anything on. Manager was awesome in helping with my exchange. Much appreciated.
Low selection of shoes not impressed
Amaizing experience customer service is great and they taking all precautions for covi I did enjoy the time inside the store
The employees *Do Not* enforce masks while their customers wait in line to enter the store. There is No distancing enforced indoor/Outdoor either. Inside of the store, the employees to customer ratio is not balanced at all. Way too many employees for the very few customers given the capacity limits due to COVID-19 restrictions. After waiting almost 30 minutes to enter the store, I immediately felt very uncomfortable because an associate literally went out of their way to follow me from the women’s department all the way to the shoe department which is clearly on the opposite side of the store (for those that are familiar with the layout of the store). I respectfully and discreetly addressed my concern with the cashier, she became defensive and very dismissive and even put her hand up, as a gesture of saying ‘whatever’. I will no longer be investing my hard earned $$ here due to my bad experience. Plus, their inventory also sucks.
They have a lot of shoes and a lot of stuff
A little crowded but has good prices
They dont want u to try on shoes. They want u to buy shoes that dont fit
Place use to be better not really good doesn’t really have anything worth buying anymore and they have better deals at other stores like a foot locker or champs there’s really no point to even going there except to look and be disappointed
Do not like Nike any more. There shoes are not comfortable for some one with bad knees. Or back problems. Clothes are ok
The line outside is expected with Spring Break and all. But not allowed to try on shoes is ludacrous! I have shopped at this store since it was opened and always buy my running shoes at Nike. But possibly not anymore. What a shame...
Was good . I wish they have additional 30 percent off until end of the year.
Poor selection of made for outlet soft goods. Find used pieces on eBay or clearance/sale prices on other sites and save yourself the time and environmental damage.
Went here today and Alfred was super nice and helpful.
In spite of the long line I did get a good deal on some Nikes
I like this store, best time to shop week days
Its a hit or miss sometime you could get lucky and get zomekordNz
Always very knowledgeable with the product and never have had an issue with the service. I dont think people realize the unprecedented times we are living in. For what they have to deal with as we all do i think they are doing a great job.
Nike online way better on sales stuff, thus store makes you think your getting a deal????
Good prices and friendly people
Awesome service great staff super fast
I dont feel like the outlets should be open if there bathrooms arent open because of COVID. I was so mad!
Good factory store.
Kind of small not alot of options
Always good...
You have to line up for ages, then once in you cant try on clothes or shoes, so they expect you to spend $$$$ take home your stuff, try them at home and if they dont fit you have to go back to the shop line up for hours just to get a replacement/refund its ridicules, they may as well close up .
I find that nike store to not have much of a selection
Poorly organized. They have stuff on clearance at full price and some other shoes priced higher than whats shown on Nike.com.
Went in here a couple of days ago to make a purchase and had a negative experience. An employee told me I had the option to make a donation and when I inquired about the donation he gave me attitude without addressing the question. Apparently the donation goes to people of color which offended me especially because I fall into that category as a minority myself.
They wont let you try on in store at the moment but they have a 60 day return policy to make up for it.
I always get great service. Love this store.
Not that big compared to other Nike Outlet.
Ok
Excellent
Shoe prices are decent but clothing prices are outrageous.
Expensive but good selection
Cool stuff way over priced
Does not even let you try on shoes wow
Love this store
This is the third trip here because shoes dont fit. They make you wait 45 minutes to get in and then dont let you try on shoes. This place deserves to fail. Absolutely terrible management.
Poor selections and pricey
Never a good selection of shoes
Not to many choices.
Didn’t do my return right. Have been waiting three weeks for my return
Love this place
Nice Great Deals.
Not a great selection like the Vacaville location has..
Terrible service. you must buy shoes without trying them on!
