Be careful about expired items at this store. This is third time we brought expired items from this store and sharing proof for the same this time. We cannot return the item since they dont accept any returns due to weird covid policy unique to them. Apart from that, I can see additional item in billing(Thai green chilies) which we did not buy.

Good place, prices are bit expensive than most stores though. Store staffs were nice and welcoming, specially the girl named Rajni, she was very sweet! Been there pretty much every other weekend and shed been always helpful=) Also youll find a good variety of fresh veggies there!

What if we purchased something extra or mistakenly? Cant we allowed to return the unopened/as-is/non-perishable items?Ridiculous... If you are doing this with the name of Covid-19 protection, we appreciate it until all shops are following the same. But all other shops & entire county have resumed the return policy for their customers, however you are trying to keep this rule permanent for your ease. That means you Dont care about the hardship caused to your customers..? Awesome..!Well.. you can do it, but of course we got a perfect excuse to avoid your shop and go to other Indian grocery shops around.Anyway, thanks for your I dont care reply in advance..!

This is one of my go-to grocery stops when Im grocery shopping in Folsom. I mostly come for the dosai batter and chapati, but they have nice veggies and frozen foods too. Good spice collection, clean and well organized.

I just went there last weekend. Cashier Rajni she got hella attitude and the way she take care of the customers is super rude. I usually came here almost every weekend. But I guess it was my last time there.

I have visited this Indian store few days ago.There are a lot of different kind of food, vegetables and specific national Indian stuff.I like the service they were provided. Customer representative came to me and politely asked do I need smth.And he tried to explain in professional manner

Was really impressed by the organization of the items in the store. Each item was properly arranged in its own storage bin, and not just laid on the shelf... kudos on that. Made finding items easier and time saving. Have a good collection of Indian groceries.

Well, I have had a problem in return of an unopened item. They did not accept it in the name of COVID-19. It was ridiculous! I believe they are using covid as an excuse to deny returns. I will never return to this store for sure. There are other grocery stores in Folsom that are much consumer friendly.

My cousin bought Taj Mahal Black Tea powder by mistake. I immediately went back to return the powder and get what I want. They said they won’t accept returns due to Covid. Everybody is accepting returns including Walmart even on clothes. I don’t know what’s wrong, it is $12. That was the first time I went to SWAD and first impression was not good at all. And I think that will the last visit.

Fantastic indian store with a wide variety. You can get A-Z indian items in this store but a bit pricey which is understandable considering the area.

This store has good variety of Groceries and utensils. It also has sufficient vegetables, most of the times fresh. I have found this store open so far every time I went there since the stay at home order has been in place due to COVID-19 pandemic.

We only described how the way it was and I also sent you the pictures. Whatever may be the situation you could have toned down your response . Anyways please take any legal action as you stated, we are ready to face it.You never said that you will pay our money back over the phone. No problem you may have it.

Has a large variety of things all fresh

Bought a tub of mango ice cream from this place. When we came home and opened the box, the ice cream was already half eaten without the plastic cling closure even. This is the first time I’m encountering something like this.
