Not too impressed. Just love going through all the trouble of getting a referral, driving to Folsom with its traffic problems.....and the doctor says “there’s nothing we can do about it” (my issue). That may be, but then I had to prod him for suggestions. Next time...going elsewhere.

Dr. Clutter and his staff are simply amazing! Very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Clutter has a very calming and confident bedside manner which put me at ease since going to an ENT doctor terrifies me after a couple of other very bad experiences elsewhere. He made cauterizing my nose a pleasant and painless experience and I am forever thankful to him and glad to know that excellent doctors (and their support staff) DO still exist out there. :)

My appointment is at 11:30am but arrived 20 minutes earlier to do the check in. I went inside just letting them know I’m waiting and have an appointment, you wait outside.I was just hoping to do the paper work and wait until they call me. Me and my mother waited out side until the front desk lady finally came out at 12:31pm, she gave me the sheet of asking questions about corona after an HOUR and twenty minutes!!! I gave them signs through the window showing them I’m here patiently waiting, not being rude. When they gave me my their was a lady also waiting for 5 minutes. I put the papers at the door, 5 minutes later they took her in!!! We decided to just go in a kinda explain what’s going on, instantly they take me in

Super unorganized, it’s taken them 3 months to schedule our daughters tubes surgery, and then they miss/cancel appointment they scheduled, further delaying surgery. Incredibly frustrating to work with.

We love Dr Groppo and Dr Bowdish! They have both helped our family so much with so many issues, when we had nearly given up. Their office staff is so sweet, and my kids are always doing their best so they can earn a treat from the treasure chest! ❤️ Hope we can always be with this amazing practice!

The ENT department of this practice is unorganized. I scheduled an appointment 5 weeks in advanced and when I got there they said I was scheduled 2 days later which was NOT my original appointment date. The doctor ended up changing his day to a surgical day. I took time off of work and was inconvenienced. If you schedule with them make sure you still have your original scheduled appointment date otherwise they will waste your time!!!
