This place has terrible customer service. Originally bought 4 bags from them in 2001 and never had a better experience. Now I was looking for new replacements and bought one from another Samsonite store. I had emailed receipt and the store manager Mahsa refused to honor it for a return. She insisted that it must be an exchange or paper receipt as was company policy. I called Samsonite corporate and they assured me that an emailed receipt was more than enough and Mahsa was indeed going against company policy by not returning it. It seems this specific branch only values sales and not customer service all the way to management lying about company policy.Edit: Just noticed the manager is one of the few 5 star reviews.

It was really good and the employer Norma was very helpful and got me the luggage that I needed and she was so nice. This store is awesome and I would recommend it to everyone.
